脚住穴∶在脚面上有骨高起似豆之旁。元胡索、当归尾、丹皮、赤芍、续断、红花、骨
碎补、牛膝、生地、泽兰、陈皮、五加皮。伤重者立时痛倒，七日后入经络，七日先用原方
，七日后加升麻、桂枝。伤轻者不医，变为脚发背，若用肿毒药治之，腐烂不能收功，须用
补为妙，当用人参在身边护燥为末，掺上即好，不烂者，用养血药治之。
涌泉穴∶在足底心陷中。足少阴肾经，属五脏。泽兰、红花、当归、骨碎补、乌药、陈
皮、生地、牛膝、肉桂、五加皮、赤芍、羌活。伤轻重者俱不知觉，顶重者其血不能流通大
关，一周时遍身犹如虫钻。原方加川芎即愈。若不医，伤入心经，则眼红，鼻内流血，以生
芥子煎汤先服，后以原方治之。入肝经则半身软瘫，犹如半身不遂，用原方加香附、元胡索
治之。入脾经则浑身发疮，犹如水泡，其泡穿作烂，臭不可闻，先用活血药加脾经引药治之

脑门受伤∶血瘀七孔，鸡汤洗净，将马蹄子调敷。后用八宝丹∶朱砂、玛瑙、龙骨、象
皮、鹿角胶、地鳖虫、白蜡、乳香、没药。若无血水，用人乳调敷即愈。
囟门穴伤∶天麻、白芷、 本、羌活、木香、青皮、骨碎补、赤芍、红花、川乌、甘草
，共为末，葱引，酒下五分。
太阳太阴穴伤∶血窜两目晕死，先服七厘散。猴骨、朱砂、参三七、琥珀、自然铜、血
竭各二钱，人中白、沉香、红花、乳香、没药、羊血各一钱，共为末，好酒送服。外用八宝
丹点眼。
太阳三么穴∶归尾、桃仁、大黄、杜仲、破故纸、青皮、羌活、独活、肉桂、章子、功
劳、千里马，姜引，酒炖服。
太阴三星穴∶三棱、莪术、肉桂、参三七、苏子、元胡、莱菔子、木香、茜草、乳香、
没药、地鳖虫、甘草，不加引，水煎服。
开空穴伤（两耳也）∶威灵仙、当归、山药、木通、虎茨各一钱五分，茯苓、脚樟各二

钱，甘草三分，糯米一合（炒），共为细末，蜜丸梧子大，每服三钱，酒服下。
舌咽穴伤（服平胃散）∶苍术、陈皮、浓朴、甘草、五加皮、香附、砂仁，酒炖服。
对口穴伤∶舌尖噜出，饮食不进，言语不清。先拿封门穴，再服后方∶肉桂、茯苓、白
芷、苓皮各一钱，红花、熟地各一钱五分，枳实、木香各八分，麝香二分，甘草五分，龙眼
肉五枚引，酒煎，服后舌不收，再服萝卜汤即愈。
头出脑浆不治，头出冷汗不治。凡头破鼻流红水可治，流黄水不治。耳背有伤，黑色不
治，红青色可治。先服红药，后服全身丹。忌食雄鸡、鱼、虾、蛋。眼带青色或黄色俱不治
牙关骨打落，用双手掇定，住下一举，往上一端，先服红药，后服接骨丹即愈。舌根跌
出者，后颈窝用灯芯火二灸，如不应，再用一灸，再灸两耳背，先服经药，后服全身丹，水
酒送下。
食管断，用桑白皮和丝密缝，将鸡肫剖开，去食取膜贴定，随用药护之，再用药可愈。

Herbs: Corydalis Rhizome (Yanhusuo), Angelica Sinensis Tail (Danggui Wei), Moutan Cortex (Danpi), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Dipsacus Root (Xuduan), Safflower (Honghua), Bone Knitter (Gusuibu), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi), Rehmannia Root (Shengdi), Lysimachiae Herba (Zelan), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Acanthopanacis Cortex (Wujiapi). In severe injuries, immediate collapse from pain occurs; after seven days, the pathogen enters the collaterals. For the first seven days, use the original formula; after seven days, add Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) and Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guizhi). In mild injuries, if untreated, it may transform into "Foot Back Carbuncle" (a severe abscess of the foot). Using detoxifying drugs for swelling will cause rotting and failure to heal; supplementation is essential. Yongquan Point: Located in the depression at the center of the sole. It belongs to the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian and relates to the Five Zang Organs. Herbs: Lysimachiae Herba (Zelan), Safflower (Honghua), Angelica Sinensis (Danggui), Bone Knitter (Gusuibu), Lindera Root (Wuyao), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Rehmannia Root (Shengdi), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi), Cinnamon Bark (Rougui), Acanthopanacis Cortex (Wujiapi), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo). Regardless of injury severity, sensation is lost. In critical cases, blood cannot circulate freely through major gates; within a week, the whole body feels like being pierced by insects. Adding Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) to the original formula leads to cure. If untreated, the injury enters the Heart Meridian, causing red eyes and epistaxis. Duikou Point Injury: Tongue protrudes, inability to eat or speak clearly. First press Fengmen Point, then administer following formula: Rougui, Fuling, Baizhi, Lingpi each 1 qian; Honghua, Shudi each 1.5 qian; Zhishi, Muxiang each 0.8 fen; Shexiang 0.2 fen; Gancao 0.5 fen. Guide with five Longan Arils, decoct in wine. If tongue remains protruded after taking, drink radish soup to cure.
Head fracture with brain matter extrusion: Untreatable. Cold sweat on head: Untreatable. Head laceration with red nasal discharge: Treatable. Yellow discharge: Untreatable. Mandible bone dislodged by blow: Fix with both hands, pull down firmly, then align upward. First administer Hong Yao, then Jiagu Dan to cure. Esophageal rupture: Suture with mulberry bark (Sangbaipi) and silk thread. Open chicken gizzard, remove food, extract inner membrane, and apply to wound. Protect with medication; subsequent treatment can lead to cure.
