此药专能益元气，保和脾胃，王道之药也。
人参三两 白蔻（炒）三钱五分 莲肉（去心）一两 川连（炒）三钱五分 桔梗（炒）
五钱 神曲（炒）二两 薏苡仁（炒）三两 芡实三两五钱 橘红二两 藿香五钱 白术（土
炒）三两 山药（炒）一两五钱 麦芽（炒）一两五钱 山楂二两 白茯苓一两五钱 炙甘
草一两五钱 白扁豆（炒）一两 泽泻（炒）三钱五分
炼蜜为丸，桐子大。每服三钱，不拘饥饱皆可服。
专治久泻，脾胃大虚，或病后虚弱，用此一料，可复元气。

米汤丸，绿豆大。食远服一、二钱。
专治脾胃不和，过食生冷油腻，停滞不化，胸膈饱闷，腹腋疼痛，一切气块。
沉香五钱 莪术（醋炒）三两 香附（炒）一两 陈皮一两 木香二两 砂仁二两（炒）
藿香二两 麦芽（炒）二两 神曲（炒）二两 炙草二两
以上细末，酒糊丸，梧子大。每空心服五十丸，滚水下。
Zisheng Wan (Nourishing Life Pill):
This medicine is specifically capable of benefiting Yuan Qi (Original Qi) and harmonizing the Spleen and Stomach; it is a "King's Way" (gentle and effective) medicine.
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) 3 liang, Baikou (Amomi Fructus Rotundus) 3 qian 5 fen (stir-fried), Lianrou (Loti Semen) 1 liang (heart removed), Chuanlian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 3 qian 5 fen (stir-fried), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) 5 qian (stir-fried), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata) 2 liang, Yiyiren (Coicis Semen) 3 liang (stir-fried), Qianshi (Euryales Semen) 3 liang 5 qian, Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum) 2 liang, Huoxiang (Agastaches Herba) 5 qian, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) 3 liang (soil-stir-fried), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) 1 liang 5 qian (stir-fried), Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus) 1 liang 5 qian (stir-fried), Shanzha (Crataegi Fructus) 2 liang, Bai Fuling (Poria) 1 liang 5 qian, Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata) 1 liang 5 qian, Baibian Dou (Dolichoris Semen) 1 liang (stir-fried), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) 3 qian 5 fen (stir-fried).
Preparation and Administration: Form pills with refined honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 3 qian per dose; it can be taken regardless of hunger or fullness.
Formula for Chronic Diarrhea:
Specifically treats chronic diarrhea, extreme deficiency of the Spleen and Stomach, or debility after illness. Using this dosage can restore Yuan Qi (Original Qi).
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) 2 liang, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) 5 liang (steamed), Lianrou (Loti Semen) 4 liang (heart removed), Bai Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) 1 liang, Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) 4 liang (stir-fried), Yiyiren (Coicis Semen) 4 liang (stir-fried), Qianshi (Euryales Semen) 4 liang, Bai Fuling (Poria) 4 liang, Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata) 2 liang, Sharen (Amomi Fructus) 2 liang (stir-fried), Baibian Dou (Dolichoris Semen) 4 liang (stir-fried).
Preparation and Administration: Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Form pills with water; they can be stored for a long time.
Spleen-Regulating and Chest-Widening Formula:
Regulates the Spleen, widens the chest, eliminates phlegm, and promotes appetite. Suitable for regular use by both adults and children.
Ingredients: Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, stem removed) 1 jin (steamed), Guangpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) 8 liang, Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) 8 liang (ginger-juice stir-fried), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) 8 liang (stir-fried), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata) 6 liang, Shanzha Rou (Crataegi Fructus flesh) 6 liang.
Preparation and Administration: Form pills with rice soup, size of mung beans. Take 1–2 qian well after meals.
Chenxiang Huazhi Wan (Agarwood Stasis-Resolving Pill):
Specifically treats disharmony between the Spleen and Stomach caused by excessive consumption of raw, cold, greasy, or oily foods leading to stagnation and indigestion, presenting with chest and diaphragmatic fullness and oppression, abdominal and hypochondriac pain, and all types of Qi masses.
Ingredients: Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum) 5 qian, Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma) 3 liang (vinegar-stir-fried), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma) 1 liang (stir-fried), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) 1 liang, Muxiang (Vladimiriae Radix) 2 liang, Sharen (Amomi Fructus) 2 liang (stir-fried), Huoxiang (Agastaches Herba) 2 liang, Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus) 2 liang (stir-fried), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata) 2 liang (stir-fried), Zhicao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata) 2 liang.
Preparation and Administration: Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Form pills with wine paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 50 pills on an empty stomach, washed down with boiling water.
