There are many more examples regarding the uses of chickens. It is said that eggs used to make amber are made by mixing yolk and white and boiling them together; they are very similar, except they do not attract mustard seeds. Another method involves boiling white substances with silver; holding it in the mouth for a moment turns it golden color. Eggs should not be eaten with scallions, garlic, or plums. Black chicken meat should not be eaten with dog liver and kidneys. Children who eat chicken meat are prone to developing roundworms. Additionally, chicken should not be steamed with mustard leaves. Korea is located in the Xuan Tu and La Lang regions, so it should not be the sole origin of all these types. The current mention of "Bai Du" is unknown; it is likely a different species or item.
