飞过） 上为细末。干糁于疮口上。不可犯生水。如疮口将敛。切戒近色欲。
万全金花散 理发背疽疮。疼痛不可忍者。凡肿在脊骨边。根株如碗盏大。上面青
。有细头子如粟米粒。白色。其间亦有如石榴子者。即疽疮也。
车螯（紫色者出海际用火 赤地上出火毒瓦斯了为末） 生黄柏（为末） 生甘草（为末）

芦皮（自东边向西芦篱障上取皮为末） 上各为末了。旋抄车螯末、黄柏末各一钱。甘草末
半
钱以上。芦皮末一钱半以上。拌匀。用津唾调。以竹篦子敷肿上。须盖遍疮根。未穴者自穴。
已穴者恶物自出。凡十上取效。每敷疮时。须先用赤根葱三两茎。薄荷少许。盐少许。一处
煎汤。放冷淋洗。旋用帛子拭干。方可上药。应系恶疮疖并敷之。无头者即消。有头者即脓
出。神效。
豆粉膏 治发背。
绿豆粉（炒赤放地上出火毒） 上井水调敷四围。大凡用药涂疮。不可当心涂。当心则
疮
便走散。只当在四围涂住。不可使之散去。
独圣膏 专治发背。
凡背上初觉肿痛。或痒或已成疮者。便用牛皮胶不拘多少。锉碎。入少水熬令稀稠得所
如膏。摊在纸上。贴患处。次用软白布二条。于酽米醋内煮令热。更互漉出。于胶纸上乘热
蒸熨。若疮痒时。乃是药攻其病。须是忍痒。不住蒸熨。直候脓出将尽。即浓煎贯众汤。放
温洗去胶纸。次日复看疮中。若尚有脓出。即是未效。却再如前法。以胶纸醋煮布。令追脓
出尽。然后用贯众汤。如前洗去胶纸。次日复看疮中。若尚有脓。又如前法蒸熨。虽连数日
蒸熨不妨。只要疮中脓尽。疮干为度。次用后药。
却痛散 治发背及一切恶疮。
雌雄蜈蚣（一对酥炙） 乌贼鱼骨（大者二片去皮生用） 甘草（三寸生用） 脑子（一
钱别
研） 麝香（一钱别研） 上件前三味为细末。入脑麝研匀。先煎甘草汤。放温洗疮了。后
用
药干掺。或用油调敷亦得。
归命膏 治发背。
用野生茄子熟黑者。取子不拘多少。烂研取汁。以绵滤滓。入大银盂内。慢火煎成稀膏。
以细青竹枝子去叶。五七茎扎聚。不住手搅。候成稀面糊收之。用时不问阴阳二证发背。或
赤不赤。有头无头。或痒或痛。皆可用之。如无头无异色。或热不热。一发从外。渐渐传入。
如有赤脉有头。先从赤脉敷之。渐渐传出。一日上三四度。不可轻易。药物至贱。其效最贵
重于万金。
蛇皮涂贴方 治发背痈疽疼痛。热毒 肿。赤硬有脓。即撮令头溃。
芸苔子（一两 二枚取白） 蔓荆叶（切二两） 马齿苋（切二两） 蛇皮（长五尺细
切炒令
黑色） 灶窑中黄砖（二两为末不着水者） 上先捣蛇皮、芸苔子令细。次下蔓荆、苋、砖
末。
细研令匀。次入鸡子白和。以瓷盒盛。涂故帛上贴之。每日三五度换。或疮毒发热。即研生
地黄汁三五合。饮之。
治发背欲死者。
取梧桐子叶。 上爆成灰。绢罗蜜调敷之。干即易之。
洗方
用猪悬蹄净洗。不拘多少。煎沸汤放温淋洗。拭干。
又方
用腊茶末白汤调。放冷洗。
疗诸痈疽发背及乳疮。
以釜下土捣取末。鸡子中黄和。涂之佳。

以甘草三大两。生捣别筛末。大麦面九两。于大盘中相和。搅令匀。取上好酥少许。别
研入药令匀。百沸水搜如饼剂。方圆大于疮一分。热敷肿上。以油片及故纸。隔令通风。冷
则换之。已成脓水自出。未成肿便内消。当患肿着药时。当须吃黄 粥甚妙。又一法、甘草
一大两。微炙捣碎。水一大升浸之。器上横一刀。置露中经宿。平明以物搅令沫出。吹沫服
之。但是疮肿皆可服。甚效。
Trichosanthes fruit (one piece) Mian (1 liang) Fencao (ban liang) Rushxiang Lvdoufen (each 2 qian) The above ingredients are chopped. Add two bowls of water. Decoct until one bowl remains, take warm. Take three times a day. Frequently decoct more like boiling water. Sip occasionally is especially good.
Third Method
Chilian (raw use) Bailian Hanshuishi (the above each ban liang, passed through fire) Longgu (ban liang) Qingfen (1 qian) Huangdan (2 qian, passed through fire) The above are ground into fine powder. Sprinkle dry on the wound surface. Do not touch raw water. If the wound is about to heal, strictly avoid sexual activity.
Wanquan Jinhua San Treating Fa Bei Ju Chuang. Pain unbearable. Whenever swelling is by the spine, root as large as a bowl. Top is green. Has small heads like millet grains, white. Among them also those like pomegranate seeds. This is Ju Chuang.
Che'ao (purple ones from sea coast, fired on red earth to remove fire poison gas then made into powder) Sheng Huangbai (made into powder) Sheng Gancao (made into powder) Gan Lupi (take bark from east-facing westward reed fence, made into powder) Each made into powder separately. Then scoop Che'ao powder, Huangbai powder each 1 qian. Gancao powder half qian or more. Lupi powder 1.5 qian or more. Mix evenly. Use saliva to mix. Apply with bamboo spatula on swelling. Must cover entire wound base. Unulcerated will ulcerate spontaneously. Ulcerated foul matter will discharge spontaneously. Generally ten applications yield effect. Each time applying medicine to wound, must first use Chigen Cong three liang stems, Bohe a little, Yan a little. Decoct together in soup. Cool and wash. Wipe dry with cloth immediately. Only then apply medicine. Applicable to all evil sores and boils. Those without head will dissipate. Those with head will discharge pus. Divine effect.
Doufen Gao Treating Fa Bei.
Lv dou fen (stir-fried red, placed on ground to remove fire poison) Mix with well water and apply around four sides. Generally when applying medicine to sore, do not apply directly to center. Applying to center causes sore to spread. Only apply around four sides to contain it. Do not let it scatter.
Dusheng Gao Specifically treating Fa Bei.
Whenever back initially feels swollen and painful, or itchy or already formed sore, use Niujiao regardless of amount. Chop finely. Add little water and boil until consistency is appropriate like paste. Spread on paper. Paste on affected area. Next use two strips of soft white cloth. Boil in strong rice vinegar until hot. Alternately filter out. While hot steam iron on the glue paper. If sore itches, this is medicine attacking disease. Must endure itch. Keep steaming and ironing. Until pus almost exhausted, then decoct Guanzhong Tang strongly. Cool to warm temperature wash off glue paper. Next day re-examine wound. If still discharging pus, means ineffective. Again follow previous method. With glue paper vinegar-boiled cloth, urge pus discharge completely. Then use Guanzhong Tang. Wash off glue paper as before. Next day re-examine wound. If still pus, again steam iron as before. Even if continuous days steaming iron no harm. Just need pus in wound exhausted, wound dry as limit. Next use following medicine.
Que Tong San Treating Fa Bei and all evil sores.
Cixiong Wugong (one pair, fried in butter) Wuzeiyu Gu (large two pieces, peel skin, raw use) Gancao (three cun, raw use) Naonao (1 qian, separately ground) Shexiang (1 qian, separately ground) The above first three flavors ground into fine powder. Add Naoshexiang grind evenly. First decoct Gancao Tang. Cool to warm wash wound. Then use medicine dry sprinkle. Or mix with oil and apply also acceptable.
Guiming Gao Treating Fa Bei.
Use wild eggplant ripe black ones. Take seeds regardless of amount. Grind thoroughly extract juice. Filter dregs with cotton. Put into large silver basin. Slow fire decoct into thin paste. Use thin green bamboo branches remove leaves. Five seven stems bundle together. Stir continuously hand. Wait until become thin batter collect. When using, regardless of Yin Yang two types Fa Bei. Or red not red. Have head no head. Or itchy or painful. All can use. If no head no different color. Or hot not hot. All start from outside. Gradually transmit inward. If have red veins have head. First apply on red veins. Gradually transmit outward. One day apply three four times. Do not lightly neglect. Medicine extremely cheap. Its effect most precious surpassing ten thousand gold.
Shepi Tutie Fang Treating Fa Bei Yong Ju pain. Redu swelling. Red hard has pus. Immediately urge head to rupture.
Yuntaizi (1 liang, two pieces take white) Manjingye (cut 2 liang) Machixian (cut 2 liang) Shepi (length 5 chi finely cut stir-fry make black) Zaoyao zhong huangzhuan (2 liang make powder not wetted by water) Above first pound Shepi, Yuntaizi make fine. Next add Manjing, Xian, Zhuan powder. Finely grind make uniform. Next add Jizibai mix. Store in porcelain box. Apply on old cloth paste it. Change three five times daily. Or sore poison fever, then grind Sheng Dihuang juice three five he. Drink.
Treating Fa Bei desiring death.
Take Wutongzi Ye. Pop on up make ash. Silk sieve honey mix apply on. Dry then change.
Wash Formula
Use Zhu Xuanti clean wash. Regardless of amount. Decoct boiling water cool to warm wash. Wipe dry.
Another Formula
Use La Cha mo Bai Tang mix. Cool wash.
Treat various Yong Ju Fa Bei and Ru Chuang.
Use Fu Xia Tu pound take powder. Jizi Zhonghuang mix. Apply is good.
Treating Fa Bei.\x
Use Gancao three da liang. Raw pound separately sift powder. Damai mian nine liang. In large plate mix. Stir make uniform. Take good Su a little. Separately grind enter medicine make uniform. Hundred boiling water knead like cake agent. Round square larger than sore one fen. Hot compress swelling. Use Youpian and Gu Zhi separate allow ventilation. Cold then change. Already formed pus water self discharge. Not formed swelling internal dissipate. When suffering swelling touches medicine. Must eat Huang Zhou very wonderful. Another method. Gancao one da liang.
