Treats Feng disease (Leprosy), characterized by the loss of eyebrows and beard, collapse of the nasal bridge, and impaired speech.
Pizi Yanzhi (Processed Red Ochre, separately ground) Cinnabar (separately ground) Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (rhizome removed) Frankincense (separately ground) Lotus Root Node Rheum Palmatum Root et Rhizome Green Bamboo Shavings Sepia Eglefimi (skin, navel, and tip removed).
The above ingredients are processed into a fine powder. A paste made from rice flour boiled in wine is used as a binder to form pills, with ten pills made from one tael of powder. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly, and swallow with clear tea infusion. No specific time restriction applies.
Treats Feng disease, as well as various wind pathogens causing whole-body stubborn numbness, itching, and ulceration.
Baihua She (Five taels, those with tight and slender heads) Caowutou (Ten taels) Chuanwutou (Five taels) Saposhnikovia Root (Two and a half taels).
The above four ingredients are boiled together in water until fragrant and cooked through, then strained out; first remove and discard the Saposhnikovia Root, then remove the skin and bones from the Baihua She and dry it by roasting; next process the Caowutou (tip removed), Xuejie (One tael, separately ground) Musk (Half qian, separately ground).
Mix the above ingredients evenly. When preparing to take the medicine, first after meals, mix one qian of true Da Fengzi Oil with a small amount of Musk, and take with clear tea or wine infusion, followed by taking blood-activating [medicines].
Treats epilepsy in adults and children, occurring without dizziness prodromes, with foaming at the mouth, stiffness of the neck and back, and confused mental state.

The above ingredients are processed into a fine powder. The Gold and Silver Leaves are ground together with three parts Mercury, then the previously ground medicines are added and mixed evenly. Honey is refined and used to form pills the size of mung beans. Take five [pills] per dose.
Treats epilepsy caused by fright leading to fluctuating mental state, persisting for a long time, with intermittent attacks.

The above ingredients are processed into a fine powder, then the previously ground medicines are added and mixed evenly. Honey is refined and used to form pills, with fifteen pills made from one tael of powder. Take one pill per dose, dissolve in Mint Decoction, and take on an empty stomach.
