Qianjin Banxia Fuling Tang (Thousand Gold Pinellia and Poria Decoction): Treats Ezu (morning sickness in pregnancy characterized by nausea, vomiting, etc., due to the rebellion of Chong Qi). Symptoms include vexation, dizziness, aversion to cold, sweating, and poor appetite.
Ingredients: Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (each 4 qian); Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Fuling (Poria) (each 2.5 qian); Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Xuan Fu Hua (Inulae Flos), Xi Xin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1.6 fen).
Usage: The above twelve ingredients are decocted in water and two doses are taken. If there is a sense of urgency in defecation, Fuling Wan (Poria Pill) can be taken to strengthen spleen and stomach transport, restoring appetite and robustness.
Qianjin Fuling Wan (Thousand Gold Poria Pill): Treats Ezu (morning sickness in pregnancy). Symptoms include mental vexation and impaired spleen-stomach transport.
Ingredients: Fuling (Poria), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus processed by roasting), Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (each 1 liang); Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Gegen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix roasted), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma honey-fried), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) (each 2 liang).
Usage: The above ten ingredients are ground into powder, mixed with honey, and formed into pills the size of mulberry seeds. Take 20 pills with warm water per dose, gradually increasing to 30 pills, three times daily. Since Cinnamon Twig is contraindicated in pregnancy, Guixin is processed by roasting to mitigate its properties.
Ganjiang Dihuang San (Dried Ginger and Rehmannia Powder): Treats Tai Lou Xia Xue (threatened miscarriage with slight vaginal bleeding during pregnancy).
Ingredients: Gan Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma prepared, 1 liang); Gan Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 6 liang, cut and dried).
Usage: The above two ingredients are ground into powder. Take one fang cun bi (ancient measure, approx. 5-10g) with wine per dose, three times daily.
Xiang Gui San (Fragrant Cinnamon Powder): Treats Si Tai Fu Zhong (dead fetus in the uterus) and Bu Yi Bu Xia (retained placenta). After taking the medicine for a short time, the placenta is expelled smoothly as if pushed out by hand.
Ingredients: Rou Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex, 3 qian); Shexiang (Moschus, 3 fen).
Usage: Ground into powder, decocted in wine, and taken with the dregs. Adding Sheng Chuan Wu (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata raw, 3 qian) makes it a potent abortifacient for illicit pregnancies.
Qianjin Liyu Tang (Thousand Gold Carp Decoction): Treats Shen Bian Fu Zhong (generalized edema during pregnancy) and Tai Jian You Shui Qi (excess amniotic fluid or edema related to the fetus).
Ingredients: Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fuling (Poria), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (each 3 qian); Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 1 qian); Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, 5 slices); Huo Li Yu (Live Carp, approx. 1 jin).
Usage: The above six ingredients: first boil the carp until cooked, clarify the broth, add the other herbs, and decoct. Divide the liquid into five doses, taken three times daily and twice at night. For deficiency, add Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) 1.5 qian.
Qianjin Zhuli Tang (Thousand Gold Bamboo Sap Decoction): Treats Zi Fan (pregnancy-related mental restlessness/vexation).
Ingredients: Zhuli (Bambusa Textilis Sap, 1 zhan); Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix dehearted), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 3 qian); Fuling (Poria, 4 qian).
Usage: The above five ingredients are boiled in 4 sheng of water with bamboo sap until 2 sheng remains. Divide into three doses. If not cured, prepare another dose.
Jiawei Zhuye Tang (Modified Bamboo Leaf Decoction): Treats persistent mental vexation during pregnancy, known as Zi Fan (pregnancy-related vexation).
Ingredients: Bai Fuling (Poria, 1.5 qian); Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix dehearted, 2.5 qian); Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 1 qian); Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 1 qian); Zhuye (Bambusa Leaves, 5 slices); Jingmi (Oryza Sativa Grain, a pinch).
Usage: Decoct in water and take hot on an empty stomach. For obese individuals, add Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) and Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens). (The original formula lacks Renshen and Jingmi).
Qianjin Shigao Daqing Tang (Thousand Gold Gypsum and Gromwell Decoction): Treats Ren Shen Shang Han (cold damage in pregnancy). Symptoms include headache, high fever, and painful joints.
Ingredients: Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 8 qian); Da Qing (Isatidis Folium), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 3 qian); Cong Bai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus, 4 stems); Qian Hu (Peucedani Radix), Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Semen, each 4 qian).
Usage: The above seven ingredients are decocted in water, strained, and taken warm. This formula can both dispel pathogenic factors and calm the fetus; it is indeed a divine prescription for cold damage and warm diseases in pregnancy, unattainable without the Thousand Gold Formulas.
Qianjin Jiao Ai Liu Pi Tang (Thousand Gold Donkey-hide Gelatin, Mugwort, and Pomegranate Peel Decoction): Treats persistent dysentery during pregnancy.
Ingredients: Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini), Ai Ye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Suan Shiliu (Punica Granati Pericarpium).

Qianjin Zhongru Tang (Thousand Gold Halloysitum Decoction): Treats women with lung and stomach deficiency-cold, resulting in galactostasis (lack of milk).
Ingredients: Shizhongru (Halloysitum, 4 qian); Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 2 qian); Loulu (Euphorbiae Humifusae Radix, 2 qian); Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla), Gualou Gen (Trichosanthis Radix) (each 5 qian).

Qianjin Maidong San (Thousand Gold Ophiopogon Powder): Treats women with alternating chills and fever, qi obstruction, and galactostasis.
Ingredients: Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla), Lishi (Quartzite/Hard Gypsum), Shizhongru (Halloysitum) (equal parts).
Usage: The above four ingredients are ground into powder. Take one fang cun bi with wine before meals, three times daily. (If heat signs are present, remove Zhongru and add Loulu; if Lishi is unavailable, substitute with Shigao).
Qianjin Baiwei San (Thousand Gold Cynanchum Powder): Treats enuresis during pregnancy due to lung heat.
Ingredients: Baiwei (Cynanchi Atrati Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (equal parts).
Usage: The above two ingredients are ground into powder. Take one fang cun bi with wine, three times daily and twice at night.
Qianjin Qinshu Shaoyao Tang (Thousand Gold Scutellaria, Atractylodes, and Peony Decoction): Treats abdominal fullness and pain during pregnancy, where the patient crosses their hands over the chest and cannot eat.
Ingredients: Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 2 qian); Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 6 qian); Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 4 qian).

Ingredients: Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 1 liang); Jiangpi (Zingiberis Pericarpium), Dafupi (Arecae Pericarpium cleaned), Ju Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Fuling (Poria) (each 0.5 liang).
Usage: Ground into powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decocted in water, taken with dregs, three times daily. This formula is slightly superior to Danliao Wupi Tang (Five-Bark Decoction from Danliao), differing only by substituting Baizhu for Sangbai (Morus Alba Root Bark), yet the efficacy differs greatly—a touch of turning iron into gold.
Tunaowan (Rabbit Brain Pills): Treats difficult labor (dystocia), considered the premier divine formula for inducing labor.
Ingredients: Shexiang (Moschus, taking the "dangmenzi" part, 1 qian); Ming Rushan (Styrax, 2.5 qian); Mu Dingxiang (Syzygii Caryophyllatum Flos, 2 qian).
Usage: Ground into fine powder. Prepared on a heavenly doctor day in the twelfth lunar month. Mix with fresh rabbit brain to form pills the size of a Chinese chestnut, coat with Cinnabar, and store sealed with wax. When labor pains occur but the fetus cannot descend, swallow the pill whole with warm water; the baby will be delivered immediately. Use small rabbits for authenticity; large rabbit-like animals are hares and are ineffective. Even dead real rabbits are ineffective.
Shoutai Yin (Thin-Fetus Drink, also known as Zhike San): Treats obesity during pregnancy with stagnant fetal qi. Taken in the ninth month of pregnancy.
Ingredients: Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix wine-fried, 1 liang); Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 1 liang); Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus stir-fried, 7.5 qian).

Hupo Heilong Dan (Amber Black Dragon Pill, Bureau Formula): Treats retained dead fetus and placenta, with blood stasis rushing upward.
Ingredients: Wulingzhi (Trogopteri Dung wine-ground and clarified), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma) (each 3 liang).
Usage: The above five ingredients are placed in a red-hot jar, sealed with salt mud, and calcined in charcoal fire until red-hot. Cool, grind finely, and add the following: Hupo (Electrum), Baicaoshuang (Plantashoots Carbon), Huangliu (Sulfur) (each 3.5 qian); Huaruishi (Flower Porphyry - dosage missing in text); Rushan (Styrax) (each 3 qian). Each of these five is ground finely, mixed uniformly with the previous powder, and formed into pills the size of a bullet using rice vinegar. Before administration, heat the pill over charcoal until red-hot, soak in fresh ginger juice until soft, and grind. Mix with non-intoxicating wine and a little Moschus. Take frequent small sips. Adding urine from a young boy is particularly suitable.
Erwei Renshen Sumu Yin (Two-Ingredient Ginseng and Sappanwood Drink): Treats lochia entering the uterus causing distension and inability to expel, or postpartum blood stasis rushing to the lungs causing asthma, facial redness, and loose stools. Contraindicated for these symptoms.
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Sumu (Sappan Lignum crushed) (each 5 qian).
