生肝血，夕用加味逍遥散以清肝火生肝血，月余诸症渐愈。又佐以四君、芎、归、牡丹皮，
月余，经水旬日而止。又两月余，经水五十余日而至，乃夕用五味异功散加当归服两月，经
水四十余日而至。因怒恼寒热，经水如崩，眉棱觉动，脉洪数弦，肝脾二经为甚，用柴胡栀
子散二剂以平肝火，用五味异功散二剂以补脾气，发热顿退，经水顿止。更以八珍汤倍加参
、术及地黄丸，两月余经水如期，眉毛渐生。因饮食停滞，腹胀作痛，另服祛逐之剂，泄泻
不止，小腹重坠，饮食甚少。余先用六君子汤送四神丸，数剂泻渐止，饮食稍进，又用补中
益气汤倍用升麻数剂，重坠渐愈。后因劳心发热，饮食难化，呕吐涎水，其热自脐上起，觉
饥热频作，乃用六君子汤加炮姜治之，热时饮稠米汤稍安，两月余又常服加味归脾、补中益
气二汤而痊。
一妇人秋间肢体作痒，时发寒热，日晡热甚，口苦喜酸，月水先期，面色常青，热甚则
赤，

气稍复，乃以八珍汤，倍用参、术，少用川芎、芍药炒黑，间佐以补中益气汤，诸症渐愈。
又以四君子汤为主，佐以加味逍遥散，两月余脓水渐少。又服月余，疮渐结靥，因怒恼，寒
热腹胀，饮食少思，患处复甚，用六君子汤加山栀、柴胡，乃用四君子汤为主，而疮渐愈。

余谓血脱烦躁，先用补血当归汤稍缓，用四君、当归数剂得睡；但倦怠头晕少食，用补中益

一妇人患白癜风，误以为大麻风，服蛇酒等药，患处 肿，经水两三月一行。余曰∶此
肝血
。先用八珍汤四剂，又用四君子汤二剂，月余乃以四君子汤，又用八珍汤二剂，又月余诸症
渐退，元气渐复，又以四君子汤为主，以逍遥散为佐，将两月疮靥脱，又月余而愈。
一妇人性急善怒，月经不调，内热口苦，患疙瘩作痒，服败毒之药，脓水淋漓，热渴头
晕，
连、芩数剂而愈。年余左足臂腕起白点渐大，搔起白屑，内热盗汗，月经两月余一至，每怒
或恶寒头痛，或不食作呕，或胸乳作胀，或腹内作痛，或小便见血，或小水不利，或白带下
注。此皆肝木制伏脾土，元气虚而变症也。用补中益气汤加炒黑山栀及加味归脾汤，间服半
年而愈。后每怒恼患赤晕，或以风疾治之，发疙瘩；又服遇仙丹，赤肿作痒出脓水；外敷追
蚀之药，寒热作渴；又服胡麻、草乌之药，遍身搔痒，眉毛脱落，脓水淋漓，咳嗽发热，月
经两月一行。余用四君、当归、牡丹皮，月余热渴稍止，饮食稍进。又服月余，咳嗽稍可，
却用八珍汤加牡丹皮二十余剂，患处渐干，经水如期。后因伤食，作泻不食，用六君子汤，
饮食渐进。又因怒发热作渴，患处作痛，经行不止，用加味逍遥散渐可，仍用四君子汤而痊
愈。
一妇人性沉静，怀抱不乐，月经过期，遍身作痒。服祛风清火之剂，搔破成疮，出水不

食日少，月经先期。余作肝脾郁怒而血燥，前药复伤而益甚。先用四君、芎、归、山栀、牡
丹皮，饮食渐进，服月余而嗽止。又以加味逍遥散加钩藤钩，二十余剂而眉不动，乃去钩藤
倍加参、术、当归，月余疮渐结靥。又以八珍汤加山栀、牡丹皮而痊。
一妇人患前症，脓水淋漓，发热作渴，体倦恶寒，经水不调，久而不愈，此肝脾亏损而
虚热
痒，搔起疙瘩，破而出脓，或出血水，误服醉仙散，殊类风症。余用八珍汤数剂而安，又用
十全大补汤，患处渐干。因恼怒停食，腹胀少食，发热作渴，患处复溃，用六君子汤加炒黑
山栀，数剂饮食渐进，又用八珍汤之类而痊。
一妇人日晡身痒，月余口干，又月余成疮，服祛风治疮之剂，脓水淋漓，午前畏寒，午
后发
散兼八珍散而痊。

一妇人患前症，误用大麻风药，破而出水，烦渴头晕，诚类风症，六脉洪数，心肝脾为
甚。
火、滋脾血、生肾水而愈。
A man suffered from small sores all over his body, with occasional itching and dry mouth with thirst. After taking Xiao Feng San (Wind-Dispersing Powder), red rashes appeared and the itching intensified; after taking Yu Feng Dan (Wind-Meeting Pill), pus and water flowed profusely. Later, after taking pill medicine, his thirst gradually ceased; using Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Decoction for Boosting the Middle and Augmenting Qi) plus Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit), his flesh gradually regenerated; assisted by Bazhen Tang (Eight-Treasure Decoction) plus Mudanpi (Tree Peony Bark) and Maimendong (Ophiopogon Tuber), he recovered after more than a hundred doses. Two years later, due to excessive sexual activity, the sores recurred. Confused by others' advice, he took Xiao Feng San again, causing the sores to flare up. I still used the previous medicines, regulated and treated him until he recovered.
A man who was prone to anger had a bluish complexion and suffered from tinea-like lesions on the inner thighs, which were red and itchy. Sometimes blood was drawn via bian stone therapy. He experienced fever, swelling, and pain. Taking Xiao Feng San worsened the condition because internal fire stirred up and damaged the blood, exacerbating the sores. Initially, Chaihu Qinggan San (Bupleurum Liver-Clearing Powder) was administered for several doses, followed by Siwu Tang (Four-Substance Decoction) plus Zhizi (Gardenia Fruit). The symptoms gradually improved; subsequently, Bazhen Tang combined with Dihuang Wan (Rehmannia Pill) was used, and he recovered after more than two months.
A man with a red face and thirst frequently suffered from small itchy sores. After taking wind-dispersing herbs, red rashes appeared all over his body; after taking Huashe Jiu (Flower Snake Wine), red halos appeared. Bian stone therapy was applied all over the body, and decoctions were taken. The heat and thirst gradually ceased, and the sores began to scab. Then, Bazhen Tang and Dihuang Wan were used, and the scabs gradually fell off. After another month of medication, the sores gradually healed.

Blood was drawn via bian stone therapy, and toxic-draining ointments were applied, resulting in weeping sores that worsened in the late afternoon, resembling leprosy. After taking a certain formula, bleeding gradually stopped; then Wuyi Yigong San (Five-Aroma Success-Supporting Powder) plus Danggui (Angelica Sinensis) and Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome) was used, and food intake gradually increased. Siwu Tang, Renshen (Ginseng), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome), and Mudanpi were used, and internal heat gradually decreased. Yilao Qufeng Wan (Yilao Wind-Dispersing Pills) reduced the pus; subsequently, Bazhen Tang and Mudanpi were used, and the sores began to scab after more than a month. Due to overthinking leading to fever and night sweats, the sores became itchy again with red halos. Jiawei Guipi Tang (Modified Heart-Spleen-Nourishing Decoction) was administered for several doses, stopping the sweating and fever; Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) and Liuwei Dihuang Wan (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill) led to recovery.
A man who indulged in rich foods, fried items, strong wine, and spicy substances developed itchy sores all over his body. Taking Xiao Feng San caused red halos, and bian stone therapy resulted in bleeding. I initially used Xijiao Dihuang Tang (Rhinoceros Horn Rehmannia Decoction), slightly alleviating the symptoms; then Jisheng Xijiao Dihuang Tang (Jisheng Rhinoceros Horn Rehmannia Decoction) plus Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome) was used, stopping the pus. Subsequently, Bazhen Tang plus Zhizi and Mudanpi helped regrow eyebrows; due to improper diet causing chest/abdominal distension and poor appetite, or bloody stools, Wuyi Yigong San plus Shengma was used to improve food intake. Buzhong Yiqi Tang stopped the bleeding, and Yigong San plus Danggui and Mudanpi led to recovery.
A man suffered from internal itching with dark coloration, white scales upon scratching, and bleeding from bian stone therapy, worsening the itch and causing red halos spreading to external skin with continuous exudate, indicating severe fire pathogen. Initially, Bazhen Tang plus Wuweizi and Mudanpi was given for over thirty doses, improving symptoms; then Jianba Weiwang Wan (Modified Eight-Ingredient Pill) was added for over a hundred doses, leading to recovery.
A man with frequent coughs suffered from vitiligo on his legs, with white scales appearing upon scratching. Taking Xiao Feng San worsened the itching and caused red halos; bian stone therapy caused persistent redness. This was identified as deficiency-heat in the Spleen and Lung meridians. Later, with cough, phlegm, wheezing, and local itching, Shen Su Yin (Ginseng Perilla Infusion) dispersed wind pathogens; Wuyi Yigong San plus Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) tonified Lung qi. Two years later, with cough, thirst, and a surging pulse especially at the left Chi position, Jianba Weiwang Wan tonified Kidney water, leading to recovery.
