When Qi becomes obstructed and distended within the chest, symptoms such as edema, chest fullness, and shortness of breath arise.
**Fangji Wan (Stephania Pill)**: Indicated for swelling and fullness caused by water-Qi, panting and rapid breathing due to Lung dysfunction, cough, chest distension and stifling sensation, inability to sit or lie comfortably, phlegm-rattle in the throat, and stagnation in the heart and chest.
