Bai Pi (White Arsenic) (2 qian, boiled with green tofu for half a day), Ren Zhong Bai (Human Waste Deposit) (6 liang, quenched in vinegar seven times), Ming Xiong Huang (Clear Realgar) (5 qian), Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) (4 qian).
Grind into powder, take half a qian each time, washed down with a decoction of Da Huang (Rhubarb Root) and Hei Qian Niu (Black Morning Glory Seed) each 5 fen, on an empty stomach. After seven days, strange worms will be chased out through stool. Bathe with Jing Jie (Schizonepeta Herb) soup, then the worms will fall to the bottom of the vat. If the body feels itchy, decoct Bai Ji (Bletilla Rhizome) soup, take medicine for two periods of seven days, then dark swelling on the face will recede. Hong Pi (Red Arsenic) (4 liang), Qiang Huo (Notopterygium Rhizome), Du Huo (Angelica Pubescens Root), Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome), Shan Zhi Pi (Gardenia Bark) (each 5 qian), Nao Sha (Sal Ammoniac), Gan Cao (Licorice Root) (each 3 qian 5 fen), Diu Zi (Castor Bean) (half jin), Da Zao Jia (Large Soap Pod) (6 liang). Grind evenly, boil in water for a day and night, stir-fry dry over low heat, add Zhang Nao (Camphor) and water each 1 liang 5 qian, put in jar and seal tightly. Ignite fire for three incense sticks' time, collect 4 liang of risen Spirit Medicine. Wrap in blue cloth, soak in child's urine. Nao Yang Hua Gen (Rhododendron Molle Root) (4 liang), Bei Hong Zao (Northern Red Date) (1 jin), Shao Jiu (Distilled Spirits) (5 jin).
Put medicine and wine together in jar, seal and boil. Drink one small cup per day, cured suddenly upon waking after one week.

[Ku Shen Gao] Sophora Paste, Formula 141: Treats great leprosy, urticaria, cramps, and spasms.
Ten jin of fresh Ku Shen (Sophora Flavescens Root) sliced, soak in one jar of old wine. Spring 5 days, Summer 3 days, Autumn 7 days, Winter 9 days, take out, dry and grind into powder. Add 5 liang of Zi Ping (Water Fern), use 10 bowls of natural juice from Cang Er Cao (Xanthium Herb) to boil thoroughly, add 5-6 jin of white honey and refine into paste, mix in Shen Ping (Sophora and Water Fern) powder, store in porcelain bottle. Use one spoon each time, dissolve with white boiled water or wine.

[Xian Huang Hua Gao] Immortal Yellow Flower Paste, Formula 142
Collect Yang Zhi Zhu Cao (Rhododendron Molle Herb) with roots in March-April, crush to extract natural juice, refine with white honey into paste, add appropriate amount of She Xiang (Musk), Bing Pian (Borneol), Song Xiang (Rosin), store in porcelain bottle.
