上件用无灰酒二斗，于瓶器内浸药，密封七日。每服一大盏，温服，常令有酒力，食后。
祛风除湿，温经络，散寒邪。

上用无灰酒五升浸附子，夏三、春秋五、冬七日可服。每温饮一盏，常令酒气不断，食
后。
灸中风口眼 斜不正者。
上于耳垂下麦粒大灸三壮，左引右灸，右引左灸。
治大风毒瓦斯蕴积，攻冲疡溃。（以下系大风方。内前三方是一宗药。）

上件为细末，炼蜜为丸，每一两作一十丸。每服一丸，细嚼，荆芥茶下，不拘时候。忌

Treats *Pian Feng* (Hemiplegic Wind) with symptoms of curled and contracted hands and feet, and hemiplegia.
Take *Niuxi* (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) (cleaned, sliced), *Niubang Gen* (Arctii Radix) (cleaned, sliced; each of the above two herbs is half a jin), *Dama Zi* (Cannabis Fructus) (one sheng, cleaned, stir-fried), *Gouqizi* (Lycii Fructus), *Qinjiao* (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix) (cleaned, sliced; the above six herbs are in equal amounts).
Soak the above ingredients in two dou of unadulterated wine in a bottle or vessel, seal tightly for seven days. Take one large cup per dose, warm, frequently maintaining the effect of alcohol, taken after meals.
Expels wind, dispels dampness, warms the meridians, and scatters cold pathogens.
Take *Fuzi* (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (one piece, weighing at least half a liang; slow-fire processed, skin and umbilicus removed, sliced into pieces).
Soak *Fuzi* in five sheng of unadulterated wine; it can be used after three days in summer, five days in spring and autumn, and seven days in winter. Drink one warm cup per dose, frequently maintaining the sensation of alcohol, taken after meals.
For mouth and eye deviation caused by stroke (*Zhong Feng*), apply moxibustion.
Apply three moxa cones at a location the size of a wheat grain below the earlobe; if the deviation is to the left, treat the right side, and if to the right, treat the left side.
Treats severe wind-toxin accumulation attacking and causing ulcers and eruptions. (The following belongs to formulas for Severe Wind. The first three formulas use the same category of herbs.)
*Huma Zi* (Sesami Fructus), *Manjingzi* (Viticis Fructus), *Gouqizi* (Lycii Fructus), *Niubangzi* (Arctii Fructus) (each of these four herbs is half a liang, all stir-fried until ripe), *Fangfeng* (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (remove the root head), *Kushen* (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), *Bai Jili* (Tribuli Fructus).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and mix evenly. Take two qian per dose, mixed with clear light tea, rinse the mouth with decoction of *Gancao* (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) and *Guanzhong* (Cyathulae Radix), take three times daily, without restriction on time.
Wash away severe wind-toxin, kill five types of parasites, and contract wound openings.
*Xionghuang* (Realgar), *Jingjie* (Schizonepetae Herba), *Heshouwu* (Polygoni Multiflori Radix), *Kushen* (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), *Piaoxiao* (Natrii Sulfas) (each of these four herbs is two qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder, soak in five sheng of water for three days, then boil for dozens of boils. Use as a bath solution; the parasites should be washed out. Discard the medicinal liquid.
Treats severe wind leprosy (*Da Feng Lai Ji*) with muscle ulcers and nasal bridge erosion.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, make pills with refined honey, forming ten pills from every one liang of powder. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, swallow with *Jingjie* tea, without restriction on time. Avoid eating fish.
