I previously suffered from Heart Qi disorder. Whenever I overthought, my chest would feel palpitations and unease, sometimes leading to self-sorrow and emotional sighing. I must always apply moxibustion to Baihui (GV20). This is because Baihui has indications for treating lack of vitality and forgetting past and future events. (Concurrently administered Zhenxin Dan / Heart-Calming Pill.)
