沉香槟榔丸
沉香 槟榔 檀香 木香 三棱 丁香 神曲 莪术 麦芽 浓朴 使君肉 苍术 青
皮砂仁 益智仁 香附 枳壳 良姜（各五钱） 炙草（一两半） 蜜丸芡子大。每一丸汤化。或
二丸亦可。
治诸积癖腹胀作疼。诸疳虫积。
良方妨香丸
朱砂（一两） 牛黄 冰片 麝香（各二钱半） 金箔（十四片） 粉霜 腻粉（各一钱） 黄蜡
（二两） 巴霜（一百二十粒）
治小儿虚中积。潮发寒热。心腹胀满疼痛。
取癖丸
甘遂（炒） 芫花（炒） 牵牛（半生半炒） 辣桂 莪术 青皮 木香 桃仁 五灵脂（各二
钱） 巴霜（一钱） 糊丸麻子大。每一二丸。蜜汤下。利后冷粥补仍和胃。
此乃峻剂。非实积危甚。不可用。
积滞木香丸
木香 莪术 砂仁 青皮 朱砂 代赭石（各二钱） 丁香 巴霜（各一钱） 糊丸麻子大。每二
三丸。乳伤乳汁下。食伤米饮下。
治吐乳泻乳。气酸臭。肚硬热渴。吐泻为食积。腹痛利黄为气积及疟癖。
钱氏白术散
人参 白术 木香 茯苓 炒甘草 藿香叶（各一两） 葛根（二两） 粗末一二钱煎。
此方助脾和胃。调中益气。良圣药也。
栀子柏皮汤
栀子（八枚） 黄柏（一两） 炙草（五钱） 每 咀二钱煎。
此方治伤寒身黄发热。
化癖丸
巴霜（半两） 腻粉 朱砂（各一钱） 黄鹰粪（二两半） 雄雀粪 砂（各一字） 糯米饭丸黍米大。一
岁儿二丸。空心皂荚子汤服。取下恶物为度。
治乳癖结块。久不消化。诸药罔效。
大茵陈汤
茵陈（一两） 大黄（三钱半） 栀子（三枚大者） 煎分三服。日三。当利下恶汁。黄从小便出。
治阳明瘀热在里发黄。小便秘。腹微满。
加减泻黄散
黄连 茵陈（各五分） 黄柏 黄芩 山栀 茯苓（各三分） 泽泻（二分） 食后一服减半。待五日再
服而良愈。
此方主退脾土。复肾水。降火心。
阿胶散
阿胶（一两半） 牛蒡子 炙草（各二钱半） 马兜铃（五钱） 杏仁（七个） 糯米（一两） 每
末一二钱煎。杏仁本泻肺。非若人参天麦冬之补也。当以意消息之。又名补肺散。
清肺饮
柴胡（二两） 人参（半两） 杏仁 桔梗 赤芍 荆芥 枳壳 桑皮 五味子 熟半夏 麻黄（各
一两） 旋复花（五钱） 甘草（两半） 每末二钱。入姜二葱一。或薄荷亦可。
治肺受风邪客热。嗽声不断。气促喘闷。痰壅。鼻塞流涕。失音。及疹毒痘疮。涎嗽咽痛烦渴。
解表散
麻黄 杏仁 赤苓（各一两） 川芎 防风 枳壳（各一两五钱） 甘草（七钱半，半生半炙） 每
末二钱。加姜二葱白一煎。有热加薄荷叶。
主伤风感冷。喘嗽痰多。呕吐泻利惊悸。
钱氏葶苈丸
甜葶苈（隔纸炒） 黑牵牛（炒） 杏仁（研） 汉防己（各一两） 枣肉丸麻子大。每三五七丸。
淡姜汤下。量儿大小加减。
治乳食冲脾。伤风咳嗽。面赤痰盛。身热喘促。
泻肺汤
桑皮 地骨皮（各一两） 炙甘草（三钱） 每 咀二钱。加粳米一百粒煎。日二。
治伤风后五心烦热。咳嗽喘促。唇红颊赤。
黄芩半夏生姜汤
黄芩 生姜（各一钱） 炙草 白芍（各六分） 枣（二枚） 半夏（一钱五分）
此方治胆腑咳。呕苦水若胆汁。
甘桔汤
甘草 桔梗（各一钱）
治心脏咳。喉中如梗。甚则喉肿喉痹。
乌梅丸
乌梅（三十个） 细辛 附子 桂枝 人参 黄柏（各六钱） 干姜 黄连（各一两） 蜀椒 当归（各
四两） 即用乌梅肉酒浸一宿。和饭粒捣丸。每十丸汤下。
治胃腑咳而呕。呕甚。长虫出。
茯苓甘草汤
茯苓（二钱） 桂枝（二钱半） 生姜（五片） 甘草（一钱）
治膀胱咳而遗溺。
琥珀散
辰砂（一钱半） 琥珀 牛黄 僵蚕 胆星 白附子 全蝎 代赭石 天麻 枳壳 乳香（各
一钱） 每末一二分。白汤调下。此方兼治痫症。
治急慢惊涎潮昏冒。目瞪惊搐。内钓腹痛。
圣惠射干散
射干 麻黄 紫菀 桂心（各五钱） 半夏（一钱） 炙草（二钱） 每末一钱煎。入蜜半匙。
此方治小儿咳嗽。心胸痰壅。攻咽。作呀呷声。
桔梗汤
桔梗 半夏 苏叶 石膏 炙草（各半两） 皂荚（一分，烧存性） 每末一钱。加姜三片煎。
此方治小儿咳嗽呀呷。咽膈不利。
知母汤
知母 甘草（各半两） 贝母 羌活 滑石 大黄 小麦（各三钱） 麻黄 苦葶苈 诃子肉（各一
钱半） 薄荷（二钱） 每 咀二钱。加姜二片煎。
治 气喘。痰鸣发热。咳嗽恶风。
坎离汤
荜澄茄 石菖蒲（各一钱） 白术 茯苓 木香（各二钱） 炙草 半夏 紫苏子（各四钱） 每 咀
二钱煎。不拘时服。
此方治虚喘。日轻夜重。食减神昏。
化痰定喘丸
雄黄 朱砂（各一钱） 蝉蜕 全蝎 僵蚕 地龙 南星 白附子（各二钱半） 轻粉（五分） 糊丸
麻子大。每三十丸。薄荷茶清下。
治因惊发喘。逆触心肺。暴急张口。虚烦神困。
二圣散
诃子肉（十枚大者半生半炙） 大腹皮（五钱洗净焙） 每粗末二钱煎。
治风痰壅闭。语音不出。气促喘闷。似搐非搐。
定喘饮
人参 麻黄 防己 诃子肉 半夏 甘草（各五钱） 每二钱。加姜二片煎。
治夹风痰喘气促。不拘冷热二症。
牛黄夺命散
白牵牛 黑牵牛（各一两半生半炒） 川大黄 槟榔（各一两） 三岁儿每末二钱。冷浆水调下。涎多
加腻粉少许。
治肺胀喘满。胸膈起急。两胁扇动。陷下作坑。两鼻窍张。闷乱嗽渴。声哑而不鸣。痰涎潮塞。
俗云马脾风。若不治。死在旦夕。
泻白散
桑皮 地骨皮（各一两） 甘草（五钱，炒） 每末一二钱。加米百粒煎。一名泻肺散。
治肺热骨蒸自汗。
小柴胡汤
柴胡（半斤） 人参 黄芩 炙草（各三两） 半夏（二两半） 每粗末三钱。加姜三枣一煎。小儿分二
服。更量大小加减。
治伤寒温热病。疟疾。一切寒热往来。能和解。
荆芥散
荆芥穗 人参 白术 黄 当归 白芍 桂（各一两） 柴胡（二两） 炙草（五钱） 每粗末五钱
煎。
备急丸
煨大黄 巴霜 葛根 各等分。炼蜜丸。每绿豆大一丸。米饮下。壮盛小儿。或用一丸半。以
大便快利为度。
清脾汤
浓朴（一两） 乌梅 半夏 良姜 青皮（各五钱） 炙草（三钱） 草果仁（二钱半） 每 咀二钱。加姜
二钱煎。未发疟前并三服。
治疟久不瘥者。脾胃虚弱。形容憔悴。
二姜丸
白姜（用巴豆九粒。同炒去豆） 良姜（东壁土炒各一两） 雄猪胆汁和水丸麻子大。朱砂为衣。热多温汤。
早晨面北空心下。寒多早晨面南温酒下。寒热均热汤冷水下。
治疟疾经久不愈者。
二仙饮
青蒿（二两） 桂枝（五钱） 每细末一钱。未发前冷酒调下。斩邪饮治暑疟尤妙。
治诸疟不拘久近。本方加香薷二两。芽茶五钱。合研。名斩邪饮。
苏合香丸
苏合香（五钱入安息膏内） 安息香（一两，另为末。酒半升。熬膏） 丁香 青木香 白檀香 沉香 荜茇
香附 煨诃子肉 皂荚（镑屑） 朱砂（各一两） 薰陆香 冰片（各五钱） 麝香（七钱半） 用安息
膏加炼蜜丸芡子大。空心沸汤下。小儿一丸。老人二三丸。
治传尸骨蒸诸痨瘵。卒暴心痛。鬼魅疟疾。霍乱吐泻。赤白痢。小儿惊搐。
地黄膏
豆粉 郁金（各半两） 炙甘草（一钱二分） 马牙硝（一钱） 生地汁、蜜。对分熬膏。丸药每服两皂
子大。热水含化。婴儿用鹅翎拭口内。
朱银丸
水银（蒸枣研如泥） 白附子（一钱半） 全蝎 南星 朱砂（各一钱） 天浆子 芦荟 牛黄（各五钱） 铅
霜（五分和水银 ） 冰片（一字） 麝香（少许） 僵蚕（七个炒） 蜜丸。
治胎风壮热痰盛。翻眼口噤。取下胎中蕴受之毒。亦治惊积。但量与。
沉香饮
沉香 丁香 南木香 藿香叶（各二钱半） 陈皮 白术 半夏 茯苓 肉豆蔻（各五钱） 炙草
（三钱） 每末五分至一钱。紫苏、木瓜汤调下。枣汤亦可。
治吐痢后神昏倦怠。食少不化。脾胃气虚。五心烦热。盗汗。自汗常出。或闻食恶心。
八珍汤
人参 茯苓 白术 甘草 川芎 当归 白芍 熟地
治气血俱虚。阴火内热。或因克伐之剂。脾胃亏损。肌肉消瘦。
排风汤
白鲜皮 白术 白芍 薄桂 防风 川芎 当归 杏仁 炙草（各五钱） 独活 麻黄 茯
苓（各七钱五分）
每二钱。加姜二片煎。
治中风狂言失音。神昏。惊瘫鹤膝。及足疾才愈。偶感外风。满面遍体虚浮。
龙脑鸡苏丸
薄荷叶（一两六钱） 生地（六钱） 麦冬（四钱） 蒲黄 阿胶 木通 银柴胡（各二钱） 甘草（钱半） 黄
人参（各一钱） 地黄汁熬膏加蜜丸。每二十丸。细嚼汤下。一方有黄连。
治肺有郁热。咳衄下血。热淋消渴。口臭口苦。
逍遥散
柴胡 酒当归 酒白芍 白术 茯苓（各一钱） 炙草（五分） 加姜、薄荷
治血虚肝燥。骨蒸劳热。咳嗽潮热。往来寒热。口干便涩。
加味逍遥散
柴胡 当归 白芍 白术 茯苓 炙甘草（各一钱） 以上逍遥散。加丹皮、山栀各七分。为
加味逍遥散。其姜、薄荷。酌量加否。
此方治肝脾血虚等症。
三黄丸
黄连 黄芩 煨大黄 等分。炼蜜丸。每三十丸。汤下。量大小加减。
治三焦积热。眼目赤肿。头顶肿痛。心膈烦躁。口疮。二便秘涩。五脏实热。或下鲜血。或疮
疖。
大柴胡汤
柴胡（四两） 黄芩 白芍（各两半） 大黄 半夏（各七钱半） 枳实（七钱） 甘草（一两）。每粗末二钱。加
姜二片煎。
此方解利风热。痰嗽腹胀。及里症末解。
橘皮（一两半） 炙草 竹茹（各五钱） 人参（二钱半） 每 咀五钱。加姜煎。
加味清凉饮
当归 赤芍 炙草 大黄（各三分） 牛蒡子 山栀（各四分）
治热毒积毒在内。大便不通。而欲痛作渴。或患疮疡丹毒。
固脾和中散
人参 茯苓 白术 葛根 炙草 扁豆 藿香 等分。 每末三钱。加姜枣煎。
此方和胃。止吐泻。定烦渴。治腹痛。
黄连香薷饮
黄连 香薷 浓朴
治中暑。热盛。口渴心烦。或下鲜血。
黄 六一汤
黄 （六两） 甘草（一两） 每末五钱煎。温服。亦可用汤调下三钱。
此方治诸虚不足。盗汗消渴。
茯苓半夏汤
半夏（二钱） 陈皮 茯苓 黄芩（各一钱） 甘草（五分） 加姜煎。
此方专治热痰壅盛为患。
四苓散
猪苓 茯苓 白术 泽泻 每末三钱煎服。
治风寒湿邪不解。烦渴欲饮者。
快膈汤
人参 青皮 砂仁 乌药 良姜 炙甘草 香附（各一两） 每末一钱。加少盐酒煎。
主胸膈不快。饮食少。能顺气和中。消导宿滞。
万灵丸
木香 黄连 莪术（各一钱） 橘皮 青皮（各二钱） 槟榔（一钱半一枚）。用巴豆一粒。醋煮杏仁二
枚。灯火上 。研烂。和醋糊丸。小绿豆大。每五七丸薄荷汤下。
此方主小儿诸积。根据形症用之。
东垣鼠粘子汤
鼠粘子（二钱） 酒归身 炙草 柴胡 黄芩 连翘 黄 （各一钱） 地骨皮（二钱半） 每 咀三
钱煎。服后慢与乳食。
治伤寒斑出。身表热急。
小柴胡加栀子汤
柴胡 黄芩 人参 半夏 甘草 山栀 加姜枣。热甚去半夏。
此方主解利风热。
连翘饮
连翘 防风 山栀 甘草 等分水煎。
治一切热。伤寒热在外而不厥。少阳药也。
解毒丸
寒水石（研） 石膏（研各一两） 青黛（五钱） 蒸饼丸芡子大。食后新汲水下。或细嚼姜汤下亦可。
三岁儿半丸。随大小加减。
参附汤
人参 炮附子等分
治阳气虚寒。切牙寒战。手足并冷。或吐泻不食。
桔梗枳壳汤
枳壳 桔梗（各二两） 甘草（五钱） 每三钱。加姜三片煎。
治腹胀便秘。烦躁作渴。或谵妄不安。
五痫丸
白附子（五钱） 乌蛇肉 全蝎 半夏 南星（各二两） 蜈蚣（半条） 僵蚕（一两半） 朱砂
雄黄（各钱半） 麝香（三分） 皂角（二两打碎用水半碗。浸透揉汁。入白矾二两。同煎干为度） 姜
汁糊丸小绿豆大。每二三十丸。白汤下。随大小加减。
此方总治一切痫症。
家韭子丸
韭子 鹿茸 苁蓉 牛膝 熟地 菟丝子 归身 巴戟 杜仲 石斛 桂心 干姜酒糊丸。
治膀胱虚寒。不能收摄。以致遗溺淋沥。
人参理中丸
人参 白术 干姜 甘草
此方专治中焦病。或吐下多而腹痛满。
五黄散
黄连 黄芩 黄柏 栀子黄 大黄 每末一钱煎。
此治内外俱大热之症。然太寒。非其症勿用。
加味清胃汤
沉香槟榔丸
由沉香、槟榔、檀香、木香、三棱、丁香、神曲、莪术、麦芽、浓朴（厚朴）、使君肉（使君子仁）、苍术、青皮、砂仁、益智仁、香附、枳壳、良姜（高良姜）各五钱，炙甘草一两半组成。制成蜜丸，大小如芡实子。每次用汤药化开一丸服用。或者服用两丸也可以。
治疗各种积滞癖块引起的腹胀疼痛。各种疳疾虫积。
良方妨香丸
由朱砂一两，牛黄、冰片、麝香各二钱半，金箔十四片，粉霜、腻粉（水银化合物）各一钱，黄蜡二两，巴霜（巴豆霜）一百二十粒组成。
治疗小儿虚中积滞。定时发作的寒热往来。心腹胀满疼痛。
取癖丸
由炒甘遂、炒芫花、半生半炒牵牛子、辣桂（肉桂）、莪术、青皮、木香、桃仁、五灵脂各二钱，巴霜一钱组成。制成糊丸，大小如麻子。每次服用一二丸，用蜜汤送服。泻下后喝冷粥以补益并调和胃气。
这是峻猛之剂。如果不是实证积滞且病情危重，不可使用。
积滞木香丸
由木香、莪术、砂仁、青皮、朱砂、代赭石各二钱，丁香、巴霜各一钱组成。制成糊丸，大小如麻子。每次服用二三丸。因伤乳汁引起的呕吐腹泻，用乳汁送服；因伤米食引起的呕吐腹泻，用米饮送服。
治疗吐乳泻乳。口气酸臭。腹部坚硬发热口渴。呕吐腹泻属于食积。腹痛且大便黄色属于气积及疟疾癖块。
钱氏白术散
由人参、白术、木香、茯苓、炒甘草、藿香叶各一两，葛根二两组成。研成粗末，每次取一二钱煎煮。
此方辅助脾脏，调和胃气。调理中焦，益气。是极好的圣药。
栀子柏皮汤
由栀子八枚，黄柏一两，炙甘草五钱组成。每次切碎二钱煎煮。
此方治疗伤寒导致的身黄发热。
化癖丸
由巴霜半两，腻粉、朱砂各一钱，黄鹰粪二两半，雄雀粪、砂各一字组成。用糯米饭制成丸，大小如黍米。一岁幼儿服用二丸，空腹时用皂荚子汤送服。以下除恶物为度。
治疗乳癖结块。日久不消化。各种药物无效。
大茵陈汤
由茵陈一两，大黄三钱半，栀子三枚（大的）组成。煎煮后分三次服用，每日三次。应当泻下恶汁。黄色从小便排出。
治疗阳明瘀热在里导致的发黄。小便便秘。腹部微满。
加减泻黄散
由黄连、茵陈各五分，黄柏、黄芩、山栀、茯苓各三分，泽泻二分组成。饭后服用一次减半剂量。等待五日后再次服用而痊愈。
此方主要清退脾土湿热，恢复肾水，降心火。
阿胶散
由阿胶一两半，牛蒡子、炙甘草各二钱半，马兜铃五钱，杏仁七个，糯米一两组成。研成末，每次取一二钱煎煮。杏仁本有泻肺作用，不像人参、天冬、麦冬那样具有补益作用。应当根据情况斟酌使用。又名补肺散。
清肺饮
由柴胡二两，人参半两，杏仁、桔梗、赤芍、荆芥、枳壳、桑皮、五味子、熟半夏、麻黄各一两，旋复花五钱，甘草一两半组成。每次取末二钱，加入生姜两片、葱一根。或者加入薄荷也可以。
治疗肺受风邪客热。咳嗽声不断。气促喘闷。痰壅塞。鼻塞流涕。失音。以及疹毒痘疮。涎嗽咽痛烦渴。
解表散
由麻黄、杏仁、赤苓（赤茯苓）各一两，川芎、防风、枳壳各一两五钱，甘草七钱半（一半生用，一半炙用）组成。每次取末二钱，加生姜两片、葱白一根煎煮。有热症加薄荷叶。
主治伤风感冷。喘嗽痰多。呕吐泻利惊悸。
钱氏葶苈丸
由隔纸炒甜葶苈、炒黑牵牛子、研杏仁、汉防己各一两组成。用枣肉制成丸，大小如麻子。每次服用三五七丸。用淡姜汤送服。根据儿童大小增减剂量。
治疗乳食冲犯脾脏。伤风咳嗽。面红痰多。身热喘促。
泻肺汤
由桑皮、地骨皮各一两，炙甘草三钱组成。每次切碎二钱。加粳米一百粒煎煮。每日两次。
治疗伤风后五心烦热。咳嗽喘促。嘴唇红脸颊赤。
黄芩半夏生姜汤
由黄芩、生姜各一钱，炙甘草、白芍各六分，大枣二枚，半夏一钱五分组成。
此方治疗胆腑咳。呕吐苦水若胆汁。
甘桔汤
由甘草、桔梗各一钱组成。
治疗心脏咳。喉中如有梗阻感。严重时喉肿喉痹。
乌梅丸
由乌梅三十个，细辛、附子、桂枝、人参、黄柏各六钱，干姜、黄连各一两，蜀椒、当归各四两组成。即用乌梅肉酒浸一夜，和饭粒捣成丸。每次十丸，用汤药送服。
治疗胃腑咳而呕吐。呕吐严重。长虫（蛔虫）吐出。
茯苓甘草汤
由茯苓二钱，桂枝二钱半，生姜五片，甘草一钱组成。
治疗膀胱咳而遗尿。
琥珀散
由辰砂一钱半，琥珀、牛黄、僵蚕、胆星、白附子、全蝎、代赭石、天麻、枳壳、乳香各一钱组成。每次取末一二分，用白开水调服。此方兼治痫症。
治疗急慢惊风痰潮昏冒。目瞪惊搐。内钓腹痛。
圣惠射干散
由射干、麻黄、紫菀、桂心各五钱，半夏一钱，炙甘草二钱组成。每次取末一钱煎煮。加入蜂蜜半匙。
此方治疗小儿咳嗽。心胸痰壅。攻咽。发出呀呷声。
桔梗汤
由桔梗、半夏、苏叶、石膏、炙甘草各半两，皂荚一分（烧存性）组成。每次取末一钱。加生姜三片煎煮。
此方治疗小儿咳嗽呀呷。咽膈不利。
知母汤
由知母、甘草各半两，贝母、羌活、滑石、大黄、小麦各三钱，麻黄、苦葶苈、诃子肉各一钱半，薄荷二钱组成。每次切碎二钱。加生姜两片煎煮。
治疗气喘。痰鸣发热。咳嗽恶风。
坎离汤
由荜澄茄、石菖蒲各一钱，白术、茯苓、木香各二钱，炙甘草、半夏、紫苏子各四钱组成。每次切碎二钱煎煮。不拘时候服用。
此方治疗虚喘。白天轻晚上重。食欲减退神志昏沉。
化痰定喘丸
由雄黄、朱砂各一钱，蝉蜕、全蝎、僵蚕、地龙、南星、白附子各二钱半，轻粉五分组成。制成糊丸，大小如麻子。每次三十丸。用薄荷茶清送服。
治疗因惊吓引发的喘逆。逆触心肺。暴急张口。虚烦神困。
二圣散
由诃子肉十枚（大的，一半生用一半炙用），大腹皮五钱（洗净焙干）组成。每次粗末二钱煎煮。
治疗风痰壅闭。语音不出。气促喘闷。似抽搐非抽搐。
定喘饮
由人参、麻黄、防己、诃子肉、半夏、甘草各五钱组成。每次二钱。加生姜两片煎煮。
治疗夹风痰喘气促。不拘冷热两种症状。
牛黄夺命散
由白牵牛、黑牵牛各一两半（一半生用一半炒），川大黄、槟榔各一两组成。三岁幼儿每次取末二钱。用冷浆水调服。涎多加少许腻粉。
治疗肺胀喘满。胸膈起急。两胁扇动。陷下作坑。两鼻窍张。闷乱嗽渴。声哑而不鸣。痰涎潮塞。
俗称为马脾风。如果不治疗，死在旦夕之间。
泻白散
由桑皮、地骨皮各一两，甘草五钱（炒）组成。每次取末一二钱。加米百粒煎煮。一名泻肺散。
治疗肺热骨蒸自汗。
小柴胡汤
由柴胡半斤，人参、黄芩、炙甘草各三两，半夏二两半组成。每次粗末三钱。加生姜三片、大枣一个煎煮。小儿分两次服用。再根据大小增减剂量。
治疗伤寒温热病。疟疾。一切寒热往来。能和解。
荆芥散
由荆芥穗、人参、白术、黄芪、当归、白芍、桂枝各一两，柴胡二两，炙甘草五钱组成。每次粗末五钱煎煮。
备急丸
由煨大黄、巴霜、葛根各等分组成。炼蜜为丸。每绿豆大一丸。用米饮送服。体质强壮的小儿。或者服用一丸半。以大便通畅为度。
清脾汤
由浓朴一两，乌梅、半夏、良姜、青皮各五钱，炙甘草三钱，草果仁二钱半组成。每次切碎二钱。加生姜二钱煎煮。未发疟前并服三次。
治疗疟疾久不愈者。脾胃虚弱。形容憔悴。
二姜丸
由白姜（用巴豆九粒同炒去豆）、良姜（东壁土炒）各一两组成。用雄猪胆汁和水制成丸，大小如麻子。朱砂为衣。热多温汤送服。早晨面向北空腹服用。寒多早晨面向南温酒送服。寒热均用热汤冷水送服。
治疗疟疾经久不愈者。
二仙饮
由青蒿二两，桂枝五钱组成。每次细末一钱。未发前冷酒调服。斩邪饮治疗暑疟尤其妙。
治疗各种疟疾不拘久近。本方加香薷二两。芽茶五钱。合研。名为斩邪饮。
苏合香丸
由苏合香五钱（入安息膏内），安息香一两（另为末。酒半升。熬膏），丁香、青木香、白檀香、沉香、荜茇、香附、煨诃子肉、皂荚（镑屑）、朱砂各一两，薰陆香、冰片各五钱，麝香七钱半组成。用安息膏加炼蜜制成丸，大小如芡实子。空腹沸汤送服。小儿一丸。老人二三丸。
治疗传尸骨蒸诸痨瘵。卒暴心痛。鬼魅疟疾。霍乱吐泻。赤白痢。小儿惊搐。
地黄膏
由豆粉、郁金各半两，炙甘草一钱二分，马牙硝一钱组成。生地汁、蜜对分熬膏。丸药每次服用两皂子大。热水含化。婴儿用鹅翎拭口内。
朱银丸
由水银（蒸枣研如泥）、白附子一钱半，全蝎、南星、朱砂各一钱，天浆子、芦荟、牛黄各五钱，铅霜五分（和水银混合），冰片一字，麝香少许，僵蚕七个（炒）组成。蜜丸。
治疗胎风壮热痰盛。翻眼口噤。取下胎中蕴受之毒。也治疗惊积。但需酌情给予。
沉香饮
由沉香、丁香、南木香、藿香叶各二钱半，陈皮、白术、半夏、茯苓、肉豆蔻各五钱，炙甘草三钱组成。每次取末五分至一钱。用紫苏、木瓜汤调服。枣汤也可以。
治疗吐痢后神昏倦怠。食少不化。脾胃气虚。五心烦热。盗汗。自汗常出。或闻食恶心。
八珍汤
由人参、茯苓、白术、甘草、川芎、当归、白芍、熟地组成。
治疗气血俱虚。阴火内热。或因克伐之剂。脾胃亏损。肌肉消瘦。
排风汤
由白鲜皮、白术、白芍、薄桂、防风、川芎、当归、杏仁、炙甘草各五钱，独活、麻黄、茯苓各七钱五分组成。
每次二钱。加生姜两片煎煮。
治疗中风狂言失音。神昏。惊瘫鹤膝。以及足疾才愈。偶感外风。满面遍体虚浮。
龙脑鸡苏丸
由薄荷叶一两六钱，生地六钱，麦冬四钱，蒲黄、阿胶、木通、银柴胡各二钱，甘草钱半，黄人参各一钱组成。用地黄汁熬膏加蜜制成丸。每次二十丸。细嚼汤下。一方有黄连。
治疗肺有郁热。咳衄下血。热淋消渴。口臭口苦。
逍遥散
由柴胡、酒当归、酒白芍、白术、茯苓各一钱，炙甘草五分组成。加姜、薄荷。
治疗血虚肝燥。骨蒸劳热。咳嗽潮热。往来寒热。口干便涩。
加味逍遥散
由柴胡、当归、白芍、白术、茯苓、炙甘草各一钱组成。以上逍遥散。加丹皮、山栀各七分。成为加味逍遥散。其姜、薄荷。酌量加否。
此方治疗肝脾血虚等症。
三黄丸
由黄连、黄芩、煨大黄等分组成。炼蜜为丸。每次三十丸。汤下。根据大小增减剂量。
治疗三焦积热。眼目赤肿。头顶肿痛。心膈烦躁。口疮。二便秘涩。五脏实热。或下鲜血。或疮疖。
大柴胡汤
由柴胡四两，黄芩、白芍各两半，大黄、半夏各七钱半，枳实七钱，甘草一两组成。每次粗末二钱。加生姜两片煎煮。
此方解利风热。痰嗽腹胀。及里症末解。
橘皮汤
由橘皮一两半，炙甘草、竹茹各五钱，人参二钱半组成。每次切碎五钱。加生姜煎煮。
加味清凉饮
由当归、赤芍、炙甘草、大黄各三分，牛蒡子、山栀各四分组成。
治疗热毒积毒在内。大便不通。而欲痛作渴。或患疮疡丹毒。
固脾和中散
由人参、茯苓、白术、葛根、炙甘草、扁豆、藿香等分组成。每次末三钱。加姜枣煎煮。
此方和胃。止吐泻。定烦渴。治腹痛。
黄连香薷饮
由黄连、香薷、浓朴组成。
治疗中暑。热盛。口渴心烦。或下鲜血。
黄耆六一汤
由黄耆六两，甘草一两组成。每次末五钱煎煮。温服。也可以用汤调下三钱。
此方治疗诸虚不足。盗汗消渴。
茯苓半夏汤
由半夏二钱，陈皮、茯苓、黄芩各一钱，甘草五分组成。加生姜煎煮。
此方专治热痰壅盛为患。
四苓散
由猪苓、茯苓、白术、泽泻组成。每次末三钱煎服。
治疗风寒湿邪不解。烦渴欲饮者。
快膈汤
由人参、青皮、砂仁、乌药、良姜、炙甘草、香附各一两组成。每次末一钱。加少许盐酒煎煮。
主胸膈不快。饮食少。能顺气和中。消导宿滞。
万灵丸
由木香、黄连、莪术各一钱，橘皮、青皮各二钱，槟榔一钱半一枚组成。用巴豆一粒。醋煮杏仁二枚。灯火上烤。研烂。和醋糊丸。小绿豆大。每次五七丸薄荷汤下。
此方主小儿诸积。根据形症用之。
东垣鼠粘子汤
由鼠粘子二钱，酒归身、炙甘草、柴胡、黄芩、连翘、黄耆各一钱，地骨皮二钱半组成。每次切碎三钱煎煮。服后慢与乳食。
治疗伤寒斑出。身表热急。
小柴胡加栀子汤
由柴胡、黄芩、人参、半夏、甘草、山栀组成。加姜枣。热甚去半夏。
此方主解利风热。
连翘饮
由连翘、防风、山栀、甘草等分水煎。
治疗一切热。伤寒热在外而不厥。少阳药也。
解毒丸
由寒水石（研）、石膏（研）各一两，青黛五钱组成。蒸饼丸芡子大。食后新汲水下。或细嚼姜汤下亦可。
三岁儿半丸。随大小加减。
参附汤
由人参、炮附子等分组成。
治疗阳气虚寒。切牙寒战。手足并冷。或吐泻不食。
桔梗枳壳汤
由枳壳、桔梗各二两，甘草五钱组成。每次三钱。加生姜三片煎煮。
治疗腹胀便秘。烦躁作渴。或谵妄不安。
五痫丸
由白附子五钱，乌蛇肉、全蝎、半夏、南星各二两，蜈蚣半条，僵蚕一两半，朱砂、雄黄各钱半，麝香三分，皂角二两（打碎用水半碗。浸透揉汁。入白矾二两。同煎干为度）组成。姜汁糊丸小绿豆大。每次二三十丸。白汤下。随大小加减。
此方总治一切痫症。
家韭子丸
由韭子、鹿茸、苁蓉、牛膝、熟地、菟丝子、归身、巴戟、杜仲、石斛、桂心、干姜组成。酒糊丸。
治疗膀胱虚寒。不能收摄。以致遗溺淋沥。
人参理中丸
由人参、白术、干姜、甘草组成。
此方专治中焦病。或吐下多而腹痛满。
Chenxiang Binglang Wan (Agarwood and Areca Pill)
Composed of Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Tanxiang (Santalum Album), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata), Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma), Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus), Nongpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Shijunrou (Quisqualis Semen), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Yizhiren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Semen), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma) each 5 qian, Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root) 1.5 liang. Made into honey pills, size equivalent to Euryale Seed. Dissolve one pill in decoction for oral administration per dose. Alternatively, two pills may be taken.
Indicated for abdominal distension and pain caused by various accumulations and masses. Various types of malnutrition due to intestinal parasites.
Liangfang Fangxiang Wan (Excellent Formula Fragrant Pill)
Composed of Zhusha (Cinnabaris) 1 liang, Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum), Shexiang (Moschus) each 2.5 qian, Jinbo (Folium Aurum) 14 pieces, Fen shuang (Calomelas), Ninfen (Hydrargyrum Chloridum Compositum) each 1 qian, Huangla (Beeswax) 2 liang, Bashuang (Crotonis Seminis Expressio) 120 grains.
Indicated for deficiency-type accumulation in children. Periodic alternating chills and fever. Abdominal distension, fullness, and pain.
Qu Pi Wan (Remove Mass Pill)
Composed of Chao Gansui (Prepared Kansui Root), Chao Yuanhua (Prepared Genkwa Flower), Ban sheng ban chao Qianniu (Half raw half fried Morning Glory Seed), Lagui (Cinnamon Twig), Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) each 2 qian, Bashuang (Crotonis Seminis Expressio) 1 qian. Made into paste pills, size equivalent to Sesame Seed. Take 1-2 pills per dose, administered with honey water. After purgation, drink cold congee to tonify and harmonize the Stomach.
This is a harsh formula. It should not be used unless there is excess accumulation and critical severity.
Jizhi Muxiang Wan (Accumulation Stagnation Aucklandia Pill)
Composed of Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Daizheshi (Haematitum) each 2 qian, Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Bashuang (Crotonis Seminis Expressio) each 1 qian. Made into paste pills, size equivalent to Sesame Seed. Take 2-3 pills per dose. If vomiting/diarrhea is caused by milk injury, administer with breast milk; if caused by grain injury, administer with rice water.
Indicated for vomiting milk and diarrhea of milk. Sour-smelling breath. Hard, hot abdomen with thirst. Vomiting and diarrhea due to food accumulation. Abdominal pain with yellow stool indicates qi accumulation and malaria-related masses.
Qianshi Baizhu San (Master Qian's Atractylodes Powder)
Composed of Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Fuling (Poria), Chao Gancao (Fried Licorice Root), Huoxiangye (Agastaches Herba) each 1 liang, Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) 2 liang. Grind into coarse powder, take 1-2 qian per dose for decoction.
This formula assists the Spleen and harmonizes the Stomach. Regulates the Middle Jiao and benefits Qi. It is an excellent sacred medicine.
Zhizi Bapi Tang (Gardenia and Phellodendron Decoction)
Composed of Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) 8 pieces, Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) 1 liang, Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root) 5 qian. Cut into small pieces, take 2 qian per dose for decoction.
Indicated for jaundice and fever caused by Cold Damage (Shanghan).
Hua Pi Wan (Resolve Mass Pill)
Composed of Bashuang (Crotonis Seminis Expressio) 0.5 liang, Ninfen (Hydrargyrum Chloridum Compositum), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) each 1 qian, Huangying fen (Yellow Hawk Droppings) 2.5 liang, Xiongque fen (Male Sparrow Droppings), Sha (Mineral substance) each 1 zi. Made into pills using glutinous rice paste, size equivalent to Millet Seed. One-year-old infants take 2 pills, administered on an empty stomach with Gleditsia sinensis seed decoction. Continue until foul matter is discharged.
Indicated for milk masses forming lumps that do not digest over time, unresponsive to other medications.
Da Yinchen Tang (Major Artemisia Capillaris Decoction)
Composed of Yinchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba) 1 liang, Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 3.5 qian, Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) 3 large pieces. Decoct and divide into three doses, taken three times daily. Purge foul fluid. The yellow color will exit via urination.
Indicated for jaundice caused by Yangming blood stasis and heat trapped inside. Constipation of urine. Mild abdominal fullness.
Jiajian Xiehuang San (Modified Draining Yellow Powder)
Composed of Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Yinchen (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba) each 5 fen, Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Fuling (Poria) each 3 fen, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) 2 fen. Take half dose after meals once. Resume full dose after five days until recovery.
This formula primarily drains damp-heat from the Spleen Earth, restores Kidney Water, and descends Heart Fire.
Ejiao San (Donkey-Hide Gelatin Powder)
Composed of Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla) 1.5 liang, Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root) each 2.5 qian, Madouling (Masoniae Caulis) 5 qian, Xingren (Pruni Semen) 7 pieces, Nuomi (Glutinous Rice) 1 liang. Grind into powder, take 1-2 qian per dose for decoction. Xingren naturally drains Lung Qi, unlike Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Tianmendong (Glehniae Radix), or Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) which tonify. Use with discretion. Also known as Bufei San (Tonify Lung Powder).
Qingfei Yin (Clear Lung Infusion)
Composed of Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) 2 liang, Renshen (Ginseng Radix) 0.5 liang, Xingren (Pruni Semen), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Sangpi (Mori Cortex), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), Shu Banxia (Prepared Pinellia Tuber), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) each 1 liang, Xuanfuhua (Inulae Flos) 5 qian, Gancao (Licorice Root) 1.5 liang. Take 2 qian of powder per dose, add 2 slices of fresh ginger and 1 stalk of green onion. Mint may also be added.
Indicated for Wind-evil and guest-heat invading the Lung. Uninterrupted coughing. Shortness of breath and wheezing. Phlegm obstruction. Nasal congestion and runny nose. Loss of voice. As well as rash toxins, smallpox, salivary cough, sore throat, restlessness, and thirst.
Jiebiao San (Release Exterior Powder)
Composed of Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Xingren (Pruni Semen), Chiling (Red Poria) each 1 liang, Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) each 1.5 liang, Gancao (Licorice Root) 7.5 qian (half raw, half prepared). Take 2 qian of powder per dose, add 2 slices of fresh ginger and 1 white part of green onion for decoction. Add Boheye (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) if heat symptoms are present.
Primary indication: Wind-cold injury. Wheezing, coughing with excessive phlegm. Vomiting, diarrhea, palpitations, and fright.
Qianshi Tingli Wan (Master Qian's Descurainia Pill)
Composed of Ge zhi chao Tingli (Descurainiae Semen Prepared between Paper), Chao Hei Qianniu (Fried Black Morning Glory Seed), Yan Xingren (Crushed Apricot Kernel), Han Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix) each 1 liang. Made into pills using jujube flesh, size equivalent to Sesame Seed. Take 3-5-7 pills per dose. Administer with light ginger water. Adjust dosage according to child's age/size.
Indicated for乳食 (milk and food) attacking the Spleen. Wind-cold cough. Red face and abundant phlegm. Fever and rapid breathing.
Xiefei Tang (Drain Lung Decoction)
Composed of Sangpi (Mori Cortex), Digupi (Lycii Cortex) each 1 liang, Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root) 3 qian. Cut into small pieces, take 2 qian per dose. Add 100 grains of Jingmi (Japonica Oryzae Semen) for decoction. Twice daily.
Indicated for five-palm heat after wind-cold injury. Coughing and rapid breathing. Red lips and red cheeks.
Huangqin Banxia Shengjiang Tang (Scutellaria, Pinellia, and Fresh Ginger Decoction)
Composed of Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) each 1 qian, Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) each 6 fen, Zao (Jujubae Fructus) 2 pieces, Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber) 1.5 qian.
Indicated for Gallbladder Fu-organ cough. Vomiting bitter water resembling bile.
Ganjie Tang (Licorice and Platycodon Decoction)
Composed of Gancao (Licorice Root), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) each 1 qian.
Indicated for Heart Fu-organ cough. Sensation of obstruction in the throat. Severe cases involve throat swelling and bi-syndrome.
Wumei Wan (Mume Pill)
Composed of Wumei (Mume Fructus) 30 pieces, Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) each 6 qian, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) each 1 liang, Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) each 4 liang. Soak Wumei meat in wine overnight. Mix with cooked rice grains and pound into pills. Take 10 pills per dose with warm water.
Indicated for Stomach Fu-organ cough with vomiting. Severe vomiting results in expulsion of long worms (roundworms).
Fuling Gancao Tang (Poria and Licorice Decoction)
Composed of Fuling (Poria) 2 qian, Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 2.5 qian, Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) 5 slices, Gancao (Licorice Root) 1 qian.
Indicated for Bladder Fu-organ cough with urinary incontinence.
Hupo San (Amber Powder)
Composed of Chensha (Realgar) 1.5 qian, Hupo (Electrum), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Danning (Arisaematis Cum Bile), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma), Quanxie (Scorpio), Daizheshi (Haematitum), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Ruxiang (Olibanum) each 1 qian. Take 1-2 fen of powder per dose, mix with plain boiled water. This formula also treats epilepsy (Xianzheng).
Indicated for acute and chronic infantile convulsions with phlegm tide and coma. Staring eyes and convulsive twitching. Internal hooking abdominal pain.
Shenghui Shegan San (Holy Benefit Belamcanda Powder)
Composed of Shegan (Belamcandae Rhizoma), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Ziwan (Asternis Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) each 5 qian, Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber) 1 qian, Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root) 2 qian. Take 1 qian of powder per dose for decoction. Add half spoonful of honey.
Indicated for pediatric cough. Phlegm obstruction in chest and heart. Attacking the throat. Producing "ya-xia" sounds (stridor).
Jiegeng Tang (Platycodon Decoction)
Composed of Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber), Suye (Perillae Folium), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root) each 0.5 liang, Zhaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) 1 fen (burnt to retain nature). Take 1 qian of powder per dose. Add 3 slices of fresh ginger for decoction.
Indicated for pediatric cough with stridor. Obstruction in throat and diaphragm.
Zhimu Tang (Anemarrhena Decoction)
Composed of Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Gancao (Licorice Root) each 0.5 liang, Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Huashi (Haliotidis Concha), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Xiaomai (Tritici Fructus) each 3 qian, Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Ku Tingli (Descurainiae Semen), Hezirou (Myristicae Arillus) each 1.5 qian, Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) 2 qian. Cut into small pieces, take 2 qian per dose. Add 2 slices of fresh ginger for decoction.
Indicated for asthma. Phlegm rattle with fever. Cough aversion to wind.
Kanli Tang (Kan-Li Decoction)
Composed of Bichengqie (Litseae Fructus), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) each 1 qian, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) each 2 qian, Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root), Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber), Zisuzi (Perillae Fructus) each 4 qian. Cut into small pieces, take 2 qian per dose for decoction. Take at any time.
Indicated for deficiency-type asthma. Lighter during day, heavier at night. Reduced appetite and mental confusion.
Huatan Dingchuan Wan (Phlegm-Resolving Asthma-Calming Pill)
Composed of Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) each 1 qian, Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum), Quanxie (Scorpio), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Dilong (Pheretima), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) each 2.5 qian, Qingfen (Calomelas) 5 fen. Made into paste pills, size equivalent to Sesame Seed. Take 30 pills per dose, administered with mint tea infusion.
Indicated for asthma triggered by fright. Reversely affecting Heart and Lung. Sudden opening of mouth. Deficiency restlessness and mental fatigue.
Ersheng San (Two Saints Powder)
Composed of Hezirou (Myristicae Arillus) 10 large pieces (half raw, half prepared), Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium) 5 qian (washed and dried). Coarse powder, take 2 qian per dose for decoction.
Indicated for Wind-phlegm obstruction. Inability to speak. Shortness of breath and wheezing. Apparent convulsions without actual convulsion.
Dingchuan Yin (Asthma-Calming Infusion)
Composed of Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix), Hezirou (Myristicae Arillus), Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber), Gancao (Licorice Root) each 5 qian. Take 2 qian per dose. Add 2 slices of fresh ginger for decoction.
Indicated for wind-phlegm asthma with shortness of breath. Applicable to both cold and heat syndromes.
Niuhuang Duoming San (Bovis Calculus Life-Seizing Powder)
Composed of Bai Qianniu (White Morning Glory Seed), Hei Qianniu (Black Morning Glory Seed) each 1.5 liang (half raw, half fried), Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Binglang (Arecae Semen) each 1 liang. Indicated for Lung heat causing bone-steaming fever and spontaneous sweating.
Xiao Chaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction)
Composed of Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) 0.5 jin, Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root) each 3 liang, Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber) 2.5 liang. Coarse powder, take 3 qian per dose. Add 3 slices of fresh ginger and 1 jujube for decoction. Divide into two doses for children. Adjust dosage based on size.
Indicated for Cold Damage (Shanghan) and warm-heat diseases. Malaria. All alternating chills and fever. Harmonizes the interior and exterior.
Jingjie San (Schizonepeta Powder)

Beiji Wan (Emergency Pill)
Composed of Wei Dahuang (Roasted Rhubarb), Bashuang (Crotonis Seminis Expressio), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) in equal proportions. Made into pills using refined honey. Size equivalent to mung bean. One pill per dose with rice water. For robust children, 1.5 pills may be used. Stop when bowel movement becomes smooth.
Qingpi Tang (Clear Spleen Decoction)

Cut into small pieces, take 2 qian per dose. Add 2 qian of fresh ginger for decoction. Take three doses before malaria onset.
Indicated for prolonged malaria. Spleen and Stomach deficiency. Emaciation and haggard appearance.
Erjiang Wan (Two Gingers Pill)
Composed of Baijiang (White Ginger stir-fried with 9 Croton seeds then removed), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma stir-fried on east wall) each 1 liang. Made into pills using male pig bile and water, size equivalent to Sesame Seed. Coat with Zhusha (Cinnabaris). For heat-dominant cases, take with warm water facing North on an empty stomach in the morning. For cold-dominant cases, take with warm wine facing South in the morning. For equal cold and heat, take with hot water or cold water.
Indicated for persistent malaria.
Erxian Yin (Two Immortals Infusion)
Composed of Qinghao (Artemisiae Annuae Herba) 2 liang, Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 5 qian. Fine powder, take 1 qian per dose. Mix with cold wine before malaria onset. Zhanxie Yin (Evil-Chopping Infusion) is particularly effective for summerheat malaria.
Indicated for all types of malaria regardless of duration. Add Xiangru (Elsholtziae Herba) 2 liang and Yacha (Sprouted Tea) 5 qian to this formula. Grind together. Named Zhanxie Yin.
Suhe Xiang Wan (Styrax Pill)

Use Anxi gao plus refined honey to make pills, size equivalent to Euryale Seed. Take on empty stomach with boiling water. Children: 1 pill. Elderly: 2-3 pills.
Indicated for tuberculosis consumption (Chuan shi gu zheng). Sudden severe heart pain. Ghost-malaria. Cholera with vomiting and diarrhea. Dysentery (red and white). Pediatric convulsions.
Dihuang Gao (Rehmannia Paste)
Composed of Doufen (Bean starch), Yujin (Curcumae Radix) each 0.5 liang, Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root) 1.2 fen, Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas) 1 qian. Make paste using Dihuang juice (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh) and honey. Pills, take size equivalent to soap pod per dose. Dissolve in hot water. For infants, wipe inside mouth with goose feather.
Zhuyin Wan (Vermilion Silver Pill)
Composed of Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum) steamed with jujube and ground to paste, Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) 1.5 qian, Quanxie (Scorpio), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) each 1 qian, Tianjiangzi (Passiflorae Semen), Lvhui (Aloe), Niuhuang (Bovis Calculus) each 5 qian, Qianshuang (Plumbi Subcarbonas) 5 fen (mixed with Hydrargyrum), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) 1 zi, Shexiang (Moschus) a little, Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) 7 pieces (fried). Made into honey pills.
Indicated for fetal wind with high fever and abundant phlegm. Eyes rolling back and jaw clenching. Expels toxins accumulated in the womb. Also treats fright accumulation. Dosage must be adjusted carefully.
Chenxiang Yin (Agarwood Infusion)
Composed of Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Nanmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Huoxiangye (Agastaches Herba) each 2.5 qian, Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber), Fuling (Poria), Roudoukou (Myristicae Semen) each 5 qian, Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root) 3 qian. Take 0.5-1 qian of powder per dose. Mix with Zisu (Perillae Folium) and Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus) decoction. Jujube decoction is also acceptable.
Indicated after vomiting/dysentery: mental confusion, fatigue, poor appetite, indigestion. Spleen-Stomach Qi deficiency. Five-palm heat. Night sweats. Spontaneous sweating. Nausea upon smelling food.

Indicated for stroke with delirious speech and loss of voice. Mental confusion. Fright paralysis and crane-knee deformity. After foot disease recovery, accidental exposure to external wind. Generalized edema of face and body.
Longnao Jisu Wan (Borneol Chicken-Su Pill)
Composed of Boheye (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) 1.6 liang, Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix) 6 qian, Maidong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) 4 qian, Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Yin Chaihu (Stellariae Radix) each 2 qian, Gancao (Licorice Root) 1.5 qian, Huang Renshen (Yellow Ginseng) each 1 qian. Make paste using Dihuang juice (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh) and honey. Take 20 pills per dose, chew finely with water. Another version includes Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma).
Indicated for Lung郁热 (stagnant heat). Coughing with hematemesis/hemoptysis. Lower GI bleeding. Hot strangury and wasting-thirst. Bad breath and bitter taste.

Kuaige Tang (Quick Diaphragm Decoction)
Composed of Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Wuyao (Linderae Radix), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma), Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) each 1 liang. Take 1 qian of powder per dose. Add a little salt and wine for decoction.
Indicated for chest diaphragm discomfort. Poor appetite. Smooths Qi and harmonizes Middle. Digests retained stagnation.
Wanling Wan (Ten Thousand Spirits Pill)
Composed of Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma) each 1 qian, Jupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) each 2 qian, Binglang (Arecae Semen) 1.5 qian (one piece). Use 1 Croton seed. Vinegar-boil 2 Apricot kernels. Roast over lamp fire. Grind thoroughly. Mix with vinegar paste to make pills. Size equivalent to small mung bean. Take 5-7 pills per dose with mint water.
Indicated for various pediatric accumulations. Use according to specific symptoms.
Dongyuan Shuniuzi Tang (Dongyuan Burdock Decoction)
Composed of Shuniuzi (Arctii Fructus) 2 qian, Jiu Guishen (Wine-processed Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Zhi Cao (Prepared Licorice Root), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Huangqi (Astragali Radix) each 1 qian, Digupi (Lycii Cortex) 2.5 qian. Lianqiao Yin (Forsythia Infusion)
Composed of Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Gancao (Licorice Root) in equal proportions. Decoct with water.
Indicated for all heat conditions. Cold Damage heat remaining on exterior without cold limbs. Shaoyang herb.
Jiedu Wan (Detoxification Pill)
Composed of Hanshuishi (Halloysitum Rubrum) ground, Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) ground each 1 liang, Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) 5 qian. Made into pills using steamed dough, size equivalent to Euryale Seed. Take after meals with fresh drawn water. Or chew finely with ginger water. Half pill for three-year-olds. Adjust based on size.
Shenfu Tang (Ginseng and Aconite Decoction)
Composed of Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Pao Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateral Root) in equal proportions.

Composed of Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) 5 qian, Wushe rou (Wagler's Pit Viper Meat), Quanxie (Scorpio), Banxia (Pinelliae Tuber), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma) each 2 liang, Wugong (Scolopendra) half strip, Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) 1.5 liang, Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Xionghuang (Realgar) each 1.5 qian, Shexiang (Moschus) 3 fen, Zhaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) 2 liang (crushed, soaked in half bowl water, squeezed for juice, add 2 liang Baifan (Alumen), boil until dry).
