When Qi and Blood circulate smoothly, they transform upward into milk and downward into menstruation. When the upper and lower parts are unobstructed and do not deviate from normal regulation, this is called a healthy person. If obstruction occurs where patency is required, it leads to pain, heat, swelling, and exudation. It is appropriate to wash with Chilongpi Decoction (Red Dragon Bark Decoction) and Tianma Tang (Gastrodia Decoction), and applying Erwu Feiwu Gao (Two-Ingredient Fly Black Ointment) and Feiwu San (Fly Black Powder) yields good results. In the initial stage, Huangqin Loulu San (Scutellaria and Rhapontic Rhizome Powder) or Huanglian Hufen San (Coptis and Lead Carbonate Powder) can be applied externally. Chuinai (Blown Milk), Dulru (Jealousy of Milk), and Ruyong (Breast Abscess) share the same pathological essence, differing only in severity. Mild cases are termed Chuinai and Dulru, while severe cases are termed Ruyong.
