治诸热毒肿痛结核，或似痈疖而非，使人头痛恶心，寒热气急。

Treats heat-toxin attacking and penetrating, causing sores all over the body with a foul odor that is unbearable to approach.

Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. First wash the sores with salt water, then mix the powder with oil and apply it to the affected area using a feather.
Treats various wind-heat toxins causing redness, swelling, and pain.
Vigna angularis Seed Arisaema Cum Bile (used raw) Phellodendri Cortex (the above three herbs, each 1 liang) Earth Cinnabar (1 fen)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with fresh cold water to form a paste, spread on paper, and apply as a plaster.
Treats white pus and bloody discharge flowing continuously due to meridian injury from acupuncture or bloodletting stone therapy. (Below are formulas for supporting the interior.)
Astragali Membranacei Radix (8 liang) Angelicae Sinensis Radix (3 liang, washed and dried) Cinnamomi Cortex (remove rough bark) Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum Frankincense (ground separately) Agarwood (the above five herbs, each 1 liang)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Use 4 liang of Mung Bean Starch and natural juice of Fresh Ginger, boil into a paste, mix and form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, swallowed with warm boiled water.
Treats carbuncles, ulcers, and boils that have not yet suppurated; taking this formula causes them to dissipate. If they have already hardened, taking this formula causes rapid ulceration. Rotten pus discharges naturally, necrotic tissue falls off, pain decreases, appetite returns to normal, and adverse symptoms such as vomiting do not occur.

Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine, at any time. Remove Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata for those with excess qi and young, robust individuals.
Treats various heat-toxin-induced painful swellings and nodules, or conditions resembling carbuncles but not actually so, causing headache, nausea, alternating chills and fever, and rapid breathing.

Chop the above ingredients. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct in one cup of water until reduced to 70%, strain, and take warm after meals.
