凡妊娠胎腹动痛者，其症不一，或因饮食冷热动风毒物，或因交感摇动骨节，伤犯胞胎
，其症多呕而气不调。或服药太过，血气相感而急痛，宜服顺气补血之药，如加味安胎饮或
如圣散。
加味安胎饮∶砂仁（炒）、麦冬各一钱，人参、当归、熟地各二钱，条芩一钱，陈皮、

如圣散∶鲤鱼皮、阿胶、当归、川断各一钱，熟地三钱，白芍一钱，川芎一钱，甘草六
分，加苎根少许，生姜五片，水煎，空心服。
凡妊娠胎漏，经血妄行，此实胎息未实，或因劳役过度伤动胞胎，或因房室惊触，致令
子宫虚滑，经血淋漓。若不急治，日渐胎干，子母不保。急服寄生散、或参归饮、或阿胶济
阴汤。
寄生散∶寄生、川断、阿胶、香附、（黑）人参、白术、川芎各等分，加姜五片，水煎

参归饮∶人参、当归、寄生、生地、熟地、条芩、香附、茯苓、阿胶各一钱，川芎五分
，甘草五分，白芍二分，黄 一钱半，黄杨叶三片，生姜二片，水煎，甚者日进一剂。
阿胶济阴汤∶阿胶、白术各一钱，地黄、白芍、当归、川芎各一钱，砂仁带壳五分，条
芩、蕲艾各钱半，香附八分，炙草五分，糯米一撮，水二汤碗煎至一碗，温服。如下血块加
地榆，腰痛加杜仲，触患胞胎加金银花，一日一夜三服，以防败血攻心。
In cases where the fetus moves and causes abdominal pain during pregnancy, the symptoms vary. They may be caused by dietary imbalances of hot and cold, consumption of toxic substances, or physical movements such as intercourse that strain the joints and damage the fetal sac. These symptoms often include vomiting and irregular qi flow. If excessive medication has been taken, causing blood and qi to interact and result in acute pain, it is appropriate to take herbs that regulate qi and nourish blood, such as Jiawei Antai Yin (Modified Fetus-Stabilizing Decoction) or Rusheng San (Like-Sage Powder).
Jiawei Antai Yin (Modified Fetus-Stabilizing Decoction): Fried Amomum fruit (Sha Ren) and Ophiopogon tuber (Mai Dong), each 1 qian; Ginseng root (Ren Shen), Angelica sinensis root (Dang Gui), and Prepared Rehmannia root (Shu Di), each 2 qian; Scutellaria baicalensis root (Huang Qin) 1 qian; Tangerine peel (Chen Pi) and Perilla leaf (Zi Su); remove Chuanxiong rhizome (Chuan Xiong). Rusheng San (Like-Sage Powder): Carp skin, Donkey-hide gelatin (E Jiao), Angelica sinensis root (Dang Gui), and Teasel root (Chuan Duan), each 1 qian; Prepared Rehmannia root (Shu Di) 3 qian; White peony root (Bai Shao) 1 qian; Chuanxiong rhizome (Chuan Xiong) 1 qian; Licorice root (Gan Cao) 6 fen; add a small amount of Ramie root (Zhu Gen); five slices of fresh ginger. Decoct in water and take on an empty stomach.
In cases of fetal leakage (vaginal bleeding during pregnancy) with erratic menstrual blood flow, this indicates that the fetal breath is not yet solid. It may be caused by overexertion damaging the fetal sac, or by sexual activity or fright disturbing the uterus, leading to uterine deficiency and slipping, resulting in dripping blood. If not treated urgently, the fetus will eventually dry up, endangering both mother and child. Urgently take Sangsheng San (Mistletoe Powder), Shengu Yin (Ginseng and Angelica Drink), or Ejiao Jiyin Tang (Donkey-Hide Gelatin Nourishing Yin Decoction).
Sangsheng San (Mistletoe Powder): Mistletoe stem and leaf (Sang Ji Sheng), Teasel root (Chuan Duan), Donkey-hide gelatin (E Jiao), Cyperus rotundus rhizome (Xiang Fu), Blackened Ginseng root (Hei Ren Shen), Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome (Bai Zhu), and Chuanxiong rhizome (Chuan Xiong), all in equal parts. Add five slices of ginger, decoct in water, and take.
Shengu Yin (Ginseng and Angelica Drink): Ginseng root (Ren Shen), Angelica sinensis root (Dang Gui), Mistletoe stem and leaf (Sang Ji Sheng), Rehmannia glutinosa root (Sheng Di), Prepared Rehmannia root (Shu Di), Scutellaria baicalensis root (Tiao Qin/Cao Qin), Cyperus rotundus rhizome (Xiang Fu), Poria sclerotium (Fu Ling), and Donkey-hide gelatin (E Jiao), each 1 qian; Chuanxiong rhizome (Chuan Xiong) 5 fen; Licorice root (Gan Cao) 5 fen; White peony root (Bai Shao) 2 fen; Astragalus root (Huang Qi) 1.5 qian; Three leaves of Yellow Poplar (Huang Yang Ye); two slices of ginger. Decoct in water. For severe cases, take one dose per day.
Ejiao Jiyin Tang (Donkey-Hide Gelatin Nourishing Yin Decoction): Donkey-hide gelatin (E Jiao) and Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome (Bai Zhu), each 1 qian; Rehmannia root (Di Huang), White peony root (Bai Shao), Angelica sinensis root (Dang Gui), and Chuanxiong rhizome (Chuan Xiong), each 1 qian; Amomum fruit (Sha Ren) with shell 5 fen; Scutellaria baicalensis root (Tiao Qin) and Qiai (Ai Ye from Qizhou), each 1.5 qian; Cyperus rotundus rhizome (Xiang Fu) 8 fen; Roasted licorice root (Zhi Gan Cao) 5 fen; a pinch of glutinous rice. Decoct two bowls of water until one bowl remains, and take warm. If bloody clots are present, add Sanguisorba root (Di Yu); if lower back pain occurs, add Eucommia bark (Du Zhong); if the fetal sac is disturbed, add Honeysuckle flower (Jin Yin Hua). Take three times within a day and night to prevent敗血 (decayed blood) from attacking the heart.
