Another prescription: Burn turtle head until carbonized but retaining its medicinal properties (burnt to preserve nature), grind into powder, mix with sesame oil, and apply externally. Another method states to smoke the area with the burning material; over time, it will retract naturally.
Also, soak old wall soil in hot water, steam first then wash; this is also effective.

Discussion on pediatric enuresis and urinary incontinence. The cause is coldness and weakness of the Bladder. Take seven seeds of Alpinia Oxyphylla (Yizhiren) and seven pods of Mantis Egg Case (Sangpiaoxiao), grind into powder, take with wine. Swallow with seven cooked white ginkgo nuts.
Guzhi San:
Stir-fry Psoralea Corylifolia (Poguozhi/Burmi) until fragrant, grind into powder. Take one qian per dose, mixed with hot water.
One prescription for pediatric enuresis: Liuwei Dihuang Wan added with Psoralea Corylifolia (Poguozhi), Alpinia Oxyphylla (Yizhiren), Ginseng (Renshen), and Cinnamon Bark (Rougui).
One prescription for pediatric enuresis during sleep without awareness: Grind Cassia Twig/Cinnamon Bark (Guangui) into powder. Take one male chicken liver, equal parts with cinnamon, pound into pills the size of small beans. Take with warm water, three doses daily.
One prescription for pediatric fecal incontinence: Use Calcined Alum (Kufan) and Oyster Shell (Muli), equal parts ground into powder, taken with rice soup.

Discussion on pediatric turbid urine, which looks like rice washing water after settling.
Chengqing Yin:
Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, remove rhizome), Poria (Baifuling, remove skin), White Peony Root (Baishao, stir-fried), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, stir-fried with ginger juice), Alisma Rhizome (Zexie), Hawthorn Fruit (Shanzha, remove seeds, each 1 qian), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi, 0.4 qian), Raw Licorice Root (Sheng Gancao, 0.5 qian).
Cut these ingredients as one dose, decoct in water, take on an empty stomach.
One prescription for pediatric turbid urine resembling rice washing water: Use small yeast cakes (Xiaoqu) used for making wine in Jiangnan region, stir-fry until fragrant, grind into powder. Take 0.5 fen per dose, mixed with wine. Cure after three doses.

Discussion on hematochezia/hematuria, where heat transmits to the Heart and Lungs. For newborn infants, if blood appears in stool or urine within seven days of birth, this is due to excessive fetal heat. This occurs because the mother consumed wine yeast, roasted/fried foods, and other heat-toxic substances, which entered her Heart and Lungs. The fetus in the womb absorbs this, and the heat-toxin transmits to the infant's Heart and Lungs. Specifically, if heat enters the Heart in females, there is blood in the urine; if heat enters the Lungs in males, there is blood in the stool. Treatment method: Extract fresh juice from Rehmannia Root (Sheng Dihuang), add a little honey, mix well, and take warm. Effective for both genders.
Another prescription: Use raw Polygonum Multiflorum Seed powder (Sheng Puhuang) and Charred Linseed Oil (Youfa Huigui - flaxseed oil burnt to ash), each 1 qian, ground into powder. Mix with Rehmannia Root juice, or rice drink, or breast milk, and take.
