治肺虚

上为细末水煮面糊为丸如梧桐子大每服四十丸生姜汤下食后
疗嗽逆上气燥嗽冷嗽昼夜甚喉中水鸡声

上九味为细末炼蜜酒和丸如小豆大每服三十丸日三不知稍稍加之忌猪肉冷水生葱生菜等

治肺胃俱寒咳嗽上气咽膈痞噎呕吐痰沫腹胁膨满或时下利肩背疼倦饮食减少
胡椒 荜茇 干姜 良姜 细辛 款冬花 甘草 黄橘皮（各一两） 白术（一两一分）
上为细末炼蜜和丸如梧桐子大每服十丸米饮下不以时服
治肺感寒邪咳嗽不已痰实涎盛头昏鼻塞呀呷喘闷介介作声胸膈痞满不欲饮食
贝母（四两） 知母（二两） 半夏 杏仁（各四两） 麻黄（半斤） 干桑叶（二两）
甘草（四两） 款冬（二两） 阿胶（四两）
上为粗末每服三钱水一盏入生姜三片同煎至七分去滓食后温服临卧更服
Treatment for Cold Cough:
Muxiang (Costus Root), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 3 qian), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Kua Donghua (Adenophorae Radix), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (each half liang), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata).
The above ingredients are processed into coarse powder. Each dose is 2 qian, boiled with one zhan of water and one jujube (split open) until reduced to 70%. Strain the dregs and take warm after meals.
If pain radiates to the lower back, accompanied by spasms, a sensation as if something from behind touches the heart, and a stooped posture, this is due to Kidney cold pathogen invading, with rebellious Qi moving up and down to affect the Heart. The pulse is deep and tight, termed "Zhuai Yan" syndrome.
Yan (Salt), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) (each 1 liang), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (2 liang), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus), Wu Hui (Aconiti Radix), Huangqi (Astragali Membranacei Radix), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma).
The above ingredients are processed into coarse powder. Each dose is 5 qian, boiled with two zhan of water and one zhan of mutton broth until reduced to 70%. Strain the dregs and take warm.
Treatment for Lung Deficiency:
Ejiao (Donkey-Hide Gelatin), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus), Baihe (Lilii Bulbus), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (each 1 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Banxia Qu (Pinelliae Tuber Fermentatum) (each halved in quantity).
The above ingredients are ground into fine powder. Water-boiled wheat paste is used as a binder to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Each dose is 40 pills, taken with ginger decoction after meals.
Treatment for Cough with Rebellious Qi, Dry Cough, Cold Cough, worsening day and night, with a sound like a water hen in the throat:
Zhongru (Gypsum Fibrosum), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (each 8 fen), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Kua Donghua (Adenophorae Radix), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (each 6 liang), Ziwan (Asternis Radix) (10 fen), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (4 liang).
The above nine ingredients are ground into fine powder. Honey refined with wine is used to make pills the size of soybeans. Each dose is 30 pills, three times daily. If ineffective, gradually increase the dose. Avoid pork, cold water, raw green onions, and raw vegetables. Take on an empty stomach.
Treatment for Cough and Rebellious Qi due to Combined Cold of Lung and Stomach, obstruction in throat and diaphragm, vomiting of phlegm foam, distension of abdomen and hypochondrium, occasional diarrhea, shoulder and back pain, fatigue, and decreased appetite:
Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus), Bibo (Piperis Kadsurae Fructus), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Kua Donghua (Adenophorae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Chuanpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (each 1 liang), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (1 liang 1 fen).
The above ingredients are ground into fine powder. Honey refined is used to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Each dose is 10 pills, taken with rice drink at any time.
Treatment for Persistent Cough caused by Lung affected by Cold Pathogen, excessive phlegm and saliva, dizziness, nasal congestion, wheezing with sound, chest and diaphragm fullness, and loss of appetite:
Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) (4 liang), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) (2 liang), Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (each 4 liang), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) (half jin), Sangye (Mori Folium dried) (2 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (4 liang), Kuandonghua (Adenophorae Radix) (2 liang), Ejiao (Donkey-Hide Gelatin) (4 liang).
The above ingredients are processed into coarse powder. Each dose is 3 qian, boiled with one zhan of water and three slices of fresh ginger until reduced to 70%. Strain the dregs and take warm after meals; take again before bedtime.
