Non-toxic White Dragon Bone (Longgu), Teeth (Chi), Horns (Jiao), Jidiao (Jidiao), and Purple Tip Flower (Zishao Hua) are appended here.
Dragon Bone (Longgu) [Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing] primarily treats Gui Zhu (ghostly afflictions, a type of chronic wasting disease caused by evil qi) in the heart and abdomen, Jing Wu Lao Mei (spiritual entities or malevolent ghosts), cough with reverse flow, dysentery with pus and blood, women's metrorrhagia (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding), Zheng Zha Jian Jie (hard and fixed abdominal masses), and Xiao Er Re Qi Jing Xian (pediatric convulsive epilepsy caused by heat pathogen).
○
Teeth (Chi) primarily treat pediatric and adult convulsive epilepsy, dian疾 (mania), manic running (psychotic wandering), Jie Qi in the heart region (qi stagnation in the epigastrium), inability to breathe, various Jing diseases (muscle spasms and convulsions), and can kill spiritual entities.
○
Horns (Jiao): Long-term consumption lightens the body, enhances spiritual clarity, and prolongs life. (The above text in red characters is from *Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing*). Bones (Gu) treat heart and abdominal irritability and fullness, Wei Ku of the four limbs (atrophy and weakness of limbs), sweating, spontaneous awakening in fear during sleep (nocturnal startle), anger and resentment, Fu Qi in the heart region causing inability to breathe (latent qi obstructing the heart region leading to dyspnea), Chang Yong and Nei Ju (intestinal abscesses and internal carbuncles), Yin Shi (ulceration of the external genitalia), stop sweating, reduce urination, hematuria (blood in urine), nourish spirit, stabilize hun and po souls, and calm the five zang organs.
○
White Dragon Bone (Bai Long Gu) treats nocturnal seminal emission (dream emission).
○
Teeth (Chi) treat the "Five Startles" and "Twelve Epilepsies" in children, high fever making the body untouchable, and chills and fever between the bones in adults; it also kills Gu poison.
○
Horns (Jiao) treat convulsive epilepsy and Chiyi (convulsions/twitching), high fever like fire, hardness in the abdomen, and hot diarrhea. (The above text in black characters is recorded by famous physicians.)
[Origin] [*Tu Jing* states]: It originates from valleys in Jin territory, as well as rock crevices, flowing water areas, soil-rock caves, and places where dead dragons were found in Mount Tai. Currently, it is abundant in Liangyi between prefectures in Hedong and in Shu. The teeth are small and strong, retaining tooth shape; the horns are strong and solid; the bones and brain matter possess white "earth brocade" patterns. Those that stick to the tongue when licked and exhibit five colors are superior; those yellowish-white are secondary; those black, hard, or impure are unsuitable for use. Patterns that are fine and wide indicate female origin; coarse and narrow patterns indicate male origin. All originate from dragon molts/sheds, not actually dead dragons. However, their five colors correspond to the five zang organs, similar to the principles of Five Zhis, Five Quartzs, and Five Claystones. Regrettably, the *Ben Jing* did not distinguish them. Those without patterns resembling rotten wood are called Earth Dragon Bone (Tu Long Gu), which is less necessary for medicinal use. Sea people say: Dragons lay two eggs each time; one transforms into Jidiao, often roaming with deer, or leaving secretions by the water. When encountering floating driftwood, these adhere to branches in a tuft-like shape, appearing slightly greenish-yellow or grayish, known as Purple Tip Flower (Zishao Hua), frequently used in decoctions. Li Zhao's *Guo Shi Bu* states: During spring floods, fish leap over the Dragon Gate and shed their bones, which humans collect; some have five colors. Since the Dragon Gate belongs to Jin territory, perhaps the so-called Dragon Bone today is actually the bone of this fish? [*Yan Yi* records]: Various theories differ greatly. Since the exact nature cannot be specified, they remain speculative. In Yang County, west capital, a cliff collapsed in a commoner's home, revealing a set of dragon bones with complete limbs, head, and horns, unknown whether shed. If it appeared due to death, it is a有形 (tangible object); yet it was invisible when alive and only visible after death. If it transformed, its form alone could not transform. Generally, things vary in endowment; creation's mysteries cannot be fully known, making detailed verification impossible.

Take one swallow, slit its belly, remove entrails, place the bone powder inside the swallow's belly, hang the bag at the surface of a well overnight. Retrieve the powder the next morning, pound and grind ten thousand times before use.
