五宝丹 治杨梅结毒，筋骨疼痛，口鼻腐烂，诸药不效。
血珀 珍珠（新白者佳） 冰片 朱砂（水飞） 滴乳石（如乳头下垂，研之另碎，明如水晶者佳。各三钱）
各研极细，秤准共合一处，再研数百转，瓷罐封贮。每用药末二钱加飞罗面八
钱，再研和匀。每日用土茯苓一斤洗极净，置石臼内，木捶碎如骰子大，用水十一碗
煎至七碗去渣，再用大竹筒一个，绢绷作筛，将药五分置竹筒中，细筛于土茯苓汤
内，随手搅匀，一日吃完，看病上下，食前后服。逐日根据服制服，重者四十服，轻
者一二十服即愈。忌食火酒、猪首、糟物、海味、茶、醋、姜、椒、蒜，牛、羊、鸡、
鹅，豆腐、面筋、鲜鱼。不忌者，猪肉、肝、肺、腰子、鸭。若毒结最重，鼻舌腐烂加
牛黄、胎骨，即能暗补，其功最大。阳物溃烂，亦加胎骨入丹内。若毒结在鼻上，加
辛夷三钱，则土茯苓煎汤。一方加肥皂一个，同土茯苓煎汤。一方朱砂三钱，血珀
一钱，滴乳石二钱，珍珠五分，冰片三分。一方五宝丹，上部丹内加川贝母三钱，赤
茯苓、牛膝各一钱；中部丹内加赤茯苓三钱，川贝母、牛膝各一钱；下部丹内加牛膝三钱，川贝母、赤茯苓各一钱。
邵道人秘传五宝丹。
滴乳石（明润真者佳，三钱） 琥珀（能吸芥子者） 辰砂（透明者，各二钱） 大珍珠（五分） 冰片（二分）
共研为细末，入飞白面四两，乳匀，每服三分，用土茯苓一斤，拭去泥土，以木
槌槌碎，入砂锅内，用水十二碗煎至八碗，滤去渣，将药筛下搅匀，再煎二三沸取起，
陆续一日服完。后开加减神验法∶一、鼻子烂尽，臭秽难闻，药中每服加灵山柴 ，
鹿鼻血阴干，女子前三日经布 存性，研细，各加三厘。和匀煎服，随即生肌，用
此三服鼻长如故。一、阳物烂尽，腐臭恶气，痛不可忍者，药中加灵山柴 ，羊肾
血阴干，女子前三日经布 存性，研细，各加三厘。煎服，随即生肌，服完三服，肾
长如故。一、轻粉毒，流注穿烂脑顶脸面，口颊四肢，肩、背、腿、足恶臭，连年不
愈，只用前药煎服三次，脓尽臭除，肌生肉平如故。如成漏而流清水者，加当归、人
参、黄 煎服。一、结毒四围小疮，状如小蜂窠，当中有瘀肉，败脓流而不干，痛
而不止者，服此药后，疮口脓水干，疼痛除，肌肉长，只须三服，可以全好。一、人
虚可加人参，若疮在上，用桔梗半分浸水煎土茯苓；在下用甘草半分浸水煎土茯苓。
一、人虚极，寒战切牙，肢体如冰，用炮附子三分入药煎服，以身温战止为率，不
可过服。一、结毒疼痛不可忍者，前药中加乳香、没药去油尽，各三厘。煎服。一、
筋骨疼痛，不能摇动，乃轻粉之毒深入骨髓，可于本方中加珍珠一倍，乳香、没药
各三厘于每服中煎之。一、噎气乃轻粉之毒流于口内为害，宜加沉香、木香各五厘，
入煎药中服之。一、服此药后，小便不利者，乃药将毒行于下，故现滞结之象，不
须疑虑，可用百草霜二钱，擂井水清晨服之即解。或绿豆汤亦可。一、有孕妇患此
结毒，凡煎土茯苓，不可将脸对药罐之口，恐其气味触之作吐也。土茯苓一斤，水十
二碗慢火煎之，但有沫起，便以物掠去，煎至七碗去渣，方下前末药煎二三沸，取起
服之；无孕者，煎服照前。一、结毒在于手足弯曲之处，服此药，患愈，尚不能活
动，可再服一二剂，其筋自舒，自能活动矣。一、结毒服此药患愈，须要守其禁忌，
庶不再发，亦无他苦。若服生鼻长肾之药，俱已长完，第一要戒劳碌、房事、恼怒，鸡、
鹅、牛、羊、驴、犬、蟹、鳖、鱼、虾，葱、蒜、韭、薤，芫荽、萝卜，辛、辣、咸、酸，
肥甘、油腻，煎炒炙 ，苦茶、醇 、酪酥，胡椒、生姜，一切毒物。若犯房劳怒
气，则皮肤倾陷，血肉相戕，所长之鼻肾，从此又烂矣；虽仍以前药治之，则不如前
之效速也。如若食物犯毒，其患复作者，尚在可治，不致于十分颓坏也。禁忌不但如
此二者，即梅疮、鱼口、下疳、痈疽，俱要禁戒调理，节其饮食，禁其房闱，开其
心胸，涤其思虑，适其寒温，慎其起居，如此气血调和，脏腑安实，正气渐盛，庶无变异之患也。
止痛生肌丸（邵道人）解轻粉结毒。
东丹（用滚水飞七次） 槐花（细末，各一两） 大冰片（五厘）
上和匀，面糊为丸，雄黄为衣。每服一钱或八九分，或茶或酒送下，服至六七
日，疮上流臭水，十数日化腐生肌，一月痊愈。
八宝丹（邵道人）。
钟乳粉（制，五钱） 辰砂（飞，三钱） 熊胆 珍珠 琥珀 犀牛黄 冰片（各一钱） 飞白
面（炒，研，五钱）
共研细末，瓷瓶收贮。凡治杨梅疮结毒，每用一分，土茯苓半斤，煎汤调下。如
毒在下部，加薏苡米五钱配用。
灵砂黑虎丹 治杨梅疮后，头如破裂之疼痛；筋骨拘挛，痛不可忍；或起冷
痰包，脓水淋漓，兼治阴结毒，一切湿痰，久顽阴寒，久不收口之疮。凡结毒顽疮，先
服五宝丹或八宝丹，必用此药收功，永远不发。
白砒（三钱，将砒用绿豆水煮过，入罐内升五炷
香，取出以白萝卜同煮过入药） 寒水石（ ）百草霜（各三钱） 金头蜈蚣（二条，焙） 大黑豆（一百二十
粒） 冰片 麝香（各一分）
上研极细和匀，用小红枣四两，煮熟去皮核同捣为丸如豌豆大。每服二丸，日
服三次，冷水或茶送下。服是药口眼胞肿，则药力到矣，缓一日再服，忌吃热汤水，宜
吃大荤，以免嘈杂。其黑豆生用，冷水泡软，去皮捣碎加红枣肉丸，得起便罢，不
必多。或加犀黄三分更妙。
解毒丸（邵道人）。治杨梅疮、杨梅漏，服过灵药久不愈者，必内有轻粉毒为患。
黑铅（一斤，打成片，剪如豆大） 山中黄土（一斤，研细）
二物人锅炒至铅化，去铅不用，只将黄土水叠为丸，每服三钱，酒送下，十服即好。
结毒擦药
水银（一两五钱） 生大黄 大腹皮（炒） 胆矾（各一钱） 轻粉（一钱二分） 甘草 番打麻
（六分，患重者加三分）
共为细末，用真麻油作四十八丸，每日早、午、晚共享十二丸，擦手四弯、脚
四弯，口含冷水，热则吐去，又换冷水含之。第六日，如鼻中有恶气味并有疮，用
大枫子肉十五个，麝香三分，研为丸，不时嗅之，尽一日之用。第七日用麦麸二升，
甘草四两，煎水洗浴。第八日可出房门，可吃雄猪肉。至半个月诸物不忌，只忌盐、酱、
醋、酒、辛辣之物，房事断要忌一百天。第八日用生地、当归、川芎、白芍、山楂、枳
壳、牛蒡、银花水煎服。服十剂后，再服当归、川芎、白芍、熟地、人参、陈皮、白茯苓、炙甘草，水煎服。
熏法（秘方）。治杨梅结毒并梅疮、疳疮破烂者，即生肌完口。患者不肯服药者，宜用此法。
祁阳炭（即鸡骨炭，一两五钱，先将炭烧着透，复焖熄，先研细末） 面粉（五钱） 银朱（三钱）
共研极细末，用棉纸入药，卷成九条。
先将房内板缝窗扇糊得不透风，将香炉放桌上，将条子点着，坐于桌边，以鼻嗅其
气，口中噙冷水，热则吐去，又噙冷水，以烟尽为度。九枝条子分三日熏完，如疮在
上，食后嗅烟，用川芎煎汤当茶吃；每日三次。如嘴肿痛，即是毒从口出，又停数
日再嗅。先放白硼砂在口，再含水更妙。如口臭肿痛，以绿豆煎汤吃或蜜糖亦可，用
苏薄煎汤漱口，过七日后，再用解毒煎剂。
杨梅结毒，舌烂、鼻烂、龟头烂。（秘方。）
黑狗头（一个，用黑铅一两装入脑内，用盐泥封固，入金粟米火 红，取出冷定，研为细末听用） 乳香
（去油） 没药（去油） 铅霜（各三分） 轻粉（二分） 硼
砂（一分五厘） 明雄（一分） 寒水石（四分） 金箔（十张） 制铅（一钱五分）
共乳极细末，瓷瓶收贮。凡舌断米泔水葱茶煎汤温漱，拭干上药，待长一二时
许，洗去药，又渐渐搽上。凡龟头烂者，以葱汤熏洗，搽药待长，又洗又搽。
碧云散 结毒入于巅顶，以致头疼眼痛如破者，吹之。
鹅儿不食草 川芎（各一两） 青黛（一钱）
共为极细末，令患者口噙凉水，以芦管吹药于左右鼻中，取嚏为效。吹后吐去
凉水，若不噙水，便要呛喉，并治风火时眼。眵泪外障，吹之亦效。
熏洗法
苍术（一两） 点红川椒（三钱）
水五碗煎至四碗，入罐内，将患处对罐口，以热气熏之，俟半热倾于盆内淋洗
患上，以洁净布挹净后，用解毒紫金膏。
解毒紫金膏 杨梅结毒，腐烂作臭，脓水淋漓，诸药不效者。
细块矾红 明净松香（各一斤）
共研极细，麻油调稠，先用前汤洗净，拭干搽上此药，油纸盖好，软绢扎紧，毋
令血行，三日一换，如无前汤熏洗，只煎葱艾甘草等汤，俱可洗换。又治诸毒顽癣等疮神效。愈后忌食发物煎炒。
神仙碧玉膏 结毒溃烂臭秽，疼痛不敛，以及血疯、 疮并效。
轻粉 杭粉（各一两） 白腊（五钱） 乳香 没药（各三钱） 樟冰（二钱）
用公猪净熟油五两同白蜡熬化，倾入碗内，将上药和匀，水内顿一时取起，临
用抿脚挑膏，手心中捺化，摊油纸上，用葱汤洗净疮上，贴之。
结毒灵药 杨梅结毒，腐烂作臭，或咽喉、唇鼻腐坏日甚。
朱砂 硫黄 雄黄（各三两） 水银（一两）
共研极细，入阳城罐内，泥固铁盏梁兜固封口，点三炷香为度，用水擦盏内，火
毕次日取出盏底灵药约有一两五六钱。治寻常腐烂之证，用灵药五钱，轻粉五钱和
匀研细，小瓶封贮，纱封瓶口，临用甘草汤洗净患上，将瓶倒悬，纱眼内筛药患上，
用单油膏盖，一日一换，自效。男子妇人咽烂者，用灵药一钱，人中白二分，研细
吹之，日用三次，内服不二散，其疼即止，随可饮食。
硫黄不二散 杨梅结毒发于咽内，腐烂疼痛，汤水难入者。
硫黄（一钱） 靛花（一分）
共乳细，凉水一酒杯调服，其痛即止，可进饮食。
单油膏 贴结毒，掺灵药。
麻油二斤，熬滴水成珠，续下杭粉十三两，搅匀成膏，倾入水内片时，取起任用。
十服神效汤（胡公弼）。杨梅结毒流注，筋骨疼痛，不论已未破烂，神效。
升麻 皂角刺（各四两） 土茯苓（一斤） 头顶加白芷；胸中、喉、面加桔梗；胸前加
白芍；肩背加羌活；下部加牛膝（俱只加一钱）
共一剂，水八碗煎四碗，临服入麻油三匙，一日服一剂，十剂痊愈，此神方也。
结毒牛黄丸（胡鸣岐）。专治杨梅结毒，小儿胎毒，下疳神效。
拣透明雄黄四两研细，取芦柴截筒，将
雄黄末装入，面塞筒口，将锅内放水，上用芦柴作架，取雄黄筒横放架上，离水二
寸许，蒸四炷香足，火候方到，次早取出雄黄，每雄黄一两，入好牛黄四分不可少，
麝香五厘，配定研匀，老面糊丸黍米大，每早空心用猪胰子煎汤送下四分。诸物不忌，
只忌虾、蛋二味，服至四两，痊愈。
结毒久烂（秘方）。
土茯苓（一斤） 生姜（四两） 共煎数碗服之，不十日而愈，其溃处以药汁调面糊之，
即愈。曾有阳物烂完，半年不愈，服此得生。
杨梅疳毒，臭烂不堪者（周鹤仙）。
橄榄核（一个，烧灰存性） 真冰片（三厘）
共为细末，用麻油调涂，无比效方也。
涤空丹（汪如忠）。治结毒杨梅，顽 瘰 。
食盐（四钱） 明矾 火硝 皂矾 水银（各一两） 白砒（三钱）
研细炒老黄色，入阳城罐升三炷香，冷定刮取灵药一两，加明雄、朱砂、血竭、乳
香去油，没药去油各六钱，槐花米净末，穿山甲焙，净末，各一两，和匀研细，老米
打糊为丸如萝卜子大，每服一分，一日三服，用土茯苓四两，猪牙皂角一条，照各部位再加引经药煎汤送下。
杨梅结毒，头痛之极，用之神效。
何首乌（不犯铁器） 天花粉 苦参 荆芥穗 肥皂子 防风（各一两）
共为细末，每用七分五厘，用土茯苓四两，猪油一两五钱，水三碗煎一碗半，每
食后片时，用药汁半碗调药末服，一日三服。
曾服轻粉筋骨疼痛。
当归 川椒 细茶 黑铅 甘草（各四两）
上锉剂分十服，水煎服。或后加麝香一分亦妙。
头面结毒。
川椒（出桃花洞者佳，嚼半粒口不能言者真，去
目，八钱） 蕲艾（去筋膜，一两） 白茯苓（二两） 麻黄（去节，二钱） 猪头天灵盖（火 存性，五钱）
研为细末，蒸饼打糊丸如绿豆大，饭后白汤送下，服后二三日，疮口干燥不臭，
是其效也，服至疮口平复方住。患久者宜间服十全大补汤去川芎十数剂。忌牛、羊、鱼腥，房欲、火酒。
杨梅结毒方
土茯苓（五两） 甘草（六分） 天花粉 蝉蜕（去足） 麻黄根（各一钱） 杏仁（去尖） 肥皂子
皂荚子（各七粒） 白僵蚕（全足者一钱）
上俱忌铁器。水三碗煎一碗，毒在上，饱食服，毒在下，空心服；二十剂见效，杨
Wu Bao Dan (Five-Treasure Pill): Treats chancre chancres (chancre chancres) with symptoms of bone and joint pain, rotting of the mouth and nose, when other medicines are ineffective.
Ingredients: Blood amber (Xuepo), Pearl (Zhenzhu - preferably fresh and white), Borneol (Bingpian), Cinnabar (Zhusha - prepared by water levigation), Olibanum-like stone (Dilushi - resembling a hanging nipple, ground separately, transparent as crystal is best. Each ingredient 3 qian).
Preparation: Grind each ingredient to an extremely fine powder, weigh accurately, mix together, and grind hundreds of times more. Store in a porcelain jar sealed tightly.
Usage: Take 2 qian of the medicine powder, add 8 qian of sifted wheat flour, and grind evenly. Daily, take 1 jin (500g) of Smilax glabra Rhizome (Tufuling), wash it thoroughly, place it in a stone mortar, crush it into dice-sized pieces with a wooden pestle, add 11 bowls of water, and decoct until 7 bowls remain. Strain the dregs. Use a large bamboo tube lined with silk gauze as a sieve, place 5 fen of the medicine powder in the tube, and finely sieve it into the Smilax glabra Rhizome decoction. Stir well immediately and consume within one day. Adjust administration based on the location of the disease (upper or lower body) and relation to meals. Take daily according to this method. For severe cases, take 40 doses; for mild cases, 10-20 doses will suffice for recovery.
Dietary Restrictions: Avoid strong alcohol, pig's head meat, fermented foods, seafood, tea, vinegar, ginger, Sichuan pepper, garlic, beef, mutton, chicken, goose, tofu, gluten, and fresh fish. Pork, pork liver, pork lung, pork kidney, and duck are not restricted. If the toxin accumulation is heaviest with rotting of the nose and tongue, add Realgar-derived ox gallstone (Niuhuang) and fetal bone, which has significant hidden tonifying effects. If the genitals ulcerate, fetal bone can also be added to the pill. If the toxin accumulates in the nose, add Magnolia flower (Xinyi) 3 qian, and use Smilax glabra Rhizome decoction for administration. Another formula adds one soap pod, decocted with Smilax glabra Rhizome. Yet another formula: Cinnabar 3 qian, Blood amber 1 qian, Olibanum-like stone 2 qian, Pearl 5 fen, Borneol 3 fen. Another scheme: Add Fritillaria bulb (Chuanbeimu) 3 qian to the upper body formula, Red Poria (Chifuling) and Achyranthes root (Niuxi) 1 qian each; add Red Poria 3 qian, Fritillaria bulb and Achyranthes root 1 qian each to the middle body formula; add Achyranthes root 3 qian, Fritillaria bulb and Red Poria 1 qian each to the lower body formula. This is the Secretly Transmitted Wu Bao Dan by Daoist Shao.
Another Formula: Olibanum-like stone (transparent and lustrous authentic product is best, 3 qian), Amber (Hupo - capable of attracting mustard seeds is best), Chen Sha (Cinnabar - transparent, 2 qian each), Large Pearl (5 fen), Borneol (2 fen).
Preparation and Usage: Grind together into a fine powder, add 4 liang of sifted white flour, and grind evenly. Take 3 fen per dose. Use 1 jin of Smilax glabra Rhizome, wipe off dirt, crush with a wooden pestle, put in a clay pot, add 12 bowls of water, decoct until 8 bowls remain, filter out dregs, sieve the medicine powder in and stir well, boil for 2-3 boils, then remove. Consume gradually throughout the day.
The following are modified miraculous methods:
1. If the nose is completely rotted and foul-smelling, add Lingshan Chai, dried deer nasal blood, and menstrual cloth from three days prior to menstruation (preserved nature), ground fine, adding 3 li each per dose. Mix and decoct. Muscle growth occurs immediately. Three doses restore the nose to normal.
2. If the genitals are completely rotted with foul odor and unbearable pain, add Lingshan Chai, dried sheep kidney blood, and menstrual cloth from three days prior to menstruation (preserved nature), ground fine, adding 3 li each per dose. Decoct and take. Muscle growth occurs immediately. After three doses, the kidneys regenerate.
3. For mercury chloride poisoning causing flow and perforation of the brain top, face, cheeks, limbs, shoulders, back, legs, and feet, with foul odor and non-healing for years, simply decoct and take the previous medicine three times. Pus clears, odor disappears, and muscle grows flat as before. If fistulas form leaking clear fluid, add Angelica sinensis Root (Danggui), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), and Astragalus Root (Huangqi) for decoction.
4. For small sores around chancre chancres resembling bee hives, with stasis flesh in the center, draining foul pus that does not dry up, and continuous pain, after taking this medicine, the sore discharge dries, pain ceases, and muscle grows. Only three doses are needed for complete recovery.
5. For weak constitution, add Ginseng Radix. If the sore is in the upper body, use Platycodon Root (Jiegeng) 0.5 fen soaked in water to decoct Smilax glabra Rhizome; if in the lower body, use Licorice Root (Gancao) 0.5 fen soaked in water to decoct Smilax glabra Rhizome.
6. For extreme weakness with chills, teeth grinding, and icy limbs, add Prepared Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata (Paofuzi) 3 fen to the medicine for decoction. Stop when body warmth returns and chills cease. Do not overdose.
7. For unbearable pain from chancre chancres, add Frankincense (Ruxiang) and Myrrh (Moyao) (de-oiled), 3 li each, to the previous medicine. Decoct and take.
8. For bone and joint pain preventing movement, caused by mercury chloride toxin penetrating deep into the marrow, double the amount of Pearl in the base formula, and add Frankincense and Myrrh 3 li each per dose for decoction.
9. For dysphagia caused by mercury chloride toxin flowing into the mouth, add Agarwood (Chenxiang) and Aucklandia Root (Muxiang) 5 li each, and include them in the decoction.
10. If urination becomes difficult after taking this medicine, it indicates the medicine is driving the toxin downward, causing stagnation. There is no need to worry. Take Cinnabar-soot (Baicaoshuang) 2 qian, pounded well-well water, taken early in the morning to resolve it. Mung bean soup is also effective.
11. Pregnant women suffering from chancre chancres should not face the mouth of the decoction pot when boiling Smilax glabra Rhizome, as the fumes may cause vomiting. Boil 1 jin of Smilax glabra Rhizome in 12 bowls of water over slow fire. Skim off foam when it rises. Decoct until 7 bowls remain, strain dregs, then add the fine medicine powder, boil for 2-3 boils, and take. Non-pregnant women follow the previous method.
12. If chancre chancres are located at the bends of hands and feet, and mobility is still impaired after recovery, take one or two more doses. The tendons will relax naturally, restoring movement.
13. After recovering from chancre chancres with this medicine, strict adherence to dietary restrictions is necessary to prevent recurrence and other hardships. If medicines for regenerating nose and kidneys have been fully consumed, first avoid overwork, sexual activity, and anger. Avoid chicken, goose, cattle, sheep, donkey, dog, crab, turtle, fish, shrimp, scallion, garlic, leek, wild onion, coriander, radish, spicy, salty, sour, fatty, sweet, greasy, fried, roasted, bitter tea, pure wine, cheese/butter, Sichuan pepper, ginger, and all toxic substances. Violating sexual restraint or anger causes skin collapse and flesh destruction, leading to the rotting of regenerated nose and kidneys again. Even treating with the same medicine will not be as fast as before. If relapse occurs due to dietary violations, it is still treatable and not severely destructive. Restrictions are not limited to these two categories. Chancre, fish-mouth, chancre ulcers, and carbuncles all require restriction and regulation, moderation of diet, prohibition of sexual intercourse, opening of mind, cleansing of thoughts, adaptation to cold and heat, and caution in daily life. Thus, Qi and Blood harmonize, Zang-Fu organs become stable, righteous Qi gradually strengthens, avoiding abnormal changes.
Zhi Tong Sheng Ji Wan (Pain-Relieving and Muscle-Growing Pill) (Daoist Shao): Resolves mercury chloride chancre chancres.
Ingredients: Dongdan (washed seven times with boiling water), Sophora Flower (Huaihua) (fine powder, 1 liang each), Large Borneol (5 li).
Preparation and Usage: Mix evenly, make pills with wheat paste, coat with Realgar (Xionghuang). Take 1 qian or 8-9 fen per dose, with tea or wine. After 6-7 days, foul water flows from the sore. Within ten-plus days, necrotic tissue transforms into healthy muscle. Recovery in one month.
Ba Bao Dan (Eight-Treasure Pill) (Daoist Shao):
Ingredients: Milkstone Powder (Zhongru Fen) (prepared, 5 qian), Chen Sha (Cinnabar) (levigated, 3 qian), Bear Bile (Xiongdan), Pearl, Amber, Rhino Horn (Xiniuhuang), Borneol (1 qian each), Sifted White Flour (Feibaimian) (stir-fried, ground, 5 qian).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into fine powder, store in a porcelain bottle. For treating chancre chancres, take 1 fen per dose, with half a jin of Smilax glabra Rhizome decoction. If the toxin is in the lower body, add Coix Seed (Yiyi Mi) 5 qian.
Ling Sha Hei Hu Dan (Spirit Sand Black Tiger Pill): Treats headache pain like cracking after chancre chancres; spasm and contracture of bones and joints with unbearable pain; or formation of cold phlegm masses with dripping pus. Also treats yin chancre chancres, all damp-phlegm, chronic stubborn cold, and sores that do not heal for a long time. Ingredients: White Arsenic (Bai Pi) (3 qian, boiled with mung beans, sublimated in a jar for five incense burns, taken out, boiled again with white radish before use), Calcined Gypsum (Hanshuishi), Cinnabar-soot (Baicaoshuang) (3 qian each), Golden-headed Centipede (Jintou Wugong) (2 strips, roasted), Large Black Soybean (Daheidou) (120 grains), Borneol, Musk (Shexiang) (1 fen each).
Preparation and Usage: Grind extremely fine and mix evenly. Use 4 liang of small red dates, cooked, peeled, pitted, and pounded together into pills the size of pea seeds. Take 2 pills, three times a day, with cold water or tea. Swelling of eyelids indicates the medicine's effect. Wait one day before resuming. Avoid hot soups/water; eat heavy meat to avoid discomfort. Use raw black soybeans, soak in cold water until soft, peel, crush, add date pulp for pills. Just enough to form is fine; do not use too much. Adding 3 fen of Rhino Horn is even better.
Jie Du Wan (Detoxification Pill) (Daoist Shao): Treats chancre chancres and chancre leaks. For those who have taken spiritual medicines but do not recover for a long time, there must be internal mercury chloride toxicity.
Ingredients: Black Lead (Heiqian) (1 jin, made into sheets, cut into bean-sized pieces), Mountain Yellow Earth (Shanzhong Huangtu) (1 jin, ground fine).

Ingredients: Mercury (Shuiyin) (1.5 liang), Raw Rhubarb (Sheng Dahuang), Betel Nut Peel (Dafupi) (stir-fried), Alum (Danfan) (1 qian each), Calomel (Qingfen) (1.2 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao), Indian Hemp (Fandama) (6 fen, add 3 fen for severe cases).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into fine powder. Make 48 pills using true sesame oil. Share 12 pills daily (morning, noon, evening). Rub on the four bends of hands and feet. Hold cold water in mouth, spit out when hot, replace with cold water. On the sixth day, if there is bad odor and sores in the nose, use 15 seeds of Large Maple Seed ( Dafengzi) and 3 fen Musk, grind into pills, sniff occasionally throughout the day. On the seventh day, wash bath with 2 sheng Wheat Bran (Maifu) and 4 liang Licorice Root decoction. On the eighth day, can leave the room, can eat male pork. By half a month, no food restrictions except salt, soy sauce, vinegar, wine, and spicy items. Sexual abstinence strictly required for 100 days. On the eighth day, decoct Rehmannia Root (Shengdi), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), White Peony Root (Baishao), Hawthorn Fruit (Shanzha), Aurantium Fruit (Zhike), Arctium Fruit (Niubang), Honeysuckle Flower (Yinhua) in water and take. After ten doses, take Angelica Sinensis Root, Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, White Peony Root, Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudi), Ginseng Radix, Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), White Poria (Baifuling), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao) in water decoction.
Fumigation Method (Secret Recipe): Treats chancre chancres along with chancre sores and ulcerated sores, promoting muscle growth and wound closure. Suitable for patients unwilling to take oral medicine.
Ingredients: Qiyang Charcoal (Qi Yang Tan) (also known as Chicken Bone Charcoal, 1.5 liang, burn thoroughly, smother, grind fine), Wheat Flour (5 qian), Vermilion (Yinzhu) (3 qian).
Preparation and Usage: Grind extremely fine. Put medicine in cotton paper, roll into nine strips. Seal room cracks and windows tightly. Place incense burner on table. Light the strips, sit by the table, inhale the smoke through the nose. Hold cold water in mouth, spit out when hot, replace with cold water. Continue until smoke is exhausted. Divide nine strips over three days. If sores are upper body, inhale smoke after meals, drink Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome decoction as tea; three times daily. If mouth swells and hurts, it means toxin exits from mouth; stop for a few days then resume inhalation. First place Borax (Baipengsha) in mouth, holding water is better. If bad breath and swelling occur, drink Mung Bean decoction or honey. Rinse mouth with Mentha and Perilla decoction. After seven days, use detoxification decoction.
Chancre Chancres, Tongue Rot, Nose Rot, Glans Rot (Secret Recipe).
Ingredients: Black Dog Head (1, insert 1 liang Black Lead into brain, seal with salt mud, roast in millet fire until red, cool down, grind fine for use), Frankincense (Ruxiang) (de-oiled), Myrrh (Moyao) (de-oiled), Lead Frost (Qianshuang) (3 fen each), Calomel (Qingfen) (2 fen), Borax (Pengsha) (1.5 li), Realgar (Mingxiong) (1 fen), Calcined Gypsum (Hanshuishi) (4 fen), Gold Leaf (Jinbo) (10 sheets), Prepared Lead (Zhiqian) (1.5 qian).
Preparation and Usage: Grind extremely fine, store in porcelain bottle. For tongue rot, rinse with rice water, scallion, and tea decoction warm, wipe dry, apply medicine. Wait 1-2 hours, wash off, then gradually reapply. For glans rot, fumigate and wash with scallion decoction, apply medicine, wait for growth, wash and reapply.
Bi Yun San (Green Cloud Powder): For chancre chancres entering the crown, causing headache and eye pain as if breaking. Blow into nose.
Ingredients: Goose Not-Eating Grass (E'er Bushicao), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) (1 liang each), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai) (1 qian).
Preparation and Usage: Grind extremely fine. Patient holds cool water in mouth. Use reed tube to blow medicine into left and right nostrils. Sneezing indicates efficacy. Spit out cool water after blowing. If not holding water, choking may occur. Also treats wind-fire seasonal eye diseases. Discharge and tearing with external opacity, blowing is also effective.
Fumigation and Washing Method:
Ingredients: Atractylodes Rhizome (Cangzhu) (1 liang), Point-red Sichuan Pepper (Dianhong Chuanjiao) (3 qian).
Preparation and Usage: Decoct 5 bowls of water until 4 bowls remain. Put in jar. Face affected area to jar mouth, fumigate with heat. When half-hot, pour into basin and wash affected area. Dry with clean cloth, then apply Jie Du Zi Jin Gao.
Jie Du Zi Jin Gao (Detoxification Purple Gold Ointment): For chancre chancres, rotting with foul odor, dripping pus, when other medicines are ineffective.
Ingredients: Fine Block Alum Red (Xi Kuai Fan Hong), Pure Pine Rosin (Mingjing Songxiang) (1 jin each).
Preparation and Usage: Grind extremely fine, mix thick with sesame oil. First wash with previous decoction, dry, apply this ointment. Cover with oil paper, tie tightly with soft silk to prevent bleeding. Change every three days. If no previous decoction for fumigation/washing, decocting scallion, mugwort, licorice, etc., is also acceptable for washing/changing. Also miraculously effective for various toxins, stubborn tinea, and other sores. After healing, avoid triggering foods and fried items.
Shen Xian Bi Yu Gao (Immortal Green Jade Ointment): For chancre chancres ulcerated, foul-smelling, painful and not healing, as well as blood madness and chancre sores.

Jie Du Ling Yao (Chancre Spiritual Medicine): For chancre chancres, rotting with foul odor, or worsening decay of throat, lips, and nose.
Ingredients: Cinnabar (Zhusha), Sulfur (Huang), Realgar (Xionghuang) (3 liang each), Mercury (Shuiyin) (1 liang).
Preparation and Usage: Grind extremely fine. Put in Yangcheng jar, seal with mud and iron lid. Burn three incense sticks. Wipe inside of lid with water. Next day, remove bottom spiritual medicine, about 1.5-1.6 liang. For ordinary rotting conditions, mix 5 qian spiritual medicine with 5 qian Calomel, grind fine, store in small bottle sealed with gauze. Before use, wash sore with Licorice decoction. Invert bottle, sieve medicine onto sore through gauze eyes. Cover with Single Oil Ointment. Change daily. For men and women with rotten throats, mix 1 qian spiritual medicine with 2 fen Human Urine Deposit (Renzhongbai), grind fine, blow into throat. Three times daily. Internally take Bu Er San, pain stops, able to eat/drink.
Huang Su Bu Er San (Sulfur Two-Ingredient Powder): For chancre chancres developing in throat, rotting and painful, unable to swallow soup/water.
Ingredients: Sulfur (Huang) (1 qian), Indigo Flower (Dianhua) (1 fen).
Preparation and Usage: Grind fine, mix with one wine glass of cool water and take. Pain stops immediately, able to eat/drink.
Dan You Gao (Single Oil Ointment): For applying to chancre chancres, sprinkling spiritual medicine.
Preparation: Heat 2 jin Sesame Oil until drops form pearls. Add 13 liang Hang Powder, stir evenly into ointment. Pour into water briefly, remove for use.
Shi Fu Shen Xiao Tang (Ten-Dose Miraculous Effective Decoction) (Hu Gongbi): For chancre chancres flowing and spreading, bone/joint pain, whether broken or not, miraculously effective.
Ingredients: Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma), Gleditsia Spine (Zaojiaoci) (4 liang each), Smilax glabra Rhizome (Tufuling) (1 jin). Add Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) for head/top; add Platycodon Root (Jiegeng) for chest/throat/face; add White Peony Root (Baishao) for front chest; add Notopterygium Rhizome (Qianghuo) for shoulder/back; add Achyranthes Root (Niuxi) for lower body (add only 1 qian each).
Preparation and Usage: One dose, decoct 8 bowls of water to 4 bowls. Add 3 spoons of Sesame Oil before taking. Take one dose daily. Ten doses result in cure. This is a miraculous formula.
Jie Du Niu Huang Wan (Chancre Ox Gallstone Pill) (Hu Mingqi): Specifically treats chancre chancres, infant congenital toxins, and chancre ulcers. Miraculously effective.
Ingredients: Select transparent Realgar 4 liang, grind fine. Cut Reed Bamboo tube, fill with Realgar powder, seal mouth with dough. Place water in pot, make reed rack above, place Realgar tube horizontally on rack, 2 cun above water. Steam for four incense burns,火候 reaches point. Next morning take out Realgar. For every 1 liang Realgar, add good Ox Gallstone (Niuhuang) 4 fen (not less), Musk (Shexiang) 5 lian. Mix evenly. Make pills with old wheat paste, size of millet grain. Every morning on empty stomach, send down 4 fen with Pig Pancreas (Zhiyi) decoction. No food restrictions except shrimp and eggs. Take until 4 liang, cured.
Chancre Long-term Ulcer (Secret Recipe).
Ingredients: Smilax glabra Rhizome (Tufuling) (1 jin), Ginger (Shengjiang) (4 liang).
Preparation and Usage: Decoct several bowls and take. Cured within ten days. Apply medicine juice mixed with wheat paste to ulcerated areas for healing. Once case of complete genital rot not healing for half a year was saved by this.

Add Realgar (Mingxiong), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Dragon's Blood (Xuexie), Frankincense (Ruxiang) de-oiled, Myrrh (Moyao) de-oiled (6 qian each), Sophora Flower Seed (Huaihuami) clean powder, Roasted Pangolin Scale (Chuanshanjia) clean powder (1 liang each). Mix evenly, grind fine. Make pills with old rice paste, size of radish seed. Take 1 fen per dose, three times daily. Send down with decoction of 4 liang Smilax glabra Rhizome, one strip Pig Tooth Gleditsia (Zhuya Zaojiao), plus meridian-guiding herbs according to部位. Extremely effective for chancre chancres with severe headache.
He Shou Wu Formula:
Ingredients: Polygonum Multiflorum Root (Heshouwu) (avoid iron), Trichosanthes Root (Tianhuafen), Sophora Root (Kushen), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui), Soapberry Seed (Fanzhi Zi), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng) (1 liang each).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into fine powder. Take 7.5 li per dose. Decoct 4 liang Smilax glabra Rhizome, 1.5 liang Lard (Zhuyou), 3 bowls water to 1.5 bowls. Half an hour after meals, take half bowl of decoction mixed with powder. Three times daily.
Bone/Joint Pain from Previous Calomel Use.
Ingredients: Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao), Fine Tea (Xicha), Black Lead (Heiqian), Licorice Root (Gancao) (4 liang each).

Stop when sore flattens. For chronic cases, intermittently take Shi Quan Da Bu Tang minus Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome for ten-plus doses.
