Zhizi Dahuang Decoction: Zhizi 14 pieces, Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 2 liang, Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) 5 pieces, Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra - *Note: Text says 'chi' likely referring to Chi Shao or similar, but context implies Chishao or just Red Peony; however standard formula uses Chishao or similar. Wait, text says 'Chi' then 'Shi Yi Sheng'. Actually standard Zhizi Dahuang Tang contains Zhi Shi, Dou Chi. The text has a typo/gap: 'Zhi Shi Wu Mei . Chi Yi Sheng'. Likely 'Chi' is part of next line or missing character. Standard formula: Zhizi, Dahuang, Zhishi, Dou Chi. I will translate based on standard interpretation where possible, but stick to text entities.* Correction: Text says "Zhi Shi Wu Mei . Chi Yi Sheng". This looks like a formatting error in source. Usually it is "Zhi Shi Wu Ke, Chi Yi Sheng" (Dou Chi). I will extract 'Chi' as potentially 'Chishao' or error, but 'Dou Chi' is the herb. Let's look at the entity list. I will extract 'Zhishi', 'Dahuang', 'Zhizi'. The word 'Chi' might be a fragment. I will treat 'Chi' as part of the herb name if it refers to 'Chishao' or just leave it if unclear. However, WHO terms prefer clear names. I will assume 'Chi' refers to 'Chishao' or is a typo for 'Dou Chi'. Given 'Yi Sheng' follows, it's likely 'Dou Chi'. I will extract 'Zhishi', 'Dahuang', 'Zhizi'. I will not extract 'Chi' as a standalone herb if ambiguous, but 'Dou Chi' is implied by 'Yi Sheng'. Actually, looking at the text "Zhi Shi Wu Mei . Chi Yi Sheng", it is highly likely "Zhi Shi Wu Ke, Chi Yi Sheng" where Chi is short for Dou Chi? No, Dou Chi is Fermented Soybean. I will extract 'Zhishi', 'Dahuang', 'Zhizi'. I will skip 'Chi' as an isolated entity to avoid error, or include it if it maps to a known herb. In many contexts 'Chi' alone isn't a standard herb name without prefix. I will omit 'Chi' from herbs list to be safe, or include 'Dou Chi' if I infer. The prompt says "only extract explicitly appearing entities". 'Chi' appears. Is 'Chi' a herb? No. 'Chishao' is. 'Chi Xiao Dou' is. I will leave 'Chi' out of herbs if it's incomplete. But wait, 'Chi' might be 'Chi Shao'. Let's look at other formulas. Later there is 'Chi Shao'. Here it is just 'Chi'. I will exclude it from the final JSON to ensure accuracy, or include it if I must. Let's stick to clear ones. 'Zhizi', 'Dahuang', 'Zhishi'. What about 'Chi'? I'll skip it.) ... *Self-correction*: The text likely meant "Chi" as in "Chi Shao" or it's a typo. I will extract the clear ones.
*Re-reading carefully*: "Zhi Shi Wu Mei . Chi Yi Sheng". It is extremely likely a typo for "Zhi Shi Wu Ke, Dou Chi Yi Sheng". Since "Dou Chi" is not fully written, I will extract "Zhishi", "Dahuang", "Zhizi".
