The manifestations of Hong Kong Foot attacking the heart involve chest and diaphragm fullness and oppression, upward reversal of Qi with rapid panting, and in severe cases, vomiting. This is because wind-dampness toxic gases initially originate from the feet.
Whenever there is sudden upward reversal of Qi, chest and diaphragm reverse fullness, rapid panting, extreme irritability and oppression as if dying, the critical condition leads to death swiftly; it must not be neglected and requires immediate treatment.
