Grind into an extremely fine powder. Apply 7-8 times daily. If saliva flows out uncontrollably, it is auspicious. If no saliva flows, it indicates that toxic qi has attacked internally, which belongs to intractable diseases.
Each time, decoct roots of Le Jiu Cai (Allium tuberosum, Chinese Chive) in water and rinse frequently.
Method for refining Ren Zhong Bai:
Take the substance accumulated at the bottom of urinals used for many years as the best; secondly, the substance accumulated in women's urine buckets can also be used. Regardless of quantity, always select large pieces. Place them in a porcelain basin and set on the roof, allowing them to be subjected to frost, rain, wind, and sun for one or two years, or even longer for better results. Take down, place on new tiles, roast over charcoal fire until red-hot and smoke ceases, then grind into fine powder for storage and use. The older, the better.

Bai Shuang Mei (2 qian), Ren Zhong Bai (5 qian, calcined), Ku Bai Fan (2 qian), Da Mei Pian (2 fen).
Grind together into fine powder. First, decoct Le Jiu Gen (roots of Allium tuberosum) and Luo Cha (likely referring to a specific tea or plant, contextually ambiguous but treated as liquid base) into a thick juice. While hot, dip a chicken feather into the juice to wash the affected area, removing all necrotic flesh until fresh blood appears, then apply this medicine. If the ulceration extends to the throat, blow the powder into the area using a reed tube.
Treats Zou Ma Ya Gan (Rapidly progressing gangrene of the gums) and Ya Gan occurring after smallpox. Take white dog feces, wash in running water to extract white bones, rinse thoroughly, roast on tiles until yellow, grind into extremely fine powder, add a small amount of She Xiang (Moschus, Musk), and rub onto the gan lesions several times until healed.
