[English Translation]
When the Lung Qi is insufficient and injured by wind-cold pathogenic factors, coughing occurs. If the Qi returns and gathers in the Lungs, it leads to Lung distension (Fei Zhang). When pathogenic factors contend with healthy Qi, the Qi mechanism fails to circulate freely.
