The Taiyang (Two Points) belongs to the Yangming channel. Grasping these points at the beginning stabilizes the spirit and awakens consciousness. The acupoints on the back of the ear originate from the Kidney channel; convulsions, wind-stroke, phlegm, and vomiting can be treated simultaneously. Jianjing (GB21), belonging to the Lung channel, induces sweating; it is also applicable for prolapse of the rectum and hemorrhoids/fistulas.
Moving to Naipang (Milk Side), it primarily belongs to the Stomach channel, offering significant power to dispel wind and stop vomiting. Quchi (LI11), though often associated with the Large Intestine, here is described as calming spasms; it corresponds to conditions involving wind or accumulation. Abdominal pain involves the collaterals of the Taiyin Spleen and Stomach; grasping this area stops abdominal pain and diarrhea.
The Baixue (Hundred Insects) point on the lower limbs regulates accumulation, treats hand-foot spasms, and stops various types of convulsions. Pipa (Lute) on the shoulder connects with the Liver collaterals, clearing high fever in the upper body and refreshing the mind. Hegu (LI4) originates at the Tiger’s Mouth, opening orifices and resolving stupor.
Yudu (Fish Belly) is located where the calf muscles contract, belonging to the Shaoyang channel; it awakens the spirit and stops diarrhea. Do not say the Bladder channel has little aid; it clears two types of obstruction and constipation. After using the Twelve Points and Sanyinjiao (SP6), blood vessels are unblocked and circulation becomes balanced.
Remember that acute convulsion (Ji Jing) starts from above and moves down, while chronic convulsion (Man Jing) starts from below and moves up. This is a true secret of the immortals; one must teach coordination to those who understand. For Tian Diao Yan (eyes rolling upward) and lips turning up, combine Pipa with Sanyinjiao.
First, treat Baixue and Zouma points; after opening the passageways, descend the phlegm. Opisthotonos causes fear; in the twelve types of convulsions, needle urgently. Apply Jianjing and Jiache (ST6) without error; mix Jingjie Decoction with water and administer Qianjin formula.
Thereafter, men are needled/treated on the left, women on the right. How to determine life and death? Check the nail bed for pulse response. This is a true secret for children; further examine the three sections (San Guan) to identify the type of convulsion.

How to induce sweating? It depends on the technique applied to the Three Sections (San Guan). To clear Heart heat, rub Xinjing (Heart Channel) and Laogong (PC8); hot sweat will arrive immediately. Alternatively, heavily rub Ermenmen (Two Doors); profuse sweating will occur like continuous rain.
For excessive heat and watery diarrhea on the right side, heavily rub a segment of the Dachangjing (Large Intestine Channel). Rubbing the Tiger’s Mouth laterally requires skill; pushing Yin and Yang distinguishes cold and heat. If asking about coughs in both genders, know that pushing the Feijing (Lung Channel) more is indicated.
Push from Ligong to Gangan, stopping there; only gently pinch in between. One rotation of Bagua opens the chest and diaphragm; four pushes of Hengwen harmonize Qi and blood. When Qi of the five zang and six fu organs is blocked, moving the Five Channels unblocks them.
Loss of appetite due to fright: push Pitu (Spleen Earth) to restore eating. Reduced intake leading to emaciation: tonify Pitu, no need to elaborate. If urine is red or white, use Xiaohengwen (Small Transverse Crease) and Shenshui (Kidney Water).
Pushing upward is cooling; pushing downward is heating. If a child suffers from wind-cold fright, push the Five Channels fingers. First rotate Bagua, then knead; naturally, the Wind Guan pulse will calm.
Constipation due to long stagnation arises from heat in the six fu organs. Use manual techniques on Xiaohengwen and knead a segment below Shenshui. Hot breath from the mouth indicates Heart heat; clear Tianheshui (Heavenly River Water) precisely.
Generally, rubbing upward and pushing downward applies to ten thousand diseases. If fever persists all over, rub Wailaigong (Outer Labor Palace) more. Regardless of high fever or tidal fever, apply "Lao Mingyue" (Fishing the Moon from Water) technique.
Tianheshui, Tiger’s Mouth, and Zhouxue (Elbow Point): heavy rubbing promotes Qi flow and generates blood. Huangfeng Rudong (Yellow Bee Enters Cave) treats cold-yin syndromes, cold phlegm, and cold coughs. Yangchi stops headaches; Yiwo Feng treats abdominal pain. Weiling saves from sudden collapse; Jingning treats cough and hiccups. If eyes roll upward in both genders, heavily rub Da Tianxin and Xiao Tianxin. Erlenshangma (Two People Mounting Horse) tonifies Kidney water, ensuring rapid recovery.
Loss of appetite and cough: Nine turns and three returns have fixed points. Moving Bagua divides Yin and Yang; Li, Kan, Qian, and Zhen have distinctions. Shenshui (one line) is Houxi; pushing up is tonification, pushing down is sedation. Clearing urinary obstruction is excellent; for deficiency stool, tonification is swift. The Six Fu organs specifically treat internal heat, generalized chills/fever, and constipation. Stupeness can be pushed away; disease removal is like snow melting in hot soup.
Zongjin and Tianheshui remove heat, oral hot breath, and tongue protrusion. Heart channel accumulation heat causing red eyes: pushing heals it truly. Sihengwen harmonizes upper and lower Qi, stopping huffing and abdominal pain. Wujing (Five Channels) clears organ heat; Bagua opens the chest and transforms rebellious phlegm. Chest fullness is primary; do not share secrets with non-initiates. Yin-Yang removes cold and heat; treats urinary/fecal obstruction and watery diarrhea. Stupeness and dysentery: see the miraculous effect in an instant. Men (Gate) treats shortness of breath; Small Intestine Qi moves like wind. Pushing Nan Zuo San Guan (Male Left Three Sections) induces sweating; retreating down Liufu (Six Fu) makes it cold as iron.
Pushing Nu You Liufu (Female Right Six Fu) upward cools; retreating down San Guan makes it hot. The Immortal Master left this to save children; later learners must not disclose lightly.
