翳中何名是枣花 周回锯齿没诸他 拨时从上轻轻拨 状似流星与落霞
细意辨看瞳子内 莫留断脚作拦遮 依然不断还睛药 百岁光阴睹物华

人参 茯苓 车前子 黑参 防风 茺蔚子 知母（各二两） 黄芩（两半去皮）
上为末。以水一盏。散一钱。煎至五分。去渣温服。
坠翳丸 方同偃月翳坠翳丸。
此眼初患之时。肝脏劳热。先从一眼先患。以后相牵俱损。初觉即须急疗。先须凭服汤药丸散。将息谨护。即宜针
刺诸穴脉。后更用金针轻拨。然后服坠翳散即效。

可怜白翳更黄心 患者商量误且针 来往用针三五拨 不随针落药能沉
还睛方术须通秘 百日如风卷雾阴 期约叮咛须向说 试看奇效值千金

通明散
柏子仁 车前子 桔梗（各二两） 茺蔚子 黑参 茯苓 人参（各一两） 防风（一两半）

Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder)
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Heishen (Black Ginseng), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Chongweizi (Chorisae Fructus), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) (each 2 liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (1.5 liang, peeled).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Take 1 qian of powder, add 1 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 0.5 zhan, remove dregs, and take warm.
Zhuibi Wan (Fallen Opacity Pill)
The formula is identical to Yanyueyi Zhuibi Wan (Crescent Moon Opacity Fallen Opacity Pill).
Second condition: When this eye disease first occurs, there is labor-heat in the Liver channel. It starts in one eye and subsequently affects both. Immediate treatment is required upon initial detection. First, administer herbal decoctions, pills, or powders, and maintain careful nursing care. Then, perform acupuncture on various acupoints, followed by gentle manipulation with a gold needle, and finally take Zhuibi San (Fallen Opacity Powder) for effectiveness.

Pity the white opacity with a yellow center; patients discuss misdiagnosis and mistaken needling. After three to five manipulations with the needle, the medicinal efficacy sinks deep. The methods of restoring vision must be kept secret; within a hundred days, it is like wind rolling away foggy clouds. The timeline must be clearly explained; try this miraculous effect worth a thousand gold.
Zhuibi San (Fallen Opacity Powder)
Ingredients: Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha), Chongweizi (Chorisae Fructus), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (each 2 liang), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each 3 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Take 1 qian after meals, mixed with rice water.
Third condition: When this eye disease first occurs, there is no pain or itching, only slight dizziness and dry eyes, with visual floaters of indeterminate yellow or black colors. The pupil may be slightly enlarged, and the opacity may appear cyan or white. It is suitable for manipulation with a gold needle, followed by the administration of Lushui Wan (Aloe Pill) or Tongming San (Clear Vision Powder), which yields immediate results.

The black opacity freezes like ice with a slight cyan hue; pity the internal cataract losing its true appearance. Although wrapped where Yin and Yang open, one realizes the wind pathogen is in the Gallbladder. Must use the gold needle for three to five manipulations; rely on Aloe for divine efficacy. The period of a hundred days must be strictly observed; like the Jade Rabbit shining in the autumn moon, clearing the eye's emptiness.
Lushui Wan (Aloe Pill)
Ingredients: Lushui (Aloe), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried) (each 1 fen), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Niudan (Bovis Vesica Bile) (each 0.5 liang), Baiziren (Platycladi Semen), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 liang), Lingyangjiao (Saigae Tataricae Cornu) (1 liang, honey-fried).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above herbs into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 10 pills on an empty stomach with tea.
Tongming San (Clear Vision Powder)
Ingredients: Baiziren (Platycladi Semen), Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) (each 2 liang), Chongweizi (Chorisae Fructus), Heishen (Black Ginseng), Fuling (Poria), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (1.5 liang).
