After administering the dose, if three days have passed since the skin dressing was changed and all symptoms have stabilized, it is urgent to administer medicine to awaken the patient.
*Ren Shen* (Ginseng Radix) 5 qian, *Sheng Gan Cao* (Raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 3 qian, *Chen Pi* (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) 5 fen, *Ban Xia* (Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Alumine et Zingibere) 1 qian, *Bai Wei* (Cynanchi Atrati Radix) 1 qian, *Shang Pu* (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) 5 fen, *Fu Ling* (Poria) 5 qian.
Decoct the above herbs in water to obtain one bowl of decoction; taking it will cause immediate awakening.
For any case of skin ulceration where the goal is to remove necrotic tissue and promote regeneration of new tissue, or after surgical incision, this ointment should be applied urgently.
*Ru Xiang* (Olibanum), *Mo Yao* (Myrrha), *Xue Jie* (Santal Rubrum), *Er Cha* (Catechu), *San Qi* (Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma) each 2 qian, *Bing Pian* (Borneolum Syntheticum) 1 qian, *She Xiang* (Moschus) 2 fen.
If there is heat, add *Huang Lian* (Coptidis Rhizoma) 1 qian; if there is necrosis, add *Qing Fen* (Calomelas) 1 qian; if there is exudate, add *Long Gu* (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi) 1 qian; if rapid wound closure is desired, add *Zhen Zhu* (Margarita) 1 liang, or *Xie Huang* (Crab Yellow) 2 qian (method: steam a crab with a round umbilicus until cooked, extract the yellow substance, dry it, and store for use); grind into powder and sprinkle on the affected area.
Alternatively, take the previous seven herbs plus half a jin of *Tun Zhi* (Porcine Fat) and one liang of *Feng La* (Beeswax), warm slightly, apply onto cotton paper to make an ointment, and paste it over the abscess or ulcerated broken skin. If it is a injury from beating with a stick, then the amount of *San Qi* must be doubled.
This formula is specifically for treating falls and blows causing fractures of the hands and feet. However, the broken bones must first be carefully aligned and set straight, then fixed with fir wood boards; do not spare the patient's pain. Then administer the following decoction. Healing should occur within at most two doses; a third dose is unnecessary.
*Yang Zhi Zhu* (Daphne Odora Root Bark) 3 qian, *Chao Da Huang* (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma Stir-fried) 3 qian, *Dang Gui* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 3 qian, *Shao Yao* (Paeoniae Radix Alba) 3 qian, *Dan Pi* (Moutan Cortex) 2 qian, *Sheng Di* (Rehmanniae Radix) 5 qian, *Tu Gou* (Geotrichum Caulis? First decoct the aforementioned herbs in wine, then add *Zi Ran Tong* (Pyritum) powder 1 qian, and take together with the liquid.
This formula can be used for various wind-pathogen diseases occurring in all four seasons.

Note: Text combines Da Huang and Qing Mu Xiang, likely separate items or typo in source, treated as distinct entities here based on context of other formulas, but listed together in text. Assuming *Da Huang* and *Qing Mu Xiang* are intended, but text says "Da Huang Qing Mu Xiang". I will list them as they appear or split if standard. Given "each 6 fen", it implies multiple items. Let's assume *Da Huang* and *Qing Mu Xiang* are separate items grouped by error or style, but strictly extracting: *Da Huang*, *Qing Mu Xiang*). *Song Zi Ren* (Pini Semen), *Ci Shi* (Magnetitum) each 8 fen, *Bing Lang Zi* (Arecae Semen) 1 qian, *Zhi Shi* (Immature Bitter Orange Fruit, roasted), *Niu Xi* (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), *Fu Shen* (Poria cum Radice Pinus), *Gui Xin* (Cinnamomi Ramulus) each 8 fen.

Avoid pork, fish, garlic, raw scallions, vinegar, and *Wu Yi* (Coriandri Fructus? Or potentially *Wu Mei*? Text says Wu Yi. Likely Coriander fruit or similar spice).
