Cinnabar (Zhusha) and Realgar (Pishi) (each two liang, mixed and ground evenly to a fine powder).

Take the above materials, seal a small-mouthed small jar with paper筋 (paper strips) mixed with vinegar and white tea earth, about one finger thick. After drying, put the medicine inside and press it firmly with a stick. Cover the top with half a jin of fire source made from licorice tea and chopsticks, and roast for half a day until completely dry. The mud-sealed vent must not leak air. Roast with fire for another half day, using ash mixed with vinegar like Si Shen Dan (Shepherd's Purse Herb, Derris Root, Saw-tooth Grass, Water Mirror Grass), all divided equally into coarse powder for external application.

Cinnabar (Zhusha), Yellow Realgar (Xionghuang), and Female Realgar (Cihuang) (each one liang), and Orpiment (Liuhuang) (one and a half liang).

Grind each of the above medicines finely, weigh and mix them. Seal a container containing a sand pot with paper mixed with vinegar and red earth mud. Place the dried medicine inside, cover with a new tile piece, and make water pills.

For each use, take an appropriate amount of ash, mix with vinegar to achieve suitable moisture content, and sieve through a screen. Line the medicine furnace first with thick tiles, and use vinegar-ash as Laojun Tomb. The furnace is cherry-sized. Take one hollow pill daily on an empty stomach, washed down with cooked water.

Place Fructus Zanthoxyli (Zhu Yu) in a cow gallbladder until full, then dry in shade for one hundred days. Take fourteen pieces per dose, wrap in silk, chew thoroughly, and insert into the vagina. Wait for a long time until it feels hot like fire.

Treat deficiency of true yang causing pain in zang-fu organs.

Process Cinnabar (Chensha) five liang, crushed to the size of mung beans evenly. Use Frankincense (Ruxiang) half liang and Pinellia Rhizome (Tiannanxing) powder one liang. First, bathe the cinnabar in honey. Then pass five leaves of gold foil over it, and grind finely with Ding paste.

Rhizoma Alpiniae Katsumadai (Caodoukou) (one liang).

Grind into fine powder. Take half qian per dose, mixed with decoction of Chaenomeles Fruit (Mugua) and fresh ginger root.

Gradually, cold qi enters the abdomen, causing swelling and fullness in the scrotum, pain, and inability to sleep.

Raw Sichuan Pepper (Shengjiao) (as much as needed, cleaned).

Wrap in silk to form a bag, thickness half cun. Apply twice daily until heat flows freely.

Distension refers to the condition of abdominal bloating, where the upper and lower parts are distended or sound like drums when tapped. Breathing is difficult due to failure of descending and ascending qi, leading to qi stagnation in the middle, nowhere to rest, and chaos in the San Jiao (Triple Burner), with its pulse...

Rhizoma Magnoliae Officinalis (N Houpu) (four liang), Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Zhi Shi) (three liang), and Cinnamon Twig (Gui) (one liang).

Grind into coarse powder. Take five qian per dose, decoct in two cups of water until reduced to one cup, remove dregs, and take warm.
