障。不宜针拨。切宜服药将息。针诸穴脉。宜服羚羊角饮子、补肾丸、立效。
歌曰。黑暗形候绿风同。脏腑推寻别有踪。黑即肾家来作祸。绿风本自肺相攻。欲知何

**Heifeng Neizhang (Black Wind Internal Cataract):** When this eye disease first occurs, there is dizziness and pain on one side of the forehead, extending to the eyelid bone and the nasal cheekbone, with frequent pain. This is accompanied by pain and astringency inside the eye, and black spots dancing back and forth. It usually starts in one eye and then spreads to affect both. This is also caused by kidney deficiency and exhaustion due to excessive sexual activity, leading to Heifeng Neizhang. Needle extraction (phacoemulsification-like ancient technique) is not suitable; it is crucial to take medicine and rest to recover. Acupuncture at various acupoints and meridians is appropriate. Suitable formulas include Lingyangjiao Yinzi (Antelope Horn Decoction) and Bushen Wan (Kidney Tonifying Pill), which can produce immediate effects.
The song says: The symptoms of darkness are similar to Lüfeng Neizhang (Green Wind Internal Cataract), but searching the internal organs reveals different origins. Darkness comes from the Kidney causing disaster, while Green Wind originates from the Lung attacking. To know what medicine can cure it, one must rely on Antelope Horn as the root of curing the disease. During recovery, acupuncture can be used to remove red vessels, and for astringency, gentle treatment in the eyelids is advised. Avoid sexual activity, labor, crying, anger, and resentment; do not follow those who indulge in such behaviors. If the pupil dilates and the three luminaries (sun, moon, stars) are extinguished, even a wise doctor can only bow their hands in helplessness.
**Qingfeng Neizhang (Green Wind Internal Cataract):** When this disease first occurs, there is slight pain and astringency, dizziness, and headache. One may see spots in the eyes initially, or not. The pupil does not open or enlarge significantly, becoming gradually dim. It may worsen due to fatigue and overwork. Rest and medication are necessary. Eventually, it forms an internal cataract. Needle extraction is not suitable. This is all caused by wind and exhaustion in the five zang organs. Suitable formulas include Lingyangjiao Tang (Antelope Horn Decoction) and Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder), which can lead to recovery.
The song says: There is no itching or pain in the original form; one eye becomes dim first, then clear. The pupil remains normal as if unaffected; Qingfeng is the root cause. Initially, there is slight dizziness and stuffiness, seeing spots or not. Suddenly, fatigue makes vision dimmer; you will likely be startled by your own loss. Medication requires proper care; do not let wind and exhaustion sprout again. Take Lingyangjiao Tang and powder; Huanjing and sedation will correspond naturally. It clears them away quickly, regardless of how long-standing or deep the condition is, whether affecting one or both eyes, as long as the patient can see human shadows. It is like clouds parting to reveal the sun.

**Tuibi San (Remove Nebula Powder)**
Treats intraocular nebula. Or residual toxicity after chickenpox/smallpox that does not dissipate.
Ingredients: Zhen Hafan (True Clam Powder, separately ground fine), Gujingcao (Eriocauli Flos, raw and ground into powder, each 1 liang). Mix evenly in one place. Take 2 qian per dose. Chew one slice of raw pig liver thoroughly while lying down. Wash down with the rice water used to cook the liver. Avoid all toxic foods. For vegetarian diets, decoct the previous medicine with white persimmons. Dry it. Remove the medicine and eat the white persimmon. Sun Yingzhong said: Whenever suffering from chickenpox/smallpox, one must not eat chicken or duck meat, otherwise nebulae will surely form. Qian Jihua's daughter, aged several years, had chickenpox/smallpox and developed nebulae in both eyes. Only taking this medicine, each eye shed three layers of white membrane, and the pupils became clear.
**Mimenghua San (Mimosa Flower Powder) (From Wei Shi Fang)**
Treats sixteen types of internal cataracts, long-term dimness, and recent unclear vision, tearing, and dizziness with rotting. Treats all of these.
Ingredients: Mimenghua (Desmodium Styracifluum Flower, 2 liang), Lingyangjiao (Antelope Horn, boiled, cut into shavings, stir-fried dry), Renshen (Ginseng), Fupenzi (Rubus Chingii Fruit), Qicao (Silkworm Larva, steeped in vinegar), Difuzi (Kochia Scoparia Herb), Gancao (Licorice Root). Take with rice drink afterwards.

Treats Liver wind-toxin rushing up to the eyes. Initially dim, eventually forming internal cataract.
