Method of Taking Stone:
Crush a large piece of coarse Bai Shuang Jing (White Quartz) into particles the size of sour jujube pits. Do not use whole pieces. First, mix the white stone particles with coarse Lei Lei sand in a mortar...
Then... Cooked... Take... Family... Fear... By mid-morning on the left side, immediately turn it out. Push the new stone down to discharge the old stone. Then eat according to the usual meal time. If one knows their illness is weak, at night, take seven more pills before eating. Swallow overnight according to the previous method, making the lower abdomen warm up to the feet. At dawn the next day, first turn out the old stone and discharge all stones.
Also take by morning and night methods. This stone remains in the lower abdomen, still attached to the Cang Men (Gate of Grain/Stomach). As long as the lower abdomen is warm, within the limbs, bladder, head, eyes, brain marrow, skin, and body, originally there is no Stone Qi. How can it act? Men and women often have accumulated cold. If the lower part is hot, the upper part must be cold. If both upper and lower parts are cold, the stomach appetite will not accept food, leading to Xiao Ke (Wasting and Thirsting Syndrome). If both upper and lower parts are hot, sores grow on the head and face, lips are dry, eyes are red, hands and feet are withered, hair and skin float up, and soon Bone Steaming (Gu Zheng) develops.
Ordinary people must have harmonious cold and hot Qi in the upper and lower Jiao (Burners). Meridians and vessels must be unobstructed. If the upper part is hot and the lower part is cold, there must be entrenched accumulation. After taking the stone, the lower part becomes hot, and naturally the upper part becomes cold. Bone Qi becomes solid, waist and kidneys become strong, and ten thousand diseases are eliminated. When the Stone Qi's power is obtained, over three years, if it does not work, one must still frequently consume ten jin. If it works, stop after consuming one jin.
