妊娩内伤劳役，以致小腹常坠，甚则子宫坠出者。元气不固而下陷也，宜补中益气汤（方见前子气条中）。
若因房劳不谨者，宜八珍汤（方见前子晕条中）加黄 （酒炒）二钱、防风、升麻（炒，各五分）
妊娠跌扑闪挫，以致胎动不安，宜胶艾丸。若顿仆胎动，腹痛下血，宜良方胶艾汤。未应，用八珍汤（方见
前子晕条中）加阿胶、艾叶各一钱。若顿仆闪挫，腰痛短气，胎上冲心，宜阿胶散，未应，煎送知母丸。若顿
仆胎伤、下血、腹痛，宜佛手散，未应，用八珍汤（方见前子晕条中）送知母丸。若从高坠下，或为重物所压，
触动胎气，腹痛下血，宜益母地黄汤，阿胶散加川芎一钱。若从高坠下，胎动下
血，腹痛不可忍，宜救急散或独圣散，甚则佛手散。若触损胎气，胞宫受伤而血下者，宜阿胶散，良方胶艾汤。
胶艾丸
川芎 当归 白芍（炒） 熟地黄 甘草（炙） 阿胶（炒珠） 艾叶（各一钱） 姜（三片） 枣（二枚）
水煎服。
良方胶艾汤
阿胶（炒，一两） 艾叶（一钱）
水五钟，煎至三钟，每服一钟，一日服尽。
阿胶散
熟地黄（二钱） 白芍（酒炒） 当归 阿胶（炒珠） 艾叶 黄 （蜜炙） 炙甘草（各一钱） 姜（三片）
枣（一枚）
水煎服。如腹痛下血加川芎一钱。
知母丸
知母（炒为末）蜜丸梧子大，阿胶散煎汤送下百丸。
佛手散
当归（六钱） 川芎（四钱）
水煎，入热酒少许和服。
益母地黄汤
生地黄 益母草（各二钱） 当归 黄 （蜜炙，各一钱） 姜（三片）
水煎服。
救急散
川芎（研末，一两） 每取二钱 酒调下，日二三服。（生胎即安，死胎即下）
独圣汤
缩砂仁（和壳炒）研末，每服二钱，米饮调下，少倾觉腹内极热，胎已安矣。若入酒（少许）调服更妙。
如未应，须再服。
During pregnancy, excessive labor or physical exertion may cause a constant bearing-down sensation in the lower abdomen, and in severe cases, prolapse of the uterus. This is due to the insecurity and sinking of Yuan Qi (Primal Qi). The appropriate treatment is Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction) (see formula under "Ziqi" section above).
If the injury results from imprudent sexual activity, the appropriate treatment is Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction) (see formula under "Ziyun" section above), with added Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 2 qian, stir-fried with wine), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), and Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, each 5 fen, stir-fried).
In cases of fetal restlessness caused by falls, bumps, or sprains during pregnancy, Jiao'ai Wan (Donkey-hide Gelatin and Moxa Pill) is appropriate. If a sudden fall causes fetal movement accompanied by abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, Liangfang Jiao'ai Tang (Excellent Formula Donkey-hide Gelatin and Moxa Decoction) is appropriate. If there is no response, use Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction) (see formula under "Ziyun" section above) with added Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla, 1 qian) and Aye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium, 1 qian). In cases of sudden falls and sprains presenting with lower back pain, shortness of breath, and fetal qi rushing up to the heart, Ejiao San (Donkey-hide Gelatin Powder) is appropriate; if there is no response, administer Zhimu Wan (Anemarrhenae Pill) with Ejiao San decoction as a vehicle. For sudden falls injuring the fetus, presenting with vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain, Foshou San (Buddha's Hand Powder) is appropriate; if there is no response, administer Zhimu Wan (Anemarrhenae Pill) with Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction) (see formula under "Ziyun" section above) as a vehicle. If falling from a height or being crushed by heavy objects disturbs fetal qi, resulting in abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, Yi Mu Dihuang Tang (Motherwort and Rehmannia Decoction) is appropriate, or add Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 1 qian) to Ejiao San (Donkey-hide Gelatin Powder). If falling from a height causes fetal movement, vaginal bleeding, and unbearable abdominal pain, Jiujie San (Emergency Rescue Powder) or Dusheng San (Single Holy Powder) is appropriate; in severe cases, Foshou San (Buddha's Hand Powder) is used. If fetal qi is disturbed and the Baogong (Uterus) is injured leading to vaginal bleeding, Ejiao San (Donkey-hide Gelatin Powder) or Liangfang Jiao'ai Tang (Excellent Formula Donkey-hide Gelatin and Moxa Decoction) is appropriate.
Jiao'ai Wan (Donkey-hide Gelatin and Moxa Pill)
Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried), Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla, stir-fried until pellet-like), Aye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) (each 1 qian), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 3 slices), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus, 2 pieces).
Decoct in water and take orally.
Liangfang Jiao'ai Tang (Excellent Formula Donkey-hide Gelatin and Moxa Decoction)
Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla, stir-fried, 1 liang), Aye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium, 1 qian).
Decoct in five zhong of water until reduced to three zhong. Take one zhong per dose, consuming the entire amount within one day.
Ejiao San (Donkey-hide Gelatin Powder)
Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 2 qian), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, wine-stir-fried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla, stir-fried until pellet-like), Aye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried) (each 1 qian), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 3 slices), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus, 1 piece).
Decoct in water and take orally. If abdominal pain with vaginal bleeding occurs, add Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 1 qian).
Zhimu Wan (Anemarrhenae Pill)
Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, stir-fried and powdered). Form pills the size of wutong seeds using honey. Administer 100 pills with Ejiao San decoction as a vehicle.
Foshou San (Buddha's Hand Powder)
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 6 qian), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 4 qian).
Decoct in water, mix with a small amount of hot wine, and take orally.
Yi Mu Dihuang Tang (Motherwort and Rehmannia Decoction)
Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Yimucao (Leonuri Herba) (each 2 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-fried) (each 1 qian), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 3 slices).
Decoct in water and take orally.
Jiujie San (Emergency Rescue Powder)
Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, ground into powder, 1 liang). Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with wine. Take two to three times daily. (The living fetus will be stabilized; the dead fetus will be expelled.)
Dusheng Tang (Single Holy Decoction)
Suasharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus, stir-fried with shell), ground into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with rice drink. After a short while, an intense heat will be felt in the abdomen, indicating the fetus is stabilized. Mixing with a small amount of wine for administration is even better.
If there is no response, repeat the dose.
