紫檀香敷方（出圣惠方）治伤折肉破。疮口不合。止痛生肌。

再和
研匀。每用随疮大小敷之。一方有紫藤香。
槟榔散（出圣惠方）治伤损疮口不合。止痛生肌。

炭火 。半日取出。埋地内三日去火毒。后为末。敷疮上。生肉干疮口。
疗堕损骨肉。苦痛不可忍。
以故马毡两段。其毡须故腻。先于铛中以酒五六斤。着一抄盐。煮令热。即纳毡于铛中。
看毡热。便用裹所损处。冷即易之。勿令久热伤肉。如是三五遍。痛定即止。仍服止痛药。
即渐瘥。
止血生肌方
用 菜捣汁。人及禽兽有伤折。敷之良。立愈。
Whenever limbs and joints are injured, with skin and flesh ruptured, if pain persists for a long time and muscles fail to regenerate, the cause is that cold pathogenic factors have invaded, causing the circulation of Ying (Nutritive) and Wei (Defensive) Qi to stagnate, and body fluids failing to nourish the tissues.
Prescriptions:
Huangqi San (Astragalus Powder) [from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*]: Treats qi and blood stasis due to traumatic injuries, non-healing wounds, and failure of muscle regeneration.
Ingredients: Huangqi (Astragali Radix, crushed), Chishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Red Peony Root), Shu Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Prepared Rehmannia Root), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, sliced and dried), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, coarse bark removed, each 1 liang), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma, 1 fen, processed), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis, crushed), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix, crushed, each 0.5 liang), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, one piece, navel removed, processed). Grind all ingredients into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Take at any time.
Huangqi Gao (Astragalus Ointment) [from *Shengji Zonglu*]: Treats various traumatic injuries, alleviates pain, and promotes tissue regeneration.
Ingredients: Huangqi (Astragali Radix, crushed), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, sliced and dried), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed, skin and navel removed), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, White Head Angelica Root), Xiongqiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Szechwan Lovage Rhizome), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix, Cynanchum Root), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, Wild Ginger Root), Xiebai (Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus, Garlic Bulb, each 1 liang), Zhizhi (Suet, Pig Fat, chopped 1 jin). Except for the suet, crush the other herbs, mix with half a sheng of wine, soak overnight, then dry by baking. The next day, boil the suet first, add the herbs, wait until the color changes, filter out the dregs, and store in a container. Apply as needed to the injured area.
Xuntong Fang (Pain-Relieving Formula) [from *Wei Shi Fang*]: Alleviates pain, clears the heart, regulates qi, and invigorates blood with miraculous effect.
Ingredients: Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, skin and tip removed, raw), Ruxiang (Olibanum, Frankincense, heated), Moyao (Myrrha, Myrrh, heated), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces, Flying Squirrel Excrement, each 3 liang), Sheng Moxiang (Moschus, Musk, a small amount). Grind into powder, make pills the size of a finger using wine paste, coat with 5 qian of Zhusha (Cinnabar). Take 1 qian per dose, dissolve in juice extracted from Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, Mint) and Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, Fresh Ginger) to relieve pain.
Heishen San (Black Divine Powder) [from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*]: Dries wounds, relieves pain, and promotes flesh growth.
Ingredients: Luankou (Human Hair, two clumps the size of chicken eggs, burned until smoke ceases), Lubifengfang (Vespa Nidus, Hornet's Nest, 3 fen, burned until smoke ceases), Nifen (Calomelas, Calomel, 1 fen), Tuju Bai (likely referring to a specific white mineral or substance, contextually unclear but kept as proper noun, 3 fen, powdered), La Yue Zhizhi (Suet from December, 1 liang). Grind finely, mix with December suet, apply to the wound using a willow wood spatula.
Zhangrou San (Flesh-Growing Powder) [from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*]: Treats injuries from falls with open wounds, relieves pain, and dries wounds.
Ingredients: Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, Coptis Rhizome, mustards removed), Binglang (Arecae Semen, Areca Nut), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, Costus Root), Mituoseng (Lithargyri Pulvis, Litharge, each 1 liang, finely ground), Qilinjie (Draco Sanguis, Dragon's Blood, 0.5 liang). Grind into powder and apply to the wound.
Zitanxiang Fu Fang (Purple Sandalwood Poultice Formula) [from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*]: Treats traumatic injuries with ruptured flesh and non-healing wounds, relieves pain, and promotes tissue regeneration.
Ingredients: Zitanxiang (Santalum Album Lignum, Purple Sandalwood Wood, crushed), Shanyu (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Yam), Qiandan (Plumbum Carbonicum, Lead Tetroxide, finely ground, each 2 liang), Machixian (Portulacae Herba, Purslane, 10 liang, finely cut and dried). Except for Qiandan, grind other ingredients into powder, mix evenly with Qiandan. Apply according to the size of the wound. Another version includes Zitengxiang (Wisteriae Caulis, Wisteria Stem).
Binglang San (Areca Nut Powder) [from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*]: Treats non-healing wounds from trauma, relieves pain, and promotes tissue regeneration.
Ingredients: Binglang (Arecae Semen, Areca Nut, raw and crushed), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, Coptis Rhizome, mustards removed), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, Costus Root, each 1 liang), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, Fossilized Mammal Bones, over 0.5 liang; absent in another version). Grind into powder and apply according to the size of the wound.
Qilinjie San (Dragon's Blood Powder) [from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*]: Treats traumatic injuries where skin breaks into sores, muscles do not grow, and pain occurs.
Ingredients: Qilinjie (Draco Sanguis, Dragon's Blood, 1 liang), Sheng Ren Yachi (Human Teeth, raw, roasted over fire), Mituoseng (Lithargyri Pulvis, Litharge, over 0.5 liang). Grind into fine powder and apply according to the size of the wound.
Zhixue San (Blood-Stopping Powder) [from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*]: Dries wounds, relieves pain, promotes tissue regeneration, and treats metal weapon injuries (Jinchuang).
Ingredients: Qilinjie (Draco Sanguis, Dragon's Blood, 3 liang, ground and stir-fried until purple), Jizi (Galli Ovum Album, Egg White, from 3 eggs, mixed with Fenghua Duanshi (Calcined Magnesium Carbonate) to form three balls, roasted in charcoal until red, placed on ground overnight to remove heat toxicity), Fenghua Duanshi (Calcined Magnesium Carbonate, 10 liang, finely ground, soaked in urine for three days and nights, filtered, dried, and powdered). Mix into fine powder and sprinkle onto the wound as needed.
Another Prescription [from *Taiping Shenghui Fang*]:
Ingredients: Duanshi (Calcined Magnesium Carbonate, 3 liang), Yan (Sal, Salt), Tongqing (Chalcanthi Pulvis, Blue Vitriol, each 1.5 liang). Pound finely, place in a clay pot, seal the sides with mud, let dry, roast over 10 jin of charcoal fire for half a day, take out, bury in the ground for three days to remove heat toxicity, then powder and apply to the wound to promote flesh growth and dry the sore.
Treatment for severe bone and muscle injury from falling, unbearable pain:
Use two pieces of old horse felt (must be old and greasy). Place in a pot with 5-6 sheng of wine and a scoop of salt, heat up, then put the felt in the pot. When hot, wrap it around the injured area. Replace when cool. Do not keep it too hot to avoid damaging the flesh. Repeat 3-5 times. Once pain subsides, stop. Also take pain-relieving medicine. The condition will gradually improve.
Blood-Stopping and Flesh-Growing Formula:
Crush [Certain] vegetable leaves to extract juice. For humans and animals with traumatic injuries, applying this juice is effective and leads to immediate recovery.
