[Translation]
The Kidney is the root of Yuan Qi (Original Qi) and the storehouse of Jing (Essence) and Zhi (Will). Internally, it governs the bones, and its Qi connects to the external genitalia. If a person overexerts themselves, their Jing and Qi will naturally decline and damage, leading to disharmony between Yin and Yang.
