Bo Gao, continuing the discussion on "Qi Acupoints" from the previous section, proceeds to elaborate on Qi Fu (Acupoints where Qi gathers). The meridians of the three Yang channels of the hand and foot are governed by the Six Fu Organs. Therefore, the acupoints where meridian Qi emerges are called Qi Fu. The three Yang channels of the hand and foot, combined with the Du Mai (Governing Vessel), Ren Mai (Conception Vessel), and Chong Mai (Penetrating Vessel), total 365 acupoints, corresponding to the number of days in a year. This serves to connect with the discussion on Qi Acupoints and supplement its未尽 (incomplete) meaning.
The acupoints where the Qi of the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Channel emerges: 76 points.
(Note: Old editions erroneously read "eight" instead of "seven"; corrected here.) The Foot-Taiyang Bladder is the water organ; the acupoints where its Qi emerges refer to those points where the Qi of the Foot-Taiyang meridian diverges.
One point at each inner canthus. From the hairline entering the vertex, extending three cun and half, five rows laterally, spaced three cun apart. The floating Qi within the skin comprises five rows, five points per row, totaling twenty-five points.
(Note: "Ding" (Vertex) was erroneously written as "Xiang" (Nape) in old editions; corrected. "Hang" (Row) is pronounced "Hang". "Ding" refers to Baihui (GV20). The one point at each inner canthus is Zanzhu (BL1). From Zanzhu into the hairline to Qian Ding (GV21), there are Shenting (GV24), Shangxing (GV23), and Xinhui (GV22), hence the length is three cun and half. At Qian Ding, there is a central row, two inner lateral rows, and two outer lateral rows, hence "five rows laterally." This means from the center to the side, there are five rows. Within these five rows, left and right are spaced three cun apart. Clarifying the "five rows laterally," it refers to the floating Qi of the Foot-Taiyang channel in the skin, comprising five rows, five points per row, totaling twenty-five points. Among these twenty-five points: the central row has Qian Ding (GV21), Baihui (GV20), Houding (GV19), Jiangjian (GV18), and Naohu (GV17), five points. The next two rows have Wuchu (BL1), Chengguang (BL2), Tongtian (BL3), Luoque (BL4), and Yuzhen (BL9), ten points bilaterally. The next two rows have Zhengying (GB16), Chengling (GB17), Naokong (GB18), Qiaoyin (GB19), and Wanggu (GB12), ten points bilaterally. Totaling twenty-five points, plus the two Zanzhu (BL1), Shenting (GV24), Shangxing (GV23), and Xinhui (GV22), makes thirty points in total.
One point at each side of the large tendon in the nape.
Fengchi (GB20), bilateral.
One point at each side of Fengfu (GV16).
Tianzhu (BL10), bilateral. This clarifies the aforementioned "outer lateral sides": one point each for Fengchi (GB20) located at the sides of the large tendon in the nape; and "inner lateral sides": one point each for Tianzhu (BL10) located at the sides of Fengfu (GV16).
From both sides of the spine down to the sacrum and coccyx, twenty-one vertebral segments, one point in each of fifteen interspaces. Five Back-Shu points for the Zang organs, six Back-Shu points for the Fu organs.
Starting from both sides of Fengfu (GV16), along the spine down to Dazhui (GV14) and the sacrum/coccyx, there are twenty-one vertebral segments. Among these twenty-one segments, there is one point in each of fifteen interspaces: namely Feishu (BL13), Jueyinshu (BL14), Xinshu (BL15), Geshushu (BL17), Ganshu (BL18), Danshu (BL19), Pishu (BL20), Weishu (BL21), Sanjiaoshu (BL22), Shenshu (BL23), Dachangshu (BL25), Xiaochangshu (BL35), Pangguangshu (BL54), Zhonglvneishu (BL53), and Baihuanxu (BL30), one point each bilaterally, totaling thirty points. Within these fifteen interspaces are the Back-Shu points of the five Zang organs (Lung, Heart, Liver, Spleen, Kidney), five points bilaterally; and the Back-Shu points of the six Fu organs (Gallbladder, Stomach, Sanjiao, Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Bladder), six points bilaterally. The Zang Shu points are five each, and the Fu Shu points are six each, all contained within the fifteen interspaces, which are themselves within the twenty-one vertebral segments.
Below Weizhong (BL40) to beside the little toe, six Shu points each.
Weizhong (BL40) is the point in the popliteal crease. Down to beside the little toe are Kunlun (BL60), Jinggu (BL64), Shugu (BL65), Tonggu (BL66), and Zhiyin (BL67), combined with Weizhong (BL40), six Shu points bilaterally, totaling twelve points. These are the acupoints where the Qi of the Foot-Taiyang channel emerges, totaling seventy-six points. The Foot-Taiyang Bladder Channel originates at the inner canthus, ascends to the forehead, crosses the vertex, connects with the brain, descends to the nape, runs alongside the spine to the waist, follows the thigh posteriorly, and reaches the lateral side of the little toe; thus, the emergence of meridian Qi occurs at these points.
The acupoints where the Qi of the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Channel emerges: 62 points.
The Foot-Shaoyang belongs to the Gallbladder Fu; the acupoints where its Qi emerges total sixty-two points.

At three cun below the axilla, and in the hypochondrium down to the costal margin, one point in each of eight interspaces.
Three cun below the axilla is Yuanli (GB24). The area below the axilla is the hypochondrium, and below that is the costal margin. Between the hypochondrium and costal margin are Zhejin (GB25), Dabao (SP21), Riyue (GB24), Jingmen (GB25), Daibai (GB26), Wushu (GB27), Weidao (GB28), and Juliao (GB29). These eight points form a row on each side, totaling sixteen points. Combined with the bilateral Yuanli (GB24), this makes eighteen points.
One point at each side of the pivot of the thigh.
"Bishu" is also called Biyan, which is Huantiao (GB30), located below Juliao (GB29). "Bishu zhong pang" refers to the midpoint of the Biyan division; one point on each side, two points total.

Yanglingquan (GB34), Yangfu (GB38), Qiuxu (GB40), Zulinqi (GB41), Xiaxi (GB43), and Qiaoyin (GB44). Six Shu points bilaterally, totaling twelve points. These are the acupoints where the Qi of the Foot-Shaoyang channel emerges, totaling sixty-two points. The Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Channel originates at the outer canthus, ascends to the head corner, enters the ear anteriorly and posteriorly, passes through the axilla and hypochondrium, runs along the lateral side of the body, descends to the knee and foot; thus, the emergence of meridian Qi occurs at these points.
The acupoints where the Qi of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Channel emerges: 68 points.
The Foot-Yangming belongs to the Stomach Fu; the acupoints where its Qi emerge total sixty-eight points.

Yingzhong Gujian refers to Yingchuang (ST16) and Ruzhong (ST17), located between the sternum, referring to the fifteen and eight interspaces mentioned earlier. Above Yingchuang (ST16) are Wuyi (ST15), Kufang (ST14), and Qihu (ST13). Below Ruzhong (ST17) is Rugen (ST18). All these points are between the sternum, one row bilaterally, twelve points total.
Five points each outside Jiawei (CV15), three cun below the nipple, flanking the stomach cavity.
"Xia" means parallel/flanking. Outside Jiawei (CV15) refers to the sides parallel to Jiawei. Three cun below the nipple is the location of Burong (ST21). Flanking the stomach cavity refers to the points below Burong (ST21): Chengman (ST22), Liangmen (ST25), Guanmen (ST26), Taiyi (ST27), and the Upper, Middle, and Lower Wan (Shangwan, Zhongwan, Xiawan) parallel to the stomach. Combined with the five points outside Jiawei and five points flanking the stomach cavity, there are ten points bilaterally.
