以上各为细末，用麻黄二十斤，去节水煎一日去渣，将汁熬成膏，入药末和为
丸，每丸重五钱。清晨送下一丸，不可见风。此丸能消风顺气。诸般疯证，可服川
乌、草乌，乃诸风之首药，必先制炼精详，莫待临时忙乱。
制川乌、草乌法∶川乌取八钱一枚者佳，二物将米泔好醋各浸一夜，用姜汁火
酒调面，将二物包裹在内，慢火煨熟取出，用阴阳瓦焙干为末，收贮听用。如逢大证面赤者，宜减。
夺命还真丹 此丹非止治大麻疯、癫疯、 疯、冷疯、蛤蟆、鸡爪、蝼蝈诸
证，即中风瘫痪，遍身筋骨疼痛，惊痫，口吐涎沫，妇人胎前产后，月经不调，并皆治之。

牛黄 冰片 麝香 地骨皮 中风瘫痪，大麻疯癫疯，茶酒任下。遍身筋骨疼痛，不
省人事，热醋下。惊痫口吐涎沫，温酒下。妇人胎前产后，月经不调，香附汤下。冷风寒湿，黑豆炒焦烹酒下。
清肾愈风汤 治大麻疯。

回生夺命神丹 此方能治三十六疯，十四癞，有起死回生之妙。

五年者服四五丸，一二年者服一二丸。须麻姑酒磨下，随汗愈。
东华玉髓 凡瘫烂败脱者，非服此药不能痊愈。

上为末，每服四分酒下。若此药加入各方内，无不取效。
守中丸

大麻疯熏药

先将铅皮剪碎，收入水银和各药为熏条，每日熏脐二次，要吃饱，口含清水，频频吐换，以愈为度。
雄漆丸
真漆（一两，入蟹黄五钱，拌匀晒之，渐渐去浮面上水） 明雄黄 牙皂（各五钱）

神仙紫菀丸
白花蛇（用酒一碗，浸一宿，去皮、骨晒干，再入

白玉蟾蜍遗方 治麻痒瘫痪，烂挛肿痛危困者，并大麻、鸡爪、 曳、蝼蝈、冷麻等证，如神。

水银、朱砂、代赭、苍耳四味，研至不见水银星为度。再将枫肉汁打陈米糊丸。每
日卯、午、酉各服三钱，或二钱五分，酒下。

香、皂角刺各二两。肝经毒盛，面起紫泡，加何首乌五两。肾经毒盛，脚底先穿，加血竭二两。心经毒盛，先
损其目，加珠屑一两。脾经毒盛，遍身疮癣，加苍术八两。麻木不仁者，冷风也，加天麻蒂一两。肉死割切不
痛，加霹雳二两。血死则溃烂成脓，加归尾八两。筋死则手足脱落，加白僵蚕三两。骨死则鼻梁崩塌，加骨碎
补三两。凡五死兼见者，大命已绝，虽卢扁再生，不能活矣。）
诸疯初服开窍方
雄黄 天南星 半夏 川芎 草乌 明天麻 朱砂（各等分）
为末。每服二钱酒下。
四仙丹 治大麻等疯三十六证，如患者大肉已去者，不治。牛黄一钱，番木
鳖四十九枚，去皮，麻油一斤，煎木鳖子三沉三浮，以金色为度，捞起放地上存性
为末，加朱砂一钱，雄黄一钱五分，麝香五分，研细蜜丸如萝卜子大。初日服一厘，
二日服二厘，至十日服一分，十一日仍服
一厘至一分止，三白酒送下，宜清晨服，忌风戒色欲荤腥要紧，后服煎药四五剂，痊愈。
大麻疯神方

独圣散 用净嫩片香十斤，将桑柴灰滤汁一缸，用汁煮片香一百沸，倾入清
水缸内，拔去苦水，俟坚硬方止，复用灰汁约煮十余次，以苦涩之味尽为度，阴干
研成极细末。不拘茶水粥内，俱可加服，一日可服七八钱之数，服一料即愈，切戒动
气房劳，谨戒一切动气生湿有毒之物。
牛黄搜风丸

木各二两，每服五六日表汗一次。忌牛、羊、猪、鸡、鹅等有毒及动风果品，远酒色，戒忧怒，慎寒暑。
黄柏散 治手足皮枯，破则如水窠，或痒如疥癞，并雁来疯。

上为末，腊猪油调搽，如麻木者亦可擦其痒，搔破擦之则皮自然如旧矣。
大麻疯神方 肥鸭一只，饿一日，用赤炼蛇一条切碎，麻黄、羌活各四两，大
附子二两，麝香一钱，陈米二升，俱为细末，好酒、火酒各一碗拌匀，作三四次与
鸭吃，待鸭毛将落杀之，用酒煮烂去骨。
当归 白花蛇 金银花（各四两） 蛇蜕（一两） 土茯苓（半个） 发灰 伏龙肝（各五钱）
上为末，和鸭捣匀，加酒和丸桐子大。每服百丸酒下，半月自愈。
保命丸
苦参（十斤） 草胡麻 当归 防风 芜荑 白蒺藜（各五斤） 大枫肉 薄荷叶 土
木鳖 荆芥（各二斤） 胡连 银柴胡（各十二两）
上为末，水法丸，细茶下。一日服四服，约二合，轻者不过七八升，重者一斗
五升，再重者二三斗，痊愈。（如身发多疮，或生湿毒通身，如蛇皮，或破流血水者，是脾经受毒，加
白术十两。如手足破伤麻木，遍身发紫块白瘢癜，满身肉痛，此胃经受毒，加浓朴十两。如眉发脱落，遍身发
疮癣，满头面上蝇虫痕，此肺家受毒，加黄芩十两。如面起紫泡，身如紫云朵，四肢先见者，乃肝属木而有此
疮也。春二三月，秋九十月，各发一次，此肝经受毒，加山栀、连翘各一斤。如脚底先穿，眼泪如珠流者，遍身
骨节刺痛，又发血癣如桃花朵者，此心经受毒，加黄连、山栀各一斤。如遍身起紫块，手足拳挛，口眼歪斜，此
肾经受毒，加破故纸十两。）
如五脏受病，则藏于内，不发于外，多生冷疾，手足如瘫痪软状者，加苍术、黄柏各八两，甘草四两。五
脏受风者，加川续断、何首乌、威灵仙各半斤，遍身浮
肿，加乳香去油、没药去油，各四两。骨节疼痛，加虎骨三斤。如六腑受病，如紫云块似核桃，疯多由内热，两
鼻出血，筋脉弛长，四肢无力，行步艰难，加威灵仙、川
The aforementioned ingredients are each ground into fine powder. Take twenty *jin* (approx. 10 kg) of *Ephedrae Herba* (Mahuang, 麻黄), remove the nodes, and decoct in water for one day. Strain the dregs, and boil the liquid down to a paste. Mix in the medicinal powders and form pills, each weighing five *qian* (approx. 18.75 g). Administer one pill early in the morning on an empty stomach; avoid exposure to wind during this period. This pill can eliminate wind pathogens and regulate Qi. For various types of leprosy syndromes, *Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata* (Chuanwu, 川乌) and *Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata* (Caowu, 草乌) may be taken, as they are premier herbs for treating wind disorders. However, they must be processed meticulously beforehand; do not wait until the last moment when haste may lead to errors.
Method for processing *Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata* (Chuanwu, 川乌) and *Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata* (Caowu, 草乌): Select *Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata* (Chuanwu, 川乌) pieces weighing eight *qian* (approx. 30 g) each, which is optimal. Soak both herbs separately in rice washing water and good vinegar overnight. Prepare a paste using ginger juice, fiery liquor (fire wine), and flour. Wrap the two herbs in the paste and slow-roast over low heat until cooked. Remove, dry on Yin-Yang tiles (ceramic tiles exposed to sun and shade), grind into powder, and store for use. Reduce the dosage if the patient presents with severe symptoms and a red face.
Duoming Huanshen Dan (Life-Restoring Pill): This pill treats not only major leprosy (Da Ma Feng, 大麻疯), manic leprosy (Dian Feng, 癫疯), leprous disease (Li Feng, 疠风), cold leprosy (Leng Feng, 冷疯), toad leprosy (Hamafeng, 蛤蟆疯), chicken claw leprosy (Jizhuafeng, 鸡爪疯), and mole leprosy (Louguofeng, 蝼蝈疯), but also stroke-induced paralysis, pain throughout the body's sinews and bones, convulsive epilepsy, foaming at the mouth, and menstrual irregularities in women before and after childbirth.
Formula: *Scorpio* (Quanxie, 全蝎), *Bombyx Batryticatus* (Baijiangcan, 白僵蚕), *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium* (Chenpi, 陈皮), *Rehmanniae Radix* (Shengdi, 生地), *Eucommiae Cortex* (Duzhong, 杜仲), *Viticis Fructus* (Manjingzi, 蔓荆子), *Anemarrhenae Rhizoma* (Zhimu, 知母), *Chrysanthemi Flos* (Ganjuhua, 甘菊花), *Coptidis Rhizoma* (Huanglian, 黄连) (each 1 liang); *Scutellariae Radix* (Huangqin, 黄芩), *Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata* (Shudi, 熟地), *Cinnamomi Ramulus* (Rougui, 肉桂), *Aurantii Fructus* (Zhike, 枳壳), *Bupleuri Radix* (Chaihu, 柴胡), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, 甘草), *Gypsum Fibrosum* (Shigao, 石膏) (stir-baked), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng, 防风), *Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma* (Baizhu, 白术), *Pinelliae Rhizoma* (Banxia, 半夏), *Poria* (Baifuling, 白茯苓) (each 2 liang); *Gastrodiae Rhizoma* (Tianma, 天麻), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong, 川芎), *Costi Rhizoma* (Guomuxiang, 广木香), *Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma* (Gaoben, 藁本), *Paeoniae Radix Alba* (Baishao, 白芍药) (each 2.5 liang); *Ginseng Radix* (Renshen, 人参), *Cuscutae Semen* (Tusizi, 菟丝子) (soaked in wine and baked), *Angelicae Pubescentis Radix* (Duhuo, 独活) (each 1.5 liang); *Asari Radix* (Xixin, 细辛) (5 qian); *Gecko* (Hejie, 蛤蚧) (one pair, fried in fat).
Grind all ingredients into powder. Form pills the size of bullet seeds using honey, and coat with gold foil. Take one pill per dose, chewing it down with a specific vehicle according to the syndrome. An alternative formula adds *Rhinoceoris Cornu* (Xihuangjiao, 犀牛角黄 - note: substitute with buffalo horn in modern practice due to conservation laws), *Borneolum Syntheticum* (Bingpian, 冰片), *Moschus* (Shexiang, 麝香), and *Lycii Cortex* (Digupi, 地骨皮). For stroke paralysis or major/manic leprosy, take with tea or wine. For whole-body bone/sinus pain and unconsciousness, take with hot vinegar. For convulsive epilepsy and foaming at the mouth, take with warm wine. For pre/post-partum conditions or menstrual irregularities, take with *Cyperi Rhizoma* (Xiangfu, 香附) decoction. For cold-wind-cold-dampness, take with wine brewed from scorched black soybeans.
Qingshen Yufeng Tang (Kidney-Clearing Wind-Expelling Decoction): Treats major leprosy.
Formula: *Schizonepetae Spica* (Jingjie, 荆芥), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng, 防风), *Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (Qianghuo, 羌活), *Angelicae Pubescentis Radix* (Duhuo, 独活), *Dictamni Cortex* (Baixianpi, 白鲜皮), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Baizhi, 白芷), *Bombyx Batryticatus* (Chantui, 蝉蜕), *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong, 川芎), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui, 当归), *Syneilesidis Rhizoma* (Weilingxian, 威灵仙), *Rehmanniae Radix* (Shengdi, 生地), *Polygoni Multiflori Caulis* (Heshouwu, 何首乌), *Aurantii Fructus* (Zhike, 枳壳), *Sophorae Flavescentis Radix* (Kushen, 苦参), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, 甘草) (each 1 liang); *Atractylodis Rhizoma* (Cangzhu, 苍术), *Phellodendri Cortex* (Huangbai, 黄柏), *Manis Squama* (Chuanshanjia, 穿山甲), *Linderae Radix* (Wuyao, 乌药), *Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma* (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲) (each 2 liang); *Lonicerae Japonicae Flos* (Jinyinhua, 金银花) (4 liang).
Divide into ten doses. Decoct in good wine and take orally.
Baihua She Wan (White Flower Snake Pill): Treats major leprosy.
Formula: *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong, 川芎), *Gastrodiae Rhizoma* (Tianma, 天麻), *Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix* (Qianghuo, 羌活), *Typhonii Rhizoma* (Baifuzi, 白附子) (stir-baked), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui, 当归), *Viticis Fructus* (Manjingzi, 蔓荆子), *Angelicae Pubescentis Radix* (Duhuo, 独活), *Syneilesidis Rhizoma* (Weilingxian, 威灵仙), *Bombyx Batryticatus* (Chantui, 蝉蜕), *Paeoniae Radix Rubra* (Chishao, 赤芍药), *Polyporus Umbellatus* (Leiwang, 雷丸), *Xanthii Fructus* (Cangerzi, 苍耳子), *Aurantii Fructus* (Zhike, 枳壳), *Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma* (Chuanbi, 川萆薢), *Realgar* (Xionghuang, 雄黄), *Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma* (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲), *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao, 甘草), *Calami Fructus* (Dafengzi, 大枫子), *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng, 防风), *Polygoni Multiflori Caulis* (Heshouwu, 何首乌), *Linderae Radix* (Wuyao, 乌药), *Bombyx Batryticatus* (Baijiangcan, 白僵蚕), *Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix* (Niuxi, 牛膝), *Sophorae Flavescentis Radix* (Kushen, 苦参), *Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina* (Zaojiao, 皂角) (equal parts); *Bungarus multicinctus* (Baihuashe, 白花蛇) (one snake, skin and bones removed, soaked in wine and stir-fried).
Grind into powder. Form pills the size of tung tree seeds using a wine paste. Take thirty pills per dose, washed down with wine.
Huisheng Duoming Shendan (Life-Returning Life-Seizing Divine Pill): This formula treats thirty-six types of wind disorders and fourteen types of leprosy, possessing miraculous effects of reviving the dead.

Grind into powder. Mix with December lard for topical application. For numbness, apply to relieve itching. If scratched open, apply to restore skin naturally.
