Given "Wei Ling Xian" is explicitly listed, I will use Clematis Root as per traditional identification for this specific herb name in ancient formulas, though modern usage varies. However, for strict WHO adherence to current standard terms where ambiguity exists, Clematis Root is *Clematis Radix et Rhizoma*. Let's stick to the Chinese name extraction rule for entities, but English translation needs accuracy. *Correction*: In ancient texts, Wei Ling Xian is Clematis. In modern TCM, it is also Clematis. Salvia is Dan Shen. So: Clematis Radix et Rhizoma.); Bai Fu Ling (Poria); Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove leaves); Mu Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex, remove heart, each 1 liang).
