此痔内硬，头小根大，时作痒痛。治法内服中九丸，外用化肉膏贴之，视肉黑后，刮
去一层，又贴又刮，不拘次数，必须烂一浅坑，痔根方算去尽，不致复生，此刻即用熏洗
汤洗之，外贴解毒膏生肌、平口。
此痔头大根小。治法以药线拴三、四日，其核即自行脱落，落后以熏洗汤洗净，掺加
味天然散以生肌、平口，内服中九丸以去热毒，免生变症。
此痔形似鸡冠，硬而赤肿作痛，搔破后则出血流水，殆因受风热而成。治方如下∶
铜绿（五钱） 乳香 没药 威灵仙 寒水石（ 各五钱） 甘石（一钱） 胆矾（三钱）
海螵蛸（五钱）（一方有冰片，无螵蛸）
上为细末，以猪胆汁调匀搽之，内服中九丸，外洗熏洗汤，加马齿苋一大握合煎，熏洗之自消。
此痔状如莲花，层层叠起，又似鸡冠，有细孔，痒痛而出脓水。治法照鸡冠痔，久熏
久洗，贴解毒膏，掺天然散收功；有时痔不软化，必用化肉膏逐层蚀去，贴解毒膏，掺天然散，方可平复。

净，用手慢慢托进，实为不治之症，百中难痊一、二。治法内服中九丸，兼服槐角丸加升
麻五钱，外以马齿苋入熏洗汤中，久熏久洗，间有痊者。
此痔因受风寒湿热，致气虚下降不能上升而成，故治法以升提为主。方如下∶
当归（一钱） 白芷梢（八分） 赤芍（七分） 防风（五分） 川芎（五钱） 光连（一钱） 黄芩（七分）
木香（一钱另研） 陈皮 枳壳 青皮 茯苓（各七分） 生地（八分） 升麻（一钱） 皂子（七粒） 甘草（一钱）
上水煎服，兼服中九丸。外用熏洗汤加倍子一两，明矾一两，合煎熏洗，至痔体软化
时，再以生血养体之剂培养之，并时时以油润肛门，再贴蓖麻子饼，自上。
又一单方，用上醋一盏，于罐内熬滚时，将烧红火砖淬入，乘热熏洗之。
这种痔疮内部坚硬，头部小根部大，时常出现瘙痒和疼痛。治疗方法是内服中九丸，外用化肉膏贴敷。待患处变黑后，刮去一层，再贴再刮，不限次数，必须烂出一个浅坑，痔根才算彻底去除，才不会复发。此时立即用熏洗汤清洗，外贴解毒膏以生肌、平复创口。

Immediately thereafter, wash with Xunxi Tang (Fumigation and Washing Decoction), apply Jiedu Gao (Detoxifying Ointment) externally to promote tissue regeneration and flatten the wound.
This type of hemorrhoid has a large head and small base. The treatment method involves tying it with medicinal thread for three to four days, after which the core will naturally detach. After detachment, clean with Xunxi Tang (Fumigation and Washing Decoction), sprinkle Jiawei Tianran San (Modified Natural Powder) to promote tissue regeneration and flatten the wound, and internally administer Zhongjiu Wan (Nine-Pill Medicated Pellet) to clear heat and toxicity, avoiding complications.
This type of hemorrhoid resembles a rooster's comb, being hard, red, swollen, and painful. If scratched open, it bleeds and oozes fluid, likely caused by wind-heat pathogen. The prescription is as follows:
Tonglv (Malachite Green, *CuCO3·Cu(OH)2*) (5 qian) Ruxiang (Frankincense, *Boswelliae Resina*) Moyao (Myrrh, *Commiphora Resina*) Weilingxian (Spirit Flower Root, *Symplocos racemosa*) Hanshuishi (Calcitum, *Gypsum Fibrosum*) (each 5 qian) Ganshi (Calamina, *Calaminas Lapis*) (1 qian) Danfan (Alumen, *Aluminium Potassium Sulfate*) (3 qian)
Haipiaoxiao (Cuttlebone, *Sepiae Endoconcha*) (5 qian) (One variant includes Bingpian [Borneol] and excludes Haipiaoxiao.)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder, mix evenly with Zhu Danzhi (Pig Bile), and apply topically. Internally administer Zhongjiu Wan (Nine-Pill Medicated Pellet). For external washing, use Xunxi Tang (Fumigation and Washing Decoction) with a large handful of Machixian (Purslane, *Portulaca oleracea*) decocted together; fumigation and washing will cause it to resolve.
This type of hemorrhoid resembles a lotus flower, layered and stacked, similar to a rooster's comb, with fine pores, causing itching, pain, and purulent discharge. The treatment method follows that of the rooster's comb hemorrhoid: prolonged fumigation and washing, application of Jiedu Gao (Detoxifying Ointment), and sprinkling Tianran San (Natural Powder) to conclude treatment. If the hemorrhoid does not soften, Hairou Gao (Flesh-Dissolving Ointment) must be used to erode layers sequentially, followed by application of Jiedu Gao (Detoxifying Ointment) and sprinkling Tianran San (Natural Powder) to achieve flattening.
This type of hemorrhoid also resembles Tongchang Lou (Intestinal Fistula). Before gas expulsion occurs, there is initial swelling, pain, and pus discharge, with a hard tube inside, occasionally oozing pus. Clean with warm water, gently push back in with hand. This is considered an incurable condition, with only one or two recoveries out of a hundred. The treatment method involves internal administration of Zhongjiu Wan (Nine-Pill Medicated Pellet) combined with Huaijiao Wan (Sophora Fruit Pill) plus Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, *Cimicifugae Rhizoma*) 5 qian. Externally, add Machixian (Purslane, *Portulaca oleracea*) to Xunxi Tang (Fumigation and Washing Decoction) for prolonged fumigation and washing; occasional cures may occur.
This type of hemorrhoid is caused by wind-cold-damp-heat pathogens leading to Qi deficiency and sinking, preventing upward movement; thus, the treatment principle focuses on lifting and raising. The prescription is as follows:

Decoct in water and take orally, combined with internal administration of Zhongjiu Wan (Nine-Pill Medicated Pellet). Externally, add Beizi (Betel Nut, *Arecae Semen*) 1 liang and Mingfan (Alumen, *Aluminium Potassium Sulfate*) 1 liang to Xunxi Tang (Fumigation and Washing Decoction), decoct together for fumigation and washing. When the hemorrhoid softens, nourish with blood-tonifying and body-nourishing agents, lubricate the anus frequently with oil, and apply Bibanzi Bing (Castor Seed Cake) from above.
Another simple prescription: Take one cup of vinegar, boil in a pot, then quench a red-hot brick into it. Use the steam for hot fumigation and washing while hot.
