Banxia San (Pinellia Powder), sourced from *Shenghui Fang*, treats Yin Yin. Symptoms include phlegm-dampness obstruction in the chest and diaphragm, headache, vomiting and regurgitation, and inability to eat or drink.
Ingredients: Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, 1 liang, washed seven times with boiling water to remove slipperiness); Chifuling (Polypori Umbellati Radix, 3 fen); Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 2 fen); Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix, 3 fen, radix removed); Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus, 2 fen, stir-fried with bran until slightly yellow); Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, 0.5 liang, radix removed).
Usage: Pound and sieve the above ingredients into a powder. Take 5 qian per dose. Add one zhan of water and three slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), decoct to 0.7 zhan, strain, and take warm. No fixed time.
Another method: Treats Yin Yin where pathogenic factors remain undissipated in the chest, rushing upward to attack the head and face, causing inability to eat or drink. It is suitable to take this prescription. (Sourced from *Shenghui Fang*)
