凡妊娠小腹虚胀，因食硬物伤胎，胎既受病，传于脾胃，胃气虚冷，下逼小肠，若奔豚，腰重或大便闭涩，
两胁虚鸣，宜服胜金散。温中下气，胎自安矣。
胜金散
吴萸 陈皮 熟军 干姜 川芎（各二两） 浓朴 砂仁 甘草（各三钱）
共为末，每服二钱，盐汤送下。
凡妊娠胎冷腹胀，两胁虚鸣，脐下疼痛欲泻，小便频数，大
便虚滑，此因胎已成形，而多食瓜果生冷之物，或当风取凉，受不时之气，致令胎冷，子身不安，皮毛刺痛，筋
骨拘紧，而母有此病。急宜安胎和气散治之。
安胎和气散
诃子（面煨） 白术（各二两） 当归 白芍 木香（各五钱） 良姜（炒，二钱） 炙甘草（三钱） 生姜
（二片） 陈米（一撮）
每服五钱，忌生冷。或加母丁香五分，以去瓜果积。
凡妊娠心神怯悸，睡梦多惊，胁腹饱胀，过时连脐急痛，气促不宁，此是胎气既成，五脏安养已久，或因气闷，
或因喧呼，致令胎惊，筋骨伤痛，四肢不安。急以大圣散治之。
大圣散
当归 川芎 麦冬 茯苓（各二钱） 炙 人参 木香 甘草（各五分） 姜（三片）
水煎服。
凡妊娠头眩目昏，腮项肿硬，此因胎气有伤，热毒上攻，太阳沉痛，欲呕，背项拘急，致令眼晕生花。若加
痰壅，危在片时。急以消风散治之。
消风散
雨茶 甘菊 羌活 石膏 当归 川芎 羚羊角 白芷 荆芥 防风（各等钱） 甘草（八分）
姜煎，食后服。
凡是妊娠期间出现小腹虚胀，是因为食用坚硬食物损伤了胎气，胎儿一旦患病，病邪就会传至脾胃，导致胃气虚弱寒冷，寒气下迫小肠，症状如同奔豚（一种气从少腹上冲胸咽的病症），伴有腰部沉重或大便闭塞不通，两胁部有虚鸣声，适宜服用胜金散。此方能温中散寒、降逆下气，胎气自然安定。
胜金散
吴茱萸、陈皮、熟大黄、干姜、川芎（各二两），厚朴、砂仁、甘草（各三钱）。
共研为细末，每次服用二钱，用盐汤送服。
凡是妊娠期间因胎冷导致腹胀，两胁部虚鸣，脐下疼痛且有便意，小便频数，大便稀溏滑泄，这是因为胎儿已经成形，但母亲多食瓜果生冷之物，或者迎风纳凉，感受了非时之气，导致胎冷，胎儿身体不安，表现为皮肤和毛发刺痛，筋骨拘挛紧缩，而母亲因此患病。急需使用安胎和气散治疗。

诃子（面粉煨制）、白术（各二两），当归、白芍、木香（各五钱），高良姜（炒制，二钱），炙甘草（三钱），生姜（两片），陈仓米（一撮）。
每次服用五钱，忌食生冷食物。如果加上母丁香五分，可以消除瓜果积滞。
凡是妊娠期间心神怯弱惊悸，睡眠梦境多惊恐，胁腹部饱胀，过一段时间后牵连脐部急痛，呼吸急促不宁，这是因为胎气既已成形，五脏安养已久，或者因为气闷，或者因为喧哗呼叫，导致胎惊，筋骨伤痛，四肢不安。急需使用大圣散治疗。
大圣散
当归、川芎、麦冬、茯苓（各二钱），炙人参、木香、甘草（各五分），生姜（三片）。
加水煎煮后服用。
凡是妊娠期间出现头晕眼花，腮部和颈部肿硬，这是因为胎气受损，热毒上攻，太阳经受邪而沉痛，想要呕吐，背部和颈部拘急僵硬，导致眼睛眩晕视物生花。如果再加上痰壅阻塞，危险就在顷刻之间。急需使用消风散治疗。
In cases where the lower abdomen feels distended and empty during pregnancy, it is caused by consuming hard foods that injure the fetus. Once the fetus is diseased, the pathology transmits to the Spleen and Stomach, causing Stomach Qi deficiency and coldness. This coldness presses downward into the Small Intestine, resembling Ben Tun (a condition characterized by gas rushing from the lower abdomen up to the chest and throat), accompanied by a heavy sensation in the waist or constipation. There may also be empty ringing sounds in the two hypochondriac regions. It is appropriate to administer Sheng Jin San (Golden Victory Powder). This formula warms the middle Jiao and directs rebellious Qi downward, thereby stabilizing the fetus.
Sheng Jin San (Golden Victory Powder)
Evodiae Fructus (Wuyu), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Prepared Rheomi Radix et Rhizoma (Shujun), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) (each 2 liang); Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo), Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Sharen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Gancao) (each 3 qian).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, washed down with salt water.
In cases where pregnancy is complicated by cold fetus and abdominal distension, with empty ringing in the two hypochondriac regions, pain below the umbilicus with an urge to defecate, frequent urination, and loose, slippery stools, this is due to the fetus having already formed while the mother consumed excessive raw fruits, melons, and cold foods, or exposed herself to wind while cooling off, contracting pathogenic factors of improper timing. This results in fetal coldness and fetal unrest, manifesting as stinging pain in the skin and hair, and stiffness/tightness in sinews and bones, causing illness in the mother. Immediate treatment with An Tai He Qi San (Fetus-Soothing and Qi-Harmonizing Powder) is required.

Terminalia Chebula Retzii Fructus (Hezi) (roasted in flour), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) (each 2 liang); Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Muxiang) (each 5 qian); Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma (Liangjiang) (stir-fried, 2 qian); Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Zhigancao) (3 qian); Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) (2 slices); Oryza Sativa Indica (Chenmi) (a pinch).
Take 5 qian per dose. Avoid raw and cold foods. If necessary, add 5 fen of Eugeniae Caryophyllati Flos (Mu Dingxiang) to resolve accumulation from fruits and melons.
In cases where pregnancy is complicated by timidity and palpitations of the Heart Spirit, frequent startling dreams, fullness and distension in the hypochondrium and abdomen, severe pain radiating to the umbilicus after some time, shortness of breath and restlessness, this is because the fetal Qi has formed and the Five Viscera have been nourished for a long time. However, due to stifling Qi or loud shouting/calling, the fetus becomes startled, leading to pain in sinews and bones and discomfort in the four limbs. Immediate treatment with Da Sheng San (Great Sage Powder) is required.

Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Ophiopogonis Tuber (Maidong), Poria (Fuling) (each 2 qian); Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata (Renshen), Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Muxiang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Gancao) (each 5 fen); Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) (3 slices).
Decoct in water and take orally.
In cases where pregnancy is complicated by dizziness and blurred vision, swelling and hardness of the cheeks and neck, this is due to injury to fetal Qi, with Heat-Toxin attacking upward. The Taiyang channel suffers deep pain, there is nausea, and stiffness/tightness in the back and neck, leading to visual disturbances such as seeing spots. If Phlegm obstruction is added, danger looms within moments. Immediate treatment with Xiao Feng San (Wind-Dispersing Powder) is required.

Camelliae Sinensis Folium (Yucha), Chrysanthemi Flos (Ganju), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Saiga Tataricae Cornu (Lingyangjiao), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (equal parts); Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (8 fen).
Decoct with Ginger, take after meals.
