Humans are endowed with the harmonious and moderate Qi (vital energy), born between Heaven and Earth. They adapt to the appropriate changes of cold, heat, and the four seasons, and follow the laws of Yin-Yang and the Five Elements. Without exception, their Jing (Essence) and Qi shine internally, while their Form and Spirit blend externally.
Preserve the nature of "Shao" (Youthfulness), understand that chaos in the interior and exterior disrupts the foundation of self-reflection. It is indeed suitable for decay. The formula should be verified. Da Lao Dan (Great Old-Age Pill) tonifies the Dantian (Energy Center). Calms the Hun (Ethereal Soul) and Po (Corporeal Soul). Strengthens sinews and bones.
