，或偃月形，或鸡子形，皆属枕骨。
[3]凡有伤损，其人头昏目眩，耳鸣有声，项强咽直，饮食难进，坐卧不
安，四肢无力
<1>内服正骨紫金丹
<2>外敷乌龙膏
<3>洗以海桐皮汤，以散瘀去麻木止痛。
[4]如误从高处坠下，后山骨伤太重，筋翻气促，痰响如拽锯之声，垂头
目闭，有喘声者，此风热所乘，至危之证，不能治也，遗尿者必亡。
[5]惟月芽形者，更易受伤。
[6]如被坠堕打伤，震动盖顶骨缝，以致脑筋转拧疼痛，昏迷不省人事，
少时或明者，其人可治。
<1>急以凉水蘸发，启开牙关，以酒调八厘散灌之，服后目开，痛苦有
声，二目流泪，愈见可治之兆，服正骨紫金丹，炒米粥调养可愈。

[1] 后山指的是头后的枕骨。
[2] 这块骨头的形状各不相同，有的像“品”字，有的像“山”字，有的像“川”字，有的呈圆形或尖形，有的像月牙形，有的像倒置的月牙形，有的像鸡蛋形，这些都归属于枕骨。
[3] 凡是发生损伤，患者会出现头晕目眩、耳鸣有声、颈部僵硬咽喉拘紧、饮食难以下咽、坐卧不安、四肢无力的症状。
<1> 内服正骨紫金丹
<2> 外敷乌龙膏
<3> 用海桐皮汤清洗患处，以消散瘀血、去除麻木感并止痛。
[4] 如果误从高处坠落，导致后山骨严重受伤，出现筋脉翻转、气息急促、喉间痰鸣声如拉锯般响亮、低头闭眼、伴有喘息声的情况，这是风热邪气侵袭所致，属于极其危险的证候，无法治愈；若伴有遗尿，则必然死亡。
[5] 只有呈月牙形的枕骨，更容易受到损伤。
[6] 如果被坠落物或打击伤及，震动到头顶骨的骨缝，导致脑神经扭转疼痛、昏迷不省人事，但过一会儿又能清醒的人，此人可以治疗。
<1> 立即用凉水沾湿头发，撬开牙关，用酒调匀八厘散灌服，服药后若眼睛睁开、痛苦时发出声音、双眼流泪，这更是可治的征兆，再服用正骨紫金丹，配合炒米粥调养即可痊愈。

[1] "Houshan" refers to the occipital bone at the back of the head.
[2] The shape of this bone varies; it may resemble the character "Pin" (品), "Shan" (山), or "Chuan" (川); it may be round or pointed, crescent-shaped, inverted crescent-shaped, or egg-shaped. All these belong to the occipital bone.
[3] In cases of injury, symptoms include dizziness and vertigo, tinnitus with audible ringing, stiffness of the neck and tightness of the throat, difficulty in swallowing food, restlessness in sitting and lying down, and weakness in the four limbs.
<1> Internally administer Zhenggu Zijin Dan (Bone-Setting Purple-Gold Pill).
<2> Externally apply Wulong Gao (Black Dragon Ointment).
<3> Wash with Haitongpi Tang (Phellodendron Bark Decoction) to dissipate blood stasis, relieve numbness, and alleviate pain.
[4] If a fall from a great height causes severe injury to the Houshan (occipital bone), resulting in dislocation of tendons, rapid breathing, rattling phlegm sounding like sawing wood, drooping head, closed eyes, and wheezing, this is caused by invasion of Wind-Heat. It is a critical condition that is incurable; if accompanied by urinary incontinence, death is inevitable.
[5] Among them, the crescent-shaped occipital bone is more susceptible to injury.
[6] If injured by falling objects or blows, causing vibration to the sutures of the calvaria (top of the skull), leading to twisting pain of the brain nerves, coma, and loss of consciousness, but who regains consciousness after a short while, such a patient can be treated.
<1> Immediately wet the hair with cold water, pry open the jaw, and administer Bali San (Eight-Centigram Powder) mixed with wine. If, after administration, the eyes open, the patient cries out in pain, and tears flow from both eyes, these are further signs of curability. Subsequently, administer Zhenggu Zijin Dan (Bone-Setting Purple-Gold Pill) and nourish with stir-fried rice porridge for recovery.
