Specialized in treating Ding Chuang (Ling sores, acute suppurative diseases with rapid onset and high risk), Fa Bei (carbuncles on the back), Nao Ju (carbuncles at the nape of the neck), Ru Yong Ju (mastitis or breast abscesses), Fu Gu Ju (deep bone abscesses), and all types of headless swelling toxins and malignant ulcers. After taking this medicine, headless swellings will develop a head; painless swellings will become painful; already suppurated swellings will heal immediately upon ingestion. This is the supreme treasure among medicines for treating malignant conditions. For critically ill patients, immediate improvement can be expected after administration, with no chance of failure. This is a family-secret prescription, to be used throughout one's life, not to be lightly revealed. Its miraculous speed is such that healing occurs immediately upon use.
Chan Su (Toad Venom, 2 qian, dried and dissolved in aged wine) Xue Jie (Dragon's Blood, 1 qian) Ru Xiang (Frankincense, 2 qian) Mo Yao (Myrrh, 2 qian) Xiong Huang (Realgar, 3 qian) Qing Fen (Calomel, 0.5 qian) Dan Fan (Chalcanthite, 1 qian) She Xiang (Musk, 0.5 qian) Tong Lü (Malachite, 2 qian) Han Shui Shi (Calcitum, 1 qian) Zhu Sha (Cinnabar, 1 qian, used as coating) Hai Yang (Sea Sheep/Worm Snail, 20 units, including shell) Nao Zi (Borneol, 0.5 qian, optional) Tian Long (Gekko/Giant Gecko, 1 unit, soaked in wine, roasted until yellow, head and feet removed).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First, grind the Hai Yang into a paste, then mix it with the other medicines to form pills the size of mung beans. If the pills do not hold their shape, add flour paste made with wine to form them. Take two pills per dose. First, take a three-cun piece of scallion white, have the patient chew it thoroughly, spit it into their palm (left hand for males, right hand for females), wrap the pill inside the chewed scallion, and swallow it down with three to four cups of hot wine without ash residue. Stay in a draft-free place, cover yourself with clothing, walk for about five li, then drink several more cups of hot wine to boost the medicinal power, continuing until profuse sweating occurs.
If taken at the initial stage, two pills will cause the condition to dissipate. If no sweat occurs, administer another two pills for severe cases; effectiveness is seen once sweating begins. If the condition remains severe after three to five days, administer two more pills to achieve cure. If Ding Chuang has progressed to Zou Huang (blood poisoning/septicemia where toxin spreads inward past the heart), it is difficult to treat. If cold sweat occurs, it indicates death. If the patient cannot chew scallions, crush the scallions, wrap the pill inside, and swallow with hot wine. For sores located on the upper body, take after meals; for sores on the lower body, take before meals. After taking this medicine, avoid cold water, cucumbers, eggplants, oils, pork, miscellaneous fish/meat, wet noodles, and any food that may trigger wind or exacerbate sores/toxins. Also avoid contact with women. When used externally to wash away fox odor, it is effective every time. This medicine has saved many lives.

For any suffering from Ding Chuang, Yong Ju, and other boils/toxins, this formula specifically treats these lesions, allowing internal dissipation of toxins, turning them black, and expelling them through urination, with no chance of failure. This formula must not be kept secret, nor lightly revealed; be cautious, prudent, and cherish it.

Cut the above ingredients into small pieces (Ju), use one bowl of wine without ash residue, decoct until half a bowl remains, remove dregs, and take as a single warm dose. Do not alter the dosage. Then, crush the dregs into a fine powder, add one liang of Hibiscus leaves harvested after autumn, mix with honey and well water, and apply topically to the sore. If it dries, moisten again with honey water; it will naturally subside overnight. No second dose is needed.
