The basic treatment principle is to tonify deficiency and eliminate accumulation. The song from *Fengshui Jing* states: "When heat accumulation lingers in the Spleen, it causes unceasing diarrhea throughout the year; the neck becomes soft, gasping occurs when seeing people, and clear fluid flows from the nose. Later, the stool resembles gold color; if there is rectal prolapse that cannot be retracted, examine the chest and diaphragm for physical signs: deep redness on the chest with sweat like oil, red lips with sores, and red eye vessels. If the Spleen is not regulated, life will end."
