弱。妖魅鬼精得入于脏。状如怀娠。故曰鬼胎也。

What is Gui Tai (Ghost Fetus)? When the Zang-Fu organs are harmonious, Qi and Blood are abundant, and Wind pathogens or demonic influences cannot interfere with the body. If Ying Wei (Defensive and Nutritive Qi) are deficient and damaged, the spirit becomes weak, allowing demonic essences to enter the Zang organs. The condition resembles pregnancy, hence it is called Gui Tai (Ghost Fetus).

Formula for women with obstructed menstruation, distension from mass formations, and Gui Tai (Ghost Fetus) in the abdomen [From *Shenghui Fang*]
Use five Ge Shang Tingzhang (likely referring to a specific insect, possibly Toad/Bufo related in ancient context, kept as Ge Shang Tingzhang). Stir-fry together with coarse rice until cooked. Remove wings and feet. Grind into powder. Divide into three doses. Take on an empty stomach mixed with Licorice Decoction. Soon, acute pain in the umbilical and abdominal region will be felt. At this point, drink Black Bean Decoction. Obstruction should resolve.
