There are more than ten sores on the whole body. Mash together Alocasia cucullata (Jianwei Yu), eggplant leaves, Mugwort harvested in the fifth lunar month (Wuyue Ai), scallions, and ginger. Boil them in vinegar, then apply by wiping and compressing the affected area.
The sores on the hands, feet, shoulders, and back are numerous, resembling beans or rice grains; larger ones may be like plums or peaches. Their color may be red, black, white, or green. Initially, a crust forms on the surface, within which lies a hard nodule with deep roots that can rot muscles and bones. If the toxin enters the Zang-Fu organs, it leads to death. This is caused by Heat-Toxin. First, pierce the crust, clean the area with vinegar mixed with lukewarm rice-washing water, and treat with Furong San (Cotton Rose Powder) (see sections on various formulas for carbuncles and toxins). Toxic fluid will drain out. Internally administer true rapeseed oil (sesame oil is also acceptable), which is extremely effective.
Another prescription: Mix mud and feces from a swallow's nest with the feces of a male infant under one hundred days old, and apply topically. Alternatively, use true rapeseed oil or sesame oil, which is extremely effective. This prescription comes from Sun Simiao's *Qianjin Fang* (Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold).
Another prescription: Apply pig bile topically. Toxic fluid will drain out, and it is extremely effective.
Another prescription: Take one crucian carp (Carassius auratus) three to four cun long, a clump of tangled hair (the size of an egg), and half a jin of lard. Decoct them together to make a plaster, store it well in a jar, and keep it... [Text incomplete].
Another prescription: Apply the white frost found in men's urine pots topically. It provides immediate cooling and pain relief. Reapply when dry.
Another prescription: Use soot from a pot (soot from burning grass is preferred; soot from burning coal must not be used) mixed with tung oil (sesame oil or rapeseed oil are also acceptable). Apply topically, and it will heal immediately.
Another prescription: Treat according to the Fangfeng Shengma Tang (Saposhnikovia and Cimicifuga Decoction), rapeseed oil, and tea from Lu'an Prefecture as described in the section on Migratory Wind and Erysipelas. This method is very stable and effective.
Those shaped like blisters are considered Huangshui Chuang (Yellow Water Sore). Burn lotus pods (Lianpeng/Lianfang) until charred, grind into powder, and mix with well mud for topical application. It is miraculously effective. Alternatively, apply lotus petals topically, or refer to... [Text incomplete].
Initially resembling millet grains, they are itchy and painful. Upon rupture, they exude yellow fluid, spreading in patches, appearing wherever the fluid flows. This condition arises from Damp-Heat in the Spleen and Stomach combined with external Wind pathogen invasion. If it erupts at the epigastrium (Xin Xia) and is not treated early, it is difficult to save. Use Qingge San (Clam and Indigo Powder): 1 liang of Clam Shell Powder (Ge Fen), 3 qian of True Indigo (Qingdai), 2 liang of Calcined Gypsum (Shu Shigao), 5 qian each of Calomel (Qingfen) and Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai). Grind all into fine powder. First, mix with sesame oil to form a paste, then dilute with cold water and apply topically. It is miraculously effective. It also treats worms in the nose.
Another prescription: Roast chickpea shells (Candouke) on tiles until charred, grind into powder, add a small amount of Red Lead (Huandan), and mix with true rapeseed oil (sesame oil is also acceptable) for topical application. Reapply when dry. Three... [Text incomplete].
Another prescription: Charred red dates (Hongzao) 8 qian, refined Red Lead (Fei Huandan), Pine Rosin (Songxiang), and Calcined Alum (Kufan) each 4 qian. Grind all into powder, mix with sesame oil for topical application. It works immediately.
Another prescription: Calomel (Qingfen) and Borneol (Zhangnao) each 2 qian, Semen Juglandis Mantschuricae (Dafengzi, shelled) and Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao) each 49 grains, Almond (Xingren) 1 qian. Grind all into fine powder, and mix... [Text incomplete].
Yanni San (Swallow Mud Powder) and Jiyao Gao (Chicken Kidney Ointment) are both extremely effective.
