Wind pathogen invading the abdomen, causing spasmodic, tense, and severe pain, is due to the wind pathogen clashing with the Yin meridians. When the wind pathogen clashes with the Yin meridians, it causes the intestines to contract and curl; when the intestines contract and curl, it leads to tendon retraction and urgency.
