Song Jie (Pinus Massoniana Node, specifically the root heart from within Fushen) 1 liang, cut into pieces the size of rice grains; Ru Xiang (Frankincense Resin) 1 qian, pounded.
Stir-fry the above in a silver or ceramic vessel until scorched, retaining only one or two parts of its nature to eliminate fire toxicity. Grind into fine powder. Take 1 to 2 qian per dose, mixed with hot Mugua Wine. This method applies to treating such conditions.
To treat wind-damp *Jiaoqi*, characterized by weakness and heaviness in both feet, spasms, and pain. Long-term use enables agile walking as if flying.
One large Mugua (Chaenomeles Fruit), split into two halves, pulp and seeds removed. Insert 1 liang of Tong Ming Ru Xiang (Clear Frankincense Resin), ground; 2 qian of Qing Yan (Green Rock Salt), ground; and 2 liang of Gan Ju Hua Tou Zi (Chrysanthemum Flower Heads), ground into powder.

After 100 days, when sweating occurs, the body will naturally emit a fragrance. If dry pills cannot be formed, add more Gan Ju powder until the consistency allows for pill formation.
