脏腑功能失调，导致气血运行不畅、停滞，从而形成积聚和蕴结。气机不能宣通，并与脏气相互传变，因此使人感到心腹胀闷、烦满短气。
木香三棱丸：治疗胸膈痞闷、腹胀满、胁肋疼痛、饮食消化迟缓、四肢困倦、呕吐逆气恶心、口苦无味。
配方：木香、丁香、砂仁、红豆、姜屑（炒）、甘松（水洗）、良姜、浓朴（姜制）、香附子（炒）、枳实皮、苍术（泔水浸泡）。将上述药材研为细末，滴入清水制成丸剂。
太乙神明陷冰丸：治疗各种疾病，破除积聚，心下支撑胀满，寒热往来及鬼注邪气，长期咳嗽逆气，唾吐噫气，辟除各种恶邪，杀虫。
配方：雄黄（油煮一天）、丹砂、矾石、当归、大黄（各二两）、巴豆（一两）、犀角、鬼臼、射罔藜（一枚）、芫青（五枚）、乌头（八枚）、杏仁（四十枚）、斑蝥（四十枚）、樗鸡（三七枚）、地胆（三七枚）、桂心（三两）。将上述药材研为细末，用蜂蜜调和并捣击三万次，制成如小豆大小的丸剂。饭前服用二丸，如果效果不明显，可稍加剂量。另外取药二丸，放置在门户上，使各种恶邪不敢靠近。在家中和探望病人时，夜间行走或独自住宿，服用二丸，使各种恶邪不敢靠近身体。伤寒病患者服用此药，无不立即痊愈。
治疗心腹疝瘕，胁下及小腹胀满，坚硬疼痛且有积块，寒气侵入腹部，使人腹中寒冷，发作时气向上冲撞心脏，气满，饮食……

诃黎勒散（出自《圣惠方》）：治疗积聚，心腹胀满，不能进食，四肢瘦弱。
配方：诃黎勒（三分，煨用皮）、木香（三分）、槟榔（三分）、前胡（半两，去芦头）、桂心（半两）、荆三棱……两麸炒微炒令黄熟）……煎至六分……
砂丸：治疗积滞不消，心腹胀满，化气消积。
配方：大黄（锉炒）、干漆（炒出烟）、青橘皮（去白焙）、芫花（另捣末）、芎䓖（各半两）、砂（别研）……膜出油尽）……荆三棱……半升。于铜石器中熬成膏……
乌头丸：治疗心腹积聚，胀满少食，多见绕脐疼痛，按压时痛感明显，寒中有水气，妇女产后余疾，大便排出长一尺多的虫。
在内，则气行不宣通，还转于腑脏，所以心腹胀满，收敛闷结而气结也。
