隔年老葱白
上将老葱白三五根，去皮须叶，擂为膏，将病患口斡开，用银铜匙将葱膏送入咽喉中，

好茶末（四两） 拣乳香（二两）
上为细末，用腊月兔血和丸如鸡头大，每服一丸，温醋送下，不拘时候。

晚蚕砂（不拘多少）
上为细末，用滚沸汤泡过，滤净，取清水服之立止。
治小肠疝气，阴囊肿痛。
乳香（一钱） 蝎梢（二钱） 川乌头（去皮，生用，三钱）
上为细末，每服一钱，水一盏，煎至七分，入盐少许，空心连滓热服，立见效。
治远年日近小肠疝气，偏坠搐痛，脐下胀痛，以致闷乱及外肾肿硬，日渐滋长，阴间湿
痒，
吴茱萸（一斤，去枝梗净，四两酒浸，四两醋浸，四两汤浸，四两童子小便浸，各一宿，

上为细末，酒糊为丸如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，空心，盐酒或盐汤下。
附煮 药
三岁婴孩性不调，休教二子放疏娇，
一张衲被 头了，自有神仙路一条。
煮 药∶山茱萸 吴茱萸 蛇床子 牡蛎 川椒 葱白（带须）
上各等分为 咀，每用三钱，熬水熏洗。
治小肠疝气疼痛。
木香 茴香（盐炒香，不用盐） 川楝子（切片，盐炒，同盐用）
上各等分，为细末，每服三钱，热酒一盏，空心调服。
The Hai Shang Fang records an emergency rescue method for treating severe heart pain in men or women, characterized by locked jaws and approaching death. This can be used for immediate resuscitation.
Old Green Onion White (from the previous year):
Take three to five stalks of old green onion white, remove the skin, roots, and leaves, and grind them into a paste. Pry open the patient's mouth, and use a silver or copper spoon to insert the onion paste into the throat.
Using Xiang Huang Shui:
Treating unbearable acute Qi pain in the heart.
Good tea powder (4 liang), selected Frankincense (2 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with rabbit blood collected in the twelfth lunar month to form pills the size of a chicken head. Take one pill per dose, washed down with warm vinegar. Time of administration is unrestricted.
Treating unbearable Qi pain in the heart in men or women.
Mulberry Silkworm Sand (quantity as needed).
Grind the above ingredient into a fine powder. Steep in boiling water, filter until clear, and drink the clarified liquid. The pain will stop immediately.
Treating intestinal hernia (Shao Yang Hernia) with swelling and pain in the scrotum.
Frankincense (1 qian), Scorpion Tail (2 qian), Aconite Root (Chuan Wu Tou) (peeled, raw, 3 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose. Add one cup of water and decoct until reduced to 0.7 cups. Add a small amount of salt. Consume hot, including the dregs, on an empty stomach. Effect is immediate.
Treating chronic or recent intestinal hernia, with unilateral testicular descent and spasmodic pain, distending pain below the umbilicus, leading to mental confusion, swelling and hardness of the external genitalia that gradually increases, and dampness and itching in the genital area.
Evodia Fruit (Wu Zhu Yu) (1 jin, stems and impurities removed; divided into four parts: 4 liang soaked in wine, 4 liang soaked in vinegar, 4 liang soaked in water, 4 liang soaked in child's urine; each soaked overnight, then dried/roasted).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use wine paste to form pills the size of a sophora seed. Take 50 pills per dose. On an empty stomach, wash down with salted wine or salted water.
Appendix: Decoction for Washing
For a three-year-old infant with irregular temperament, do not allow two sons to spoil them.
Covering with a patched quilt naturally opens a path like immortals.
Decoction Formula: Cornus Fruit (Shan Zhu Yu), Evodia Fruit (Wu Zhu Yu), Cnidium Fruit (She Chuang Zi), Oyster Shell (Mu Li), Sichuan Pepper (Chuan Jiao), Green Onion White (with roots).
Take equal parts of the above ingredients, cut into coarse pieces. Use 3 qian per dose, boil in water for fumigation and washing.
Treating intestinal hernia pain.
Costus Root (Mu Xiang), Fennel Seed (Hui Xiang) (stir-fried with salt until fragrant, but do not use the salt grains), Toosendan Fruit (Chuan Lian Zi) (sliced, stir-fried with salt, using both together).
Take equal parts of the above ingredients, grind into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose. Mix with one cup of hot wine. Administer on an empty stomach.
