Specializes in treating pathogenic factors from the four seasons, causing headache, fever, abdominal pain, bloating and distension, cholera with muscle cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, cold limbs, and intestinal colic (Jiao Chang Sha).
It also treats conditions such as cold injuring summerheat, food stagnation, malaria, and dysentery. Each dose is one qian; for severe cases, double the dosage. If the tongue coating is white, take it down with Huoxiang Tang (Agastache Decoction); if yellow, take it down with Heye Tang (Lotus Leaf Decoction); if caused by cold or raw food, take it down with Jiang Tang (Ginger Decoction).
For vomiting, diarrhea, and muscle cramps, take four pills, decocted with Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) and Zaoshin Tu (Fulongan/Cooked Earth). Avoid eating rice grains. This formula has been prepared and distributed annually, saving many lives with minimal cost. Use Bohe (Mint), Cha Ye (Tea Leaves), and Dafupi (Areca Peel) to decoct a liquid. Take one bowl of Rice Soup (Mi Tang) to form pills. Coat the pills with Zhusha (Cinnabar). Each pill weighs seven fen. Dry them and store them in small-mouthed porcelain bottles; ensuring they are airtight is crucial.

Additionally, add seventy-two liang of Lead Powder (Qian Fen) fried until yellow. Use ten jin of high-quality Sesame Oil. Soak all the above herbs for two to three days first, then decoct in a pot, filter out the dregs, add the lead powder, stir evenly with Mulberry Branches, fan until smoke ceases, cool down, and soak in water. The older it becomes, the better.
