This formula is specifically indicated for conditions characterized by blackness, foul odor, and tissue necrosis, such as Zouma Yagan (Gangrenous Stomatitis). Mix this powder with Liandsan (Conn-Sand Powder) and insufflate it into the lesion; the necrotic tissue will be removed.
Originally named "Zhuhuangsan" (Pearl and Yellow Powder).

Bohe (Mint, 1.2 qian) Bingpian (Borneol, 0.4 qian)
This formula is a sacred remedy for treating necrotic gingivostomatitis. If the condition is severe, add Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Hupo (Amber), and Zhenzhu (Pearl). For any type of Kougan (Oral Ulcer/Gum Disease), if in the early stage with intense internal heat, first insufflate an anti-swelling formula, followed by a flesh-regenerating formula. For Zoumagan (Gangrenous Stomatitis), Chuanyandingdu (Toxic Carbuncle Penetrating Teeth), Gucaofeng (Alveolar Osteomyelitis), and neonatal TaiDu Kougan (Congenital Toxin Oral Ulcers), add Niuhuang, Hupo, and Zhenzhu to this base formula, and insufflate it together with the Qufu Fang (Decay-Removing Formula) for better efficacy. In the early stage, if the ulcer presents as severe black necrosis, first use the Qufu Fang combined with Liandsan to remove the black necrotic tissue, then insufflate this formula to promote tissue regeneration. If the black necrosis is foul-smelling and lacks bleeding upon stimulation, it is incurable. Wipe with cotton; if the tissue shows slight redness, it is treatable. If there is initial foul rot that ceases to smell and becomes painless, it is incurable. If an infant has Huangse Tai Gan (Yellow Congenital Ulcer) resembling a dried orange peel, it is incurable. For post-variolae or post-rubella oral ulcers, remove Huangbai and Longgu, add Niuhuang, and double the dosage of Zhenzhu. For severe oral ulcers, use high-quality Zhongrusshi, along with small amounts of Zhenzhu and Zhusha (Cinnabar), mixed with Ercha and ground into a fine powder for superior effect.

This formula is specifically indicated for fragmented pain in the mouth and tongue. First, rinse the mouth with a decoction of Ye Qiangwei Gen (Wild Rose Root), then insufflate this formula for effective relief.

This is a miraculous prescription for treating cheek perforation and tooth loss. It can be mixed with Zhongrusshi San and insufflated until healed, or used alone.
